Pennsylvania, USA here. For those who don't want the crust to be so crispy, just brush the top and sides with melted butter when it comes out of the oven. I used to bake 8 or more loaves of bread every week when my kids were little. The butter is a trick I learned from my mom.
I made this bread tonight and I have to say, I am 62 years old and have made numerous loves of bread and these were my absolute best breads EVER! Thank you so much for this recipe and technique. The sifting truly helped make an airy, tender loaves! ❤️🌻
From Pennsylvania,USA. I’m an experienced. Read baker and made these loaves today. They are still baking. It did only take about 5 minutes to assemble the dough! The dough was wonderful to work with!
East has to sit with dough so it can rise enough you maybe throw the dough together In 5 but it is not done in 5 so everyone needs to know making rising and baking compare what type of bread you make takes anywhere from 2 -6 hrs
I’m from Baden ànd Ambridge PA but now live in the Kansas City Missouri area .
I miss how beautiful PA is . ❤

Moved back to North Missouri, Trenton, MO about five years ago. Wish we were still in the KC area! Nice meeting you…

😊👏
@@sandrabosley8616 that’s really cool that we both have lived in both states. I my sons half brothers on his dad’s side graduated from Raytown South.
My sons and I all graduated from Truman in Independence. I graduated during the peek days of cruising Noland Road .
It was really nice speaking with you.
(I support both the Chiefs & Steelers. Royals & Pirates ,Iron City Beer & Boulevard Beer )
@@sisterrose6830 I know what you mean
Hi! I’m from Long Island, N.Y. I made your bread and after rolling it out I sprinkled cinnamon and stevia and then folded it and rolled it. Omg, best cinnamon bread I ever made. Thank you!
That's funny, I thought as she was rolling the dough, maybe she should add a cinnamon mixture in it! 😊
I was thinking of doing that myself, but I would go for a CHOCOLATE swirl. The cinnamon and sugar is a great idea!
I'd be tempted to make 2 massive cinnamon rolls 😂. Watching from Douglas, Isle of Man.
My thoughts exactly
Don’t be tempted…just do it. Nice warm bread recipe the you can easily turn into cinnamon rolls. Make a creamed cheese (I prefer Neufchatel myself) icing to go with it and grab a great cup of coffee or tea! YUMMY!!
@@user-vm5ud4xw6nor a barrel of coffee to go with that big ass cinnamon roll! Haha
@@angelagabrielle9694That's not very nice, but I must admit, pretty funny 😅
I missed that part that only takes 5 minutes
Me too lol
Ha ha ha ,!!!! ,
Funny
It literally took 5 minutes to prepare the dough
Maybe the 5 minutes it takes to take out of the oven and sit on cooling rack! Not sure just thinking
Good morning from Atlanta Ga, I baked my first loaf of bread yesterday because of you. It turned out ok. I am really proud of myself. I will keep trying I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much you inspired me. God bless
Did you convert the 750 grams into cups?
He!lo from Lake Oconee GA!
750 g is by weight. Baking in most other countries is done by weight, not volume. That can make a huge difference in how your bread comes out.
Very nice music which doesn’t take away from the recipe 🎉😊 … thanks look forward to trying this
Keep it up, it gets easier and more fun as you go! I started with an inexpensive Oster bread machine 15 years ago and bread making has become more enjoyable every day since. I've since branched out to making bagels, calzones, pizza, rugelach, etc. And my bread machines also make homemade jam in about an hour, which I love.
Thank God for grandmothers and granddaughters who pass along these recipes and tips! Bless you!
I'm from Charlotte North Carolina I love your videos. My Grandmother was wonderful she made everything homemade. She had a farm 1 cow , a large chicken coop full of chickens. They also raised vegetables to sell at their roadside stand. Their biggest crop was strawberries. I loved going to her house. Unfortunately she passed away before i was old enough to spend summers there like my siblings./ I love watching you cook and bake. hopefully I can learn from you.
My friend would make this and also what she called 'Pizza' bread. At the roll part she would add chunks of mozzarella, canned tomatoes (one here and there) spinach and garlic. It was divine! Thank you for this recipe I want to make it right now but it's my bedtime😊
Yeah definitely more than five minutes but it looks fabulous. I can almost smell it from here
New Mexico USA! Love your videos, thank you
Bread turned out great! I’ve made it twice. I live how it is shaped!
I’m from Barcelona, Spain 🇪🇸 originally!!! I live in Ohio, USA right now. I keep looking for recipes to make bread for my family since I miss our bakeries back home!! This one looks crunchy and soft like I love!!!💕 I will try it!!! Thank you!!!☺️ 😊
What part of Ohio? I'm originally from Akron Ohio but I'm living in Roanoke Virginia now.
@ a Cleveland suburb.😊
@blancanavarro8487
I know of the suburbs. And the lake effect snow ❄️
@@blancanavarro8487 it’s funny I moved from near Akron Ohio. I find the same thing here. Akron had. A lot of bakery’s Charlotte North Carolina only 1 big bakery and the small yuppy bakeries. I want the ethnic bakeries we had up home. I even worked in a big bakery, Nichols bakery. There goodies were wonderful. Down here they have no idea what good rye bread is let alone maple rolls or cream sticks. Sorry got carried away.
@@blancanavarro8487 I just realized you are in Cleveland. You should have. No problem finding good bakery stuff. Just have to ask around. You’ll find what you want
Nothing about this is in 5 minutes, but still looks quick and delicious. :)
The video itself is five minutes 😂
@ omg now that makes sense! 😂
I am from US. I LOVE German food. Especially baked goods & desserts. Yum!!
Where I would visit my Oma, (Grandma) in Germany, in the summer, she had the bakery drop off freshly made rolls, and especially added for me, big, warm pretzels which I ate with sweet unsalted butter. Yum! My Oma would have loved to feed you.😊
@@s.wilson6770 ...& I would have LOVED eating everything. Yummo!! 😋
@Vickie-x5f 🤗you really, really would have. If you happen to live in Washington state, there's a German restaurant that my German mother really liked, and there's a bakery that makes fresh Stollen during the holidays that Mom felt was outstanding and reminded her of what she'd had at home in Germany. If you are in WA let me know and I'll get the info from family to post for you. The Stollen bakery probably does mail order but I don't know for sure.
@@s.wilson6770oh ja. Frische Brötchen!
The bread looks like and sounds like it has great texture.
I am watching from British Columbia Canada

Illinois USA here! My Polish Gaga made bread the same way. Sometimes she would make donuts out of the dough and immerse them in hot oil. Then sprinkle powdered sugar on them when finished. Delicious!

I've been making no knead bread lately, but i actually miss the kneading. Having only 1 rise is handy, though. Will tey this! 😊
Me too, easier, but it's going to snow and I need to make bread and this is intriguing.
I love homemade bread, I'm in Houston, Texas
I’m from Powder Springs, Georgia. It is so beautiful and relaxing watching you bake! I used to bake bread this way but for years have used a bread maker. Saves time. You inspire me to take sometime to go through the process again. My daughter and I used to make bread together. I know she would love to take a day to bake bread together again!

I'm from Rockwood Tennessee, going to make this today.
Please change the title of your video. It’s not just five minutes, but I watched the whole thing and I’m gonna make that tomorrow. It looks delicious. I’m gonna try that.
It would be 5 minutes if she didn't move so slow.
I think she means the 5 min was for the putting the ingredients not counting the rising and baking time
Exatamente kkkkk@@tammyw4233
@@lmiller7624😂😂😂😂😂 verdade
Combining the ingredients and kneading was complete by 4:23, when the instructions say to let it rise. It's five minutes of active prep time, but I get why the video title could be misleading.
Looks Delicious
Beautiful! When you know the smell of fresh home made bread and see it, you can close your eye and smell the bread!!
This looks so good.
I just wish I had counter space to make it 😔, I'll have to improvise so I can.
Also, I don't think I could wait for it to cool down, I'd have to cut it immediately & eat it warm with some butter. 😉
Thank you for sharing! I'm watching in IL, USA.
Je viens du Québec, Canada.Super vidéos, j’adore votre site.
Had to speed it up but enjoyed watching it after doing so😊
Though the bread looks wonderful, there is no such thing as homemade bread in 5 minutes.

I’m gonna try this! My husband will be so happy! We live in North Texas. Thank you for sharing!
I'm from New Mexico USA. I've never made bread before and this recipe was super simple and very easy to follow. The bread was very good. It smelled so wonderful. Mine wasn't as fluffy so I'm going to try again today 😅🤞
Is this in slow-motion?!? Eleven-minute video for a five-minute recipe? I think that I fell asleep around ssssllllllooooowwwwllllllllllyyyyyyyyy pouring the yeast into the water.
use your thumbs to adjust the speed in your settings, instead of trying to be snarky w a comment that is less than helpful.
I don’t think the comment was all that snarky, considering that the title is clickbait. The adding of some ingredients was annoyingly slow and so was the amplified audio while mixing, kneading and slicing. On the other hand I’ll give it a try.
@pjras9361 it's called ASMR ..... ✌🏻
Love it and love to you from Oregon ❤
Hello! From Virginia, United States of America! Thank you for sharing! This looks so delicious! People need to realize, with great food... it takes time! 😊😊
Americans can't make your recipes. We use cups and ounces, and don't know your gram system. Too bad
@gaylerobertson7971 Geez, you can Google the American equivalents.
I'm anxious to try this!
If it has to rest for 50 minster then it's not bread in 5 minutes!
If you want a quick bread, it’s has to be a soda or beer bread. The titles are always misleading. She kneads for more than five minutes.
Ako i ne mora odmarati opet kruh nije gotov za 5 minuta.😅
😂 May be the grandma’s kneading tool 5min. Have seen a friend of mine at work. It’s a piece of art 😄
Πολύ ωραία διαδικασία μέχρι να είναι έτοιμο το ψωμί ! ❤
Από Ελλάδα ευχαριστώ για την συνταγή !

They look beautiful & tasty. However, the title says "Bread in 5 Minutes." It actually appears to take approximately
2 1/2 - 3 hours all together. Worth the try though. Thanks.

Nottingham Maryland (next to Baltimore) my Dad used to make muffins (old family recipe) I've never seen since anywhere, because it took so long to do he made them 2 times a year. Everyone loved them but once they were baked 24 hours later they were like rock.

Hello from Cherokee NC. I used to make bread as a teenager to sell in my neighborhood to make my own money. My Mother taught me how when I was a young girl and I love to cook for my family and friends. I'm so happy that I came across your video. I know that with the future of food prices going up very steadily over the past year. I know that I need to rethink my budget and start making more fresh food from home. Thank you for inspiring me to go back to my roots and have more control over what goes into our bodies in order to remain healthy and strong. I will be looking forward to more of your content. Baking is therapeutic for me bc in my culture our love language is with the food that we prepare for our families. Can't wait to get back to baking and saving our hard earned money.
From Brazil, Piraju- São Paulo, I never had made bread, I'll try this one 😍😍
This looks delicious thank you.
