When removing a branch / limb, as at 3:00 Always do your undercut first, then complete the removal with your top cut. One possible problem with the way you did it is ripping the tree bark like a zipper all the way down the trunk. You’ll soon learn by your own experience that it’s a far better way of doing it. 😊 And when you are bucking your limbs, as at 4:30 it’s the opposite. In this instance, top cut first, then complete your cut from the bottom. Both of these methods will minimize the risk of saw / bar damage, chain damage and getting your saw stuck in the tree / limb!
Excellent review, I’m in the market for something like this… thank you for the review.
Have one with the same attachments for over 10 years, great tool and fewer engines to maintain. A couple of comments
1. You'll be deaf by 50, invested in some ear plugs. Wearing safety glasses keeps the wood chips out of your eyes.
2. Great pole saw but with the 4' extension it gets pretty heavy. They sell a carbon fiber 4' but it's pricey. Never intended for cutting
up logs on the ground, hard to control and short chain bar.
3. Keep the dust caps on the extensions when not in use. Cringed while you used the blower with all the attachments on the ground
blowing dust right into the open shafts.
Hell of a good choice. I've got about 80 hours on mine. Did a valve adjustment at around 60 hours its very easy but at the same time i can see how it would be a turn off for anyone who hates doing maintenance. Love the way the 4 mix sounds its a nice break from high pitched 2 strokes.
Good piece of kit mate
I got the KM91R at a tag sale for $75. Thing is great. I’m selling my km 56 rc
I was told these were 4 stroke engines... NOT 2 stroke. But they also require mixed gas (?)
It's 2 stroke.
@@Webgobo Nope. Definitely 4 stroke. And yes, still uses mixed gas. NOT 2 stroke.
It's a 4 stroke.
@@sebenro12 the confusion about this is that they require premixed fuel...
@@Webgobo it has valves which makes it 4 but still require lube so it takes 2 gas
QUAIL! 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭😭
A fart kills a quail. Why did you call your self that?
it make cutting up fire wood easy no bending over with a hand held chain saw and ruin the back out plus less engine to maintain
No safety gear at all 🤦🏽♂️
He has the holy cross to protect him.
Ok Karen.
I approve this man
He has a beard, what more do you need
What's the black bar thing that sticks out in front of the actual handle for?
Comes with all Km, Kombi units. Comes in handy with certain attachments.
