Hey, I know this isn't all related, but my mom is having trouble with her neck. She can't look up a lot, she can't turn her neck all the way, and she says it hurts so bad. She actually has great posture if you think that might have anything to do with it. We just wanted to see if anything would help before we went to the chiropractor. Please respond!

Hi Dr.Rowe, I appreciate your videos!
I tend to do the exercises when I watch the video, but never again afterwards. This is because I kinda forget the steps and don't really want to rewatch the whole thing..
Would you consider doing shorter videos with just the steps of each exercise, no explanation? Just as a recap of longer videos, not as a replacement.
That way we could watch right before doing the stretches. Just an idea that would help me, and hopefully others. Thanks again!

You are by far, the absolute BEST Dr. and UA-cam channel for spinal care, decompression and stretching. Anytime I have any sort of back or neck pain, the first thing I do is consult your UA-cam channel for the stretching-solution; you have helped me for about 2 years now - seriously.
I was starting to spend quite a bit of money on massage therapy and chiropractors; I also consulted several different types of physio and sports therapists. None of them seemed to be able to properly address my issue, or offer the proper remedies.
It was you and your UA-cam channel (and a local kinesiologist) that helped me. Your videos effectively targeted the areas and provided the decompression and stretching solutions that have since improved my mobility and quality of life, 10-fold. I am mobile, active and I lift weights regularly - if/when I need any extra stretching or decompressing, I go to your channel.
    Thank you Dr. Rowe!
I will try to leave more "Likes" when I watch your vids - I don't always do that.

I’ve done the first one. Second one is new. Interesting. Third one I do but it just stretches my neck and doesn’t crack/pop it. Adding turning the chin though I need to try. I have used the towel method in your video. I think in order to crack/pop your neck, you have to relax your neck. If it’s too tense you’ll just be stretching.

I never had neck problems in my life (47y), no pop, no crack, no nothing, all was always smooth - until suddenly last Summer out of the blue. I feel like my neck cracks / pops dozens of times per day, if not more than hundred times, it feels so weird, and pain on the right side. I hope with these kind of exercises I get all under control again.

Peace Doctor Rowe, I appreciate your good and helpful content. I wanted to ask what the correct standing and walking techniques are? Because I have been researching and experimenting over 3 years on this matter, and have come to the conclusion that most people use a version of the horrible technique "heel striking". Instead of actually using the ankle joint as a point of leverage like we do when walking down a stair case or when we skip (heel never even touches the floor), people just hit their ankle/heel on surfaces which compresses their joints from ankle to knee, hip and spine. I have uploaded some videos which genuinely might interest you

Most debilitating is in my sit bones but I can't tell if that's in my hips, si, glutes, piriformis or IT band or what. • @DrRowe

There's an inherent risk with every treatment. That being said, the risk of injury is extremely low with chiropractic adjustments. So low, that chiropractors have some of the lowest malpractice rates in healthcare (due to minimal risk).

Can you stretch the neck too far and tear the facet joint capsules? I tilted my head to the side without holding the head with my hand and felt a tear sensation on the stretched side of the neck.
