I am a little confused about the wine rice vinegar. I went to the store and can only found Rice vinegar and white wine vinegar but nothing that shows rice wine vinegar. Can you please share an image or a link to buy the vinegar.

I just wanted to let you know that you inspired me. I had never tried bok choy ( that I know of) so after watching your video I went and bought some. I made a soup with it. I put fresh garlic, onion, sea salt, black pepper, celery, fresh tomatoes, the bok choy, And some pinto beans, I used my bone broth I keep in the freezer. It was really really great! I took some to my mom and she LOVED it... thanks for the inspiration!!!!!

I love bok choy! When making ramen, or any souped noodle dish, throwing in about one or two whole bok choy leaves towards the end of the cooking cycle makes the whole dish twice as more delightful!

Then add in the noodles and chopped cooked chicken. I add some salt and pepper to taste, and also some cayenne for a little heat. This soup will last me for several days- sooo yummy
