Recipe incoming... I personally LOVE chia pudding. I have it every night and it still helps me stay very low carb and high fat. I melt a block of dark chocolate with a tsp of peanut butter, then I add my chia pudding which is made with chia seeds and coconut cream, and then I add blueberries and strawberries. Its so, so, SO yummy and indulgent. Sometimes I can't believe all the ingredients together are actually good for me because it tastes so good.
Take a sweet treat (Starbucks baked item, or cookie, brownie etc), break it in half or thirds, and crumble it into Greek yogurt and cream cheese, a little bit of your flavored protein powder and berries/mixed berries (fresh or frozen, and just mix it up in a bowl…it’s super yummy and can be filling too
I really would love to see meals you plan on giving your daughter when she can start eating solids. Even if they are just ideas of what you’re gonna give her when she’s older that you haven’t given her yet

@@Tyangeluv Thank you for your question. It took 2 months to lose the first 10 pounds while getting off the sugar, 09/15/2021 to 11/15/2021. Then, as per my interview with Autumn, I started Intermittent Fasting and eating the way she suggests and lost another 10 pounds in the next 2 months. The first two months while getting off sugar and weighing over 230 pounds I could only manage 10 minutes on my threadmill at 2.0 speed. Everyone is different but I believe Autumn’s program delivers, it is a definite lifestyle change, not a pretend one that results in yoyo dieting and gaining the weight back. Consistency and time are your friend. 👍😊🇨🇦

I totally agree with you on popcorn, once I begin eating it there's nothing that can stop me. When it comes to dark chocolate, even a small part (~10grams) is enough. I no longer have a sweet tooth as I had when I was pathologically obese; if it is a special occasion, I won't be the nerd in the room and not have anything sweet nonetheless when I wish dessert, I'd rather have fruit than anything else.
Personally for me choczero is a better brand for alternative sugar sweetened chocolate as they use monk fruit instead of erythritol added as lillys does. Erythritol really hurts ny stomach so if uou have difficulty too choczero is an excellent option and the taste is amazing

I can't say I have a really sweet tooth, but I still can't imagine going mostly without added sugar. I mean, if I'm hitting my weight goals and feel great, why not have a dessert? I prefer intermittent fasting, using glucose-stabilizing tricks, but still having my ice cream. Am I missing something?

I've watched another nutritionist/dietician on UA-cam - Abbey Sharp, but she's constantly promoting crappy foods and basically "honor your body in whatever it wants to eat - UGHHH!!! Unfortunately, she doesn't educate people on how important it is to ditch highly processed foods - but maybe add healthy things to them - like have a PopTart, but add peanut butter and hemp seeds (I kid you not, she promoted eating PopTarts!!). Anyway, it's nice to see you helping people learn how to eat healthy!! Keep up the great work!!
My favorite is a chocolate smoothie made with all healthy ingredients! Spinach, frozen blueberries, frozen 1/2 banana, nuts, raw cacoa, protein powder, peanut butter, various seeds- flax, chia, hemp sunflower, pumpkin, chia, almond milk and raw coconut/ nibs on top...eat with a spoon 💕

Hi Autumn. I really enjoy your videos. I do have a question tho...I get very full when I'm meeting my protein/fat/fiber needs. I workout daily around supper time so I try to eat my largest meal at lunch. I find I'm so full I'm not hungry until nearly 7 pm if I'm hungry at all. That is too late for me to eat again because I usually open my eating window by 9 am the latest. Any ideas? I've been breaking with a smoothie then having an egg scramble or cauliflower rice burrito bowl for lunch.

I have seen articles/research around the dangers of it due to contamination by heavy metals caused by the processing process. It worried me to the point that I don’t eat it anymore and I miss it. You can do 2 meals per day, if you make sure that you're still getting in everything you need during those two meals, aka not skipping a meal.
