Does this have to do with hand/leg dominance? If I’m cross dominance (right hand/left leg) do I still work on the same thing or I have to switch something? I feel that I’m stronger on the left side and not fully shifting weight to the right side
Very informative! I have sleeping problem since I went to chiropractor who did manipulation on my mid-lower thoracic - and ever since that treatment I'm unable to sleep . The moment my body drifts to sleep my heart would starts to racing and I wake up. Hearing all this it has to do with respiratory diaphragm function?
I'm working on expanding my rib cage and improving posture (PRI based exercises) - I concluded that my already compressed rib cage (and abdomen below) got even more compressed due to manipulation.
