我也得过一次肩周炎,大概近一年时间才好。刚开始没在意,后来感觉长期不好就开始找些治疗方法了。我觉得,按摩和針灸这两种治疗方法都管用,做一次就能感觉到明显好了一些,还有就是去游泳。
用按摩球按摩,針灸和做伸展運動有明顯幫助

不能, w的動作目的是挺胸,改善姿勢
一般病患患處是有痛點時,實際是無法做到後兩個動作,建議後兩動作仍是以熱敷與休息取代,以免病患更痛與受到更大的傷害。
當你的痛楚減少很多才做最後兩個運動, 預防再次復發.

朋友如果真是患上肩周炎我希望患者(不论男或女)最好每天坚持一小时游泳而且最好娃式游我曾患过肩周炎就是坚持娃式游泳坚持天天去一共7天就好这是真实的例子也是朋友介绍我的希望有这毛病的去试试吧
又唔洗扯得咁盡嘅!...一星期 一 二 次,一個月都可以放鬆到...
