40 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout At Home!

- Welcome to today's 40 minute full body dumbbell workout you can do at home! You can actually use either kettlebells or dumbbells (we'll be showing both!). We'd recommend one heavier option for lower body work and one lighter option for upper body work.
Today's session will hit the lower body, upper body, core, and we'll even do a little HIIT session at the end!
Here's what the workout entails:
*Circuit #1: Lower Body - 40s/20s x 3 Rounds*
- Single Leg/Staggered Stance Deadlift - Left Side
- Single Leg/Staggered Stance Deadlift - Right Side
- Goblet Squat to Calf Raise
- Pulsing Split Split Squat - 20 seconds each side
*Circuit #2: Upper Body - 40s/20s x 3 Rounds*
- Push Up
- Alternating Row to Bicep Curl
- Goblet Shoulder Press
- Lat Pullovers
*Circuit #3: Core - 30s/15s x 2 Rounds*
- Frogger Sit Up/Crunch (Lauren: Standing Bicycle)
- Russian Twists (Lauren: Marching Glute Bridge/Standing Side Bends?)
- Rotational Press Outs
- Side Plank Crunch - Left Side 1st Round
*Circuit #4: Cardio - 20s/10s x 4 Rounds*
- Burpees
- Pop Out to Squat

Another great one! My fav thing about your videos is how real you guys are. I just did a trial of a popular fitness app and the instructors didn’t seem phased by the workout at all. I love that you guys are riding the struggle bus right along side us. It makes me feel better about having to regress movements and take extra reps
