- Welcome to today's 30-minute total body dumbbell strength training workout! Whether you have just one dumbbell or 2 or more dumbbells, we've got you covered with plenty of modifications!
What's up, Achievers?! Jason and Lauren here with a super quick and efficient strength training workout that we think you'll really enjoy! Jason is demonstrating the 1 dumbbell version of each movement and Lauren is demonstrating the 2 dumbbell version.
Here's what the workout entails:
*Circuit #1: 40s/20s x 3 Rounds*
- Lateral Lunge w/ Cross Body Reach or 2DB Low Hold
- Single Arm Overhead Press or Alternating Overhead Press
- Bent Over Single Arm Row or Bent Over Alternating Row
- Tuck Ups to Plank Hold
*Circuit #2: 20s/10s x 4 Rounds*
- Rock Back to Pushup
- DB Swing
Boom! strength and cardio done in one simple 30-minute workout!

@@JasonandLauren aaaaaand done! The switch between hollow back and plank, and on the cardio rounds were.... challenging, but I made it all the way through! 10 seconds just aren't enough lol
