    We Are Different
Have you tried chiropractic but had poor results or maybe no results? This is where the Gonstead Technique is the difference that changes lives. The most common comment after the initial exam and consultation is "I have never had such a thorough exam!". We don't mess around with your health and everything we do is uniqueto you and your history. Your health is NOT just another case to us. We examine your history and study films taken of your spine to decide the course of action (unique to you) needed to get you out of pain quickly. We take the time to measure the nerve compression with a scope and manually palpate the spineous process to reveal tenderness or swelling in the spinal joints. We adjust the spine accurately and precisely to move the joint and decompress the nerve allowing healing to begin within your body. We educate you how to change your lifestyle so that you can continue on the path of living well and being well.
Chiropractic is Safe, Effective and Economical
At Hackbart Chiropractic we are driven to provide THE BEST chiropractic care by utilizing the Gonstead Technique. Precise and effective adjusting eliminates nerve pressure on the spinal cord. Nerves that affect posture, muscles, back, neck, limbs....as well as, breathing, digestion and immunity. We have patient testimonials ranging from help with back/neck pain, shoulder/hip problems, carpal tunnel and bunions to relief from allergies, fibromyalgia, ear infections, ulcers, headaches and even fertility issues. The nervous system is an amazing machine and it's source of information is wrapped up within the spinal cord which runs along your spinal column. We are hard on our bodies and sometimes something as small as a sneeze can throw your spine out of joint or flare up an old injury that has gone unnoticed until pressure on the nerve sends a shooting pain down the arm. Small things can trigger nerve interference in a way that can effect every day life as every organ, muscle and nerve originates within the spinal cord.
We focus on health through a well functioning nervous system by aligning your spine properly and helping it stay in alignment if you so choose through maintenance care. Relieving pressure on nerves can produce amazing results in many people leading to living well and being well. When your body is functioning properly you get sick less, have fewer injuries, decreased use of medication and possible surgeries and as a result many of our patients have experienced fewer medical bills and expenses. Chiropractic is not just about back pain....it's about total well-being and finding hope, healing and health in the bodies own God-given power to heal.
Stop in and find out more! We are willing to discuss any of your concerns or issues you may have concerning chiropractic and your journey to health.

It makes sense that a newborn could have misalignments considering what their little bodies go through to make their way out of mama. This little guy must feel so much better after his treatment and it shows in his overall disposition and bodily habits. Chiropractors are wonderful.

Absolutely!!! People actually go there entire lives having injuries and misalignments from being born and they never are aware of it freaking crazy. When I was researching stuff to try and figure out what the hell is wrong with my back I came across something about this topic and it was insane to read but it totally makes sense I mean look how they're positioned inside of their mom and all the pressure and everything they go through to get out like you said it's crazy

Our baby boy had exact same symptoms 15 months ago. The pediatrician said that colic is normal and will grow out of it. We noticed he never turned his head to the left and when we tried he would scream. Something was wrong. We did go to a chiropractor in town and didn’t really work. My sister recommended a chiropractor in my home town I grew up in. We saw him an hour later and he did his thing. Our boy was a completely different baby! Proper bowl movement, turn head both directions easily and slept much better! We were pretty disappointed with our pediatrician after that. Our next baby will be going to chiropractor as soon as we leave the hospital! Oh, and I recommend pediatric physical therapy sessions as well! Our PT found things our pediatrician didn’t see. Like, lip and tongue tie which explained why our boy didn’t latch to breast feeding well.

I was a skeptical until I was facing putting my newborn through surgery for a bowel obstruction. I went to a chiropractor appointment and happened to mention my situation and he told me he could help. He asked if I trusted him. I told him yes. He said he adjusts his children the moment they were born for better health. He did very small adjustments on my baby and she immediately filled her diaper. I could see the relief on my baby’s face and surgery was not a concern again. It was amazing.

True story, I knew. Chiropractor who had a lady with a newborn in a similar situation. Little guy was miserable! Cried non-stop, wouldn't have a bowel movement, wouldn't eat, wouldn't sleep etc. Chiropractor took the baby popped 2 places on his little back, he screamed...then popped his neck both directions & he screamed louder, then went completely silent & turned really red & very warm. Mother starts freaking out, understandably so of course. Chiropractor calms her down & says he's silent, because he's sound asleep, he's red & very warm because the circulation is no longer obstructed & is flowing freely. Next day she brought the baby back. He not only loaded several diapers, he never cried during the night & slept the entire night. Baby grew up very healthy & athletic!

Between having twins, being a high risk pregnancy, being mid to late 30s, having a husband that worked 60+ hours a week, and being a first time mom, my mom needed her mom there. She jokes that grandma was the reason she didn't accidentally kill one or both of us with how much she didn't know what she was doing lol
My grandma raised 3 kids including my mom and taught the other 2 siblings to take care of their kids (4 grand babies) before my mom had us (the last 2 before the great grand babies started coming, and she helped with all 16 of those too!) She was on expert mode in the grandma game lol.

Jose Morales I’m using common sense here because this baby is a month old. This baby has no bone proper bone structure whatsoever so what is he cracking here? This whole practice was made up by a crackpot who had no idea what proper medication was during the 1890s. His name was D.D Palmer and he claimed to have healed a deaf man by cracking his spine and that all the nerves are somehow effected by the spine. Your liver, kidneys etc. This is all bullshit because the baby is just constipated and it’s spine is like wet clay so he’s really doing more harm than good here. How does the cracking of bones help with constipated.

Constipation, limited bowel movement and struggle are completely normal for babies still adjusting to liquid diets specially if you are using formula. Amanda Angueira it’s actually recommended that they at least see a chiropractor to make sure everything is aligned. They often suffer trauma during birth and things can get out of wack. Never hurts to take them in just to be sure 😌

Amanda Angueira they have to in some cases. If it’s serious, they need that attention right away and if it’s ignored it will leave the baby not able to move

David S placebos don’t work for babies.

David S there’s quite a clear difference in the temperament before and after. You can’t placebo your way to that.

I remember that there was a chiropractor who did chiropractor on a toddler. It's sad that he lost his license over some uneducated people on the internet claiming he "Broke the baby"
I'm glad he retrieved his license back. Didnt deserve what he got :(

@@leahclaret775 Indeed. I was upset that he received that type of bs. Especially being told down by people who are UNEDUCATED of the career he had chosen. It really sucks. They even lacked common sense when they exaggerated about him "breaking" the baby's spine. Like come on yall, the parents took him there, the chiropractor knew what he was doing even though hes not exactly like a doctor, he knew what the obstacle he had in front of him. Smh.
Edit : he actually is a doctor or doctor of medicine. Forgive this soul for I was only thinking of surgeries and shit. Yea I'm weird. My intention wasnt to insult or to offend but yea just to clarify before more people gets upset. Hope yall read this coz I ain't gonna repeat it. Lmao.

My baby had the same problem. Took her to the pediatrician and he laid her down on her back. Grabbed her tummy and poked with the other hand. Pressure pointed while massaging her belly. She immediately pooped and got relief without utilizing harsh medicines.
