its all about balancing left and right. i suggest trying to use your left leg more than your right, i know its gonna seem extremely awkward, but the more you work with your left the more you'll get used to it. plus once you've got left down you wont seem so off balance. if you can do a 1 step with your right try doing it with your left,(but please be careful). hope i helped!
Wow I just learned to do this like 2 days before this video! lol With shoes any shoe works but running shoes usually give more grip. Also brick walls are the best for grip so thats probably why he chose the spot. Great tutorial.
@kenster112 i can do them now :D only in the gym though. still not comfortable doing them outside... i use my left leg first and flip off my right and at first it felt strange but it feels comfortable now. thanks for the help
Sorry chuck but i have to agree with Alina, backflips are much easier. The reason why I say this is because you can't see the ground before you land a front flip. It seems easier because you know where you are to begin with, which makes it less scary the first time you try it. If you have no fears about the first part of the backflip, landing it is much easier as you can see the ground and judge how quickly to rotate to have the perfect landing
@thefalz Well maybe not attempt a twostep until you have other moves under your belt. But I learned to do a wallflip (1 step) way before I learned any other flip/move. Since the wall allows you to create greater height and rotation with less effort, it's actually much easier than a regular flip aside from fear of collision with the wall
@djnelly You shouldnt keep worrying about the injuries, you are only attracting negative(yin) energy. As long as you can do a standing backflip you should be fine. Although I understand that you fear not being able to walk for the rest of your life. Stay Positive ^_^
are there things i should do (besides stretching) to prep myself for this and what physical strength do i need ? like as a minimum cause i wanna be ready before i try it out dont wanna fail xD
@Frebde Do it with your strongest foot first so that you can get the proper height. This will help you get higher on the wall to put your second foot. On a 2 step wallflip, your first foot pushes you up, the second just pushes away from the wall. Good Luck ^_^
@sepphass123 Place your stronger leg(right) first. This will help get more height as you run up the wall. For me this is a 2 step Wallflip, 1st foot pushes you up, 2nd foot pushes away from the wall. Hope that helps. Good Luck ^_^
i'm pushing with my right legg if i do a one step wall flip, do i have to set the first step also with right if i do the 2step wallflip? ps sorry for the bad english..
i can go verry high walking into a wall but i am afraid to do a back flip i know i can do it and i know i have got the right hight but wel.... dont want to break my neck or something like that any tips?
i have my 1 steps down but i cant get the 2 step :( my dominant leg is my right and this is the one i like to flip. for a 2 step i either have to use my left foot for the first step making it difficult/uncomfortable to get the second step or i use my right foot for the first step and my left foot for the flip which is just as (if not more!) uncomfortable :( tips?
Practise 2 steps on the wall without flip (1st step left foot). It's impossible to place better foot first and then kick it in 2 step :P Dono about other tips
Im 14 years Old , Height 5'3 and Im a thin One , Can I Do It? I Just wanna Do It In My School and Get them All Shocked .. Just need some tips and motivation .. can anyone help me?
I'd try weak foot on step one strong foot on step two and swinging with the weak foot for the flip (so like a normal wallflip just add an extra step with your weak foot)
I swear, he has THE nicest 2 step wallflip I've ever seen
thank you! the part where you say not to lean back yet after the first step is going to help me do this flip!

1:18 at the slow motion flip, the sound of you landing was epic loud bro. I laughed for 10 mins seriously. Hahaha none the less, much respect.
Wow I just learned to do this like 2 days before this video! lol

muito bom as dicas e tecnicas... show
Well the two step actually is easier. But in comparison to the one foot you tend to flip over more often instead of not flipping enough.
I like you shirtss ! Nice tutorial wall flip ! 3run My Life !
cool
trying it soon
LOL! This guy looks *EXACTLY* like one of my relatives! They're 100% look alike! LOLOL! Pure awesome! I'm gonna show him this vid! :D
Question: is it easier to use the dominant foot as the first one that touches, or the last one?
what is easier? 2 step or one step. or does it depend what you like?
I am so gonna try this in gym class
brick walls are pretty good, cuz they have good grip
You guys are fucking amazing! I Love what you guys do and 3Run is the only tutorial vids I watch for parkour or freerunning.
@djnelly You shouldnt keep worrying about the injuries, you are only attracting negative(yin) energy. As long as you can do a standing backflip you should be fine. Although I understand that you fear not being able to walk for the rest of your life.
Stay Positive ^_^
Hmmm so, I run up a wall and do a flip does this mean i can run up the rest of the wall instead?
are there things i should do (besides stretching) to prep myself for this
and what physical strength do i need ? like as a minimum
cause i wanna be ready before i try it out
dont wanna fail xD
this is the coolest trick that i cannot do
Is ir true that before learning any flips you must first learn a front flip?
@Frebde Do it with your strongest foot first so that you can get the proper height. This will help you get higher on the wall to put your second foot. On a 2 step wallflip, your first foot pushes you up, the second just pushes away from the wall. Good Luck ^_^
i learned alot from u people
@GhostFalcon5 Finally someone who actually kept what promised!!
Great T-shirt ^^
so i'm more dominant with my right foot, would i do this left then right or right then left?
Yes!! I landed it!!! Thanks for the tutorial :D
@sepphass123 Place your stronger leg(right) first. This will help get more height as you run up the wall. For me this is a 2 step Wallflip, 1st foot pushes you up, 2nd foot pushes away from the wall. Hope that helps. Good Luck ^_^
Is the One Step Wall Flip easyer or stronger as the 2Step Wall Flip??
this so great tutoriel :)
i'm pushing with my right legg if i do a one step wall flip, do i have to set the first step also with right if i do the 2step wallflip? ps sorry for the bad english..
i can go verry high walking into a wall but i am afraid to do a back flip i know i can do it and i know i have got the right hight but wel.... dont want to break my neck or something like that any tips?
Damn ,i tryed this and now Im working on it, but my foot kind of attend to slip while I'm running up so i cant get enaugh rotation momentum.
love your acceeeeent :3 !!!
does it rely alot on momentum & speed???
nice!!
Is this easier than doing it one footed?
i have my 1 steps down but i cant get the 2 step :( my dominant leg is my right and this is the one i like to flip. for a 2 step i either have to use my left foot for the first step making it difficult/uncomfortable to get the second step or i use my right foot for the first step and my left foot for the flip which is just as (if not more!) uncomfortable :( tips?
can u make a tutorial of a 2 step wall climb i cant reatch with the normal wall climb
I like that, cause parkour is my soul...
Practise 2 steps on the wall without flip (1st step left foot). It's impossible to place better foot first and then kick it in 2 step :P Dono about other tips
wats easier a 2 step or a one step wall flip?
Nathan That happened with your landing?
i can backflip off a swing, could that help me in way to do a wallflip?
you win. forever
i find 2 steps easyer
thx man

You can run up walls?

What in the hell you didn't go into a ball damn your good
lol u could but u would have to get a lot of height on ure first stepand use the second step to push away from the wall bringing u over the bad guy.
Is there a way to prcatise this without dying? I cant even do a backflip

whats eaysest 1 step og 2 step?? ;D
that was hot haha
do i put my weak foot on the wall first or my strong? because i never could figure out the foot placement to have the balls to try it
I'd try weak foot on step one strong foot on step two and swinging with the weak foot for the flip (so like a normal wallflip just add an extra step with your weak foot)
thanks! i'll try that
If that doesn't work out there's only one other way to go with it.
and what is that
Well you're either kicking with your left foot or your right foot , unless you're tripod you have two ways of performing this flip :D
nice THX ;)
What is the interest?
Legal mais tenta traduzir para o português que eu tenho certeza que iria dar certo!!
ok thnx a lot :D
@snipeyouout | yeah deffinately... just aslong as you know how a backflip should feel
@elmoostommperz ok thnx i'll try it soon!
thats the fear that most traceurs and freerunners have to overcome. u just have to accept it. but i still cant though

first i need to know the backflip?
where`s the vid????
@AurelijaB it's good to feel special
i can 1 step wallflip but ive never tried 2 step i wil sumtim though
One step i think, its much quicker and not soo high
@GhostFalcon5 Do it because you want to. not because other people say so
MY Bad I mean, if your better leg is right then what's the big deal? Right, left flip with right.
waaaaaw
