I am amazed some people feel the need to write negative comments about this video, I have never made bread in my life, but always wanted to try , what put me off was I thought it was a complicated process and I felt it would be a disaster, after finding your recipe the bread turned out amazing, im so pleased how easy it was and how tasty the end results were, I've made 2 now and don't think I'll go back to shop bought, made my daughter one just before we visited her. Another great YT source is Kneady Homesteader's bread baking videos. She's excellent in showing exactly what you want your dough to look like at each stage and she's very explicit.. I had always cheated using a bread machine but she taught me how to use my Kitchenaid mixer to make dough. So I was hooked.

Смотрим из Сибири, для нас, жителей промышленных районов, очень важно в своей семье обходиться без лишней химии в еде, печем сами и хлеб и разные кулинарные мучные изделия, но вот таким способом можно попробовать! Сами, кстати перемалываем пшеничку и рожь в муку, все в своей жизни делаем сами, от этого тело и душа наша здоровые и сильные! Спасибо за простое, очень понятное и приятное видео.
Все очень быстро и просто, бещ заморочек. Главное сахар не нужно добавлять. Испекла из цельнозерновой муки. Супер хлеб получился. Пеки дома, результат всех порадует. Благодарю и низкий поклон вам🙏
Подскажите пожалуйста, вы так же кастрюлю использовали для выпекания? Просто у меня нет подходящей посуды, стоит она дорого, хотелось узнать, настолько хуже будет результат если делать просто на противне
Sehr sehr lecker. Rezept ist klasse. Das beste Brotrezept was ich je hatte und dann noch so knusprig. Ich habe es zu gebratene Rinderleber und Olivenöl serviert. Brot war im Nu weggegessen. So gut hat es geschmeckt. Danke für das Rezept.
Ich finde es ist ein Unterschied ob man mit "Schmackes" knetet oder nur faltet. Denn um Luft in den Teig zu bekommen muss man wirklich kräftig kneten. Seit sich meine Hand/ Fingerknochen krankheitsbedingt schmerzhaft verändern ist kneten nicht mehr drin - falten geht jedoch super. Danke für den guten Tipp und das Rezept.💐💐💐

I've just made your Grandma's bread. Turned out like your bread, so I was very impressed with myself, 😁😎🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 had to convert measurements, as I live in Australia. My boys are now in the process of devouring the loaf. Will be giving this loaf a go as well! Both ways are faster than my Bread Maker, plus I get more pleasure out of the fact, it's truly handmade! Ich habe gestern zwei Brote davon gebacken. Es ist super einfach zu machen und es schmeckt super lecker, ist knusprig und fluffig. Ich würde gerne einmal die doppelte Menge machen. Wie ist es dann mit der Backzeit?
Habe das Brot heute zum ersten mal in einem Topf aus Gusseisen gebacken. Wunderb arer Geschmack. Eine perfekte Kruste und innen schön fluffig. Hat auch den Vorteil, dass man es bei Stromausfall auch draußen auf dem Grill oder offenen Feuer backen kann mit ein paar Briketts auf dem Deckel als Oberhitze.

Hice este pan, verdaderamente es una delicia, también lo he hecho con masa madre, aún más espectacular, y en vez de añadir harina en los dobles, le puse aceite de oliva, y fue maravilloso, claro que tuve que terminarlo a las 74 horas, por la masa madre. @@lyndyloo675 most of us use what is often called a Dutch oven. A heavy cast iron or enamaled pot with a lid. It must be able to withstand high oven heat around 400°f or 220°c there are other methods used, but if you dont have a dutch oven, try to find one at a thrift/second hand store, thats where I got mine

What type of flour did you use? She says wheat flour in the video but is that bread flour? AP flour?

@@lyndyloo675 most of us use what is often called a Dutch oven. A heavy cast iron or enamaled pot with a lid.
It must be able to withstand high oven heat around 400°f or 220°c there are other methods used, but if you dont have a dutch oven, try to find one at a thrift/second hand store, thats where I got mine
