    I loved this moved so much and hated it because it looks so awesome but it was so FREAKING HARD to do! On top of that, there is no real way to train on getter over the fear of it. I finally got over it and I've landed a gainer 360...so yeah...just so relieved that I got over it though.

    Forwards progress wile using the backflip is the easy way to describe it.
    Extremely difficult and just as dangerous as it is tough.

    Get to a gym? If you can get to a gym, or somewhere with crash mats you can build the move up. Starting with jumping forward and landing on your back....Then just tuck the flip and land on your feet.....When your ready, take it outside!

    Mind my lack of extensive knowledge in tricking, but what do you call the front flip where one first takes a few steps back swings a leg backwards and flips over?

    After all I got my back and my front flip with 1 foot and using both so this is my next big step

    @CiMBoMTurkiye93 do you understand what a gainer is.... please explain how that was more of a backflip ?? he clearly went forward and completed the flip soo im rather confused

    Does anyone of you have a good tip how to learn this trick save? I got a gym hall but what is the best setup to learn it? Maybe even assistance... I'd be very happy for any hints cause that's the next move on my list. About me: I can do flat backflip same as down somehwere.

    youtube freerunners, i need your help. I can do a backtuck and land them fine. However, the problem is that I NEVER can be able to spot my landing. This is preventing me from doing backsaults off heights and also gainers. Advice would be much appreciated.

    I just tried it yesterday and I failed. It's not that easy to do... okay, actually it is, but if you do it for the first time it's hard. I pushed too much forward so I didn't make the full rotation and landed on my neck, luckily nothing happened. So I guess it's best to train backflips in the flat by jumping slightly more forward from time to time. And then down from somewhere you go just a bit forward and best to have 2 guys giving you help to go farward, so that you don't land on the start.

    @ALEXw0z3r3 Just be very careful on not doing it off of too much height or you could hit yourself badly if you dont jump away far enough. Im practicing it on slides from playgrounds, its not as scary as as dangerous as a concrete base. I did it today and almost hit the slide.

    swimming pools are bad to train in, if you can get to a foam pit then use that.

    trampoline= a whole different world don't even bother use a gym with mats this one is brutal to mess up on.... extremely advanced and not for anyone new.

    basically there is no "method" that i know of to help people get over it... the only thing i could suggest is try it into a pool or something. or just start with the movements. Really you just have to think... if i do hurt myself... it's gonna be funny as hell! =D

    thats a lie dude.. haha sorry. but you nned to swing your arms forwards along with your hips. i've been practicing it alot. i bet i can do a standing gainer on ground like 4feet long all cause of technique. but thats just my opinion
