Hey, I know this isn't all related, but my mom is having trouble with her neck. She can't look up a lot, she can't turn her neck all the way, and she says it hurts so bad. She actually has great posture if you think that might have anything to do with it. We just wanted to see if anything would help before we went to the chiropractor. Please respond!
Hi Dr.Rowe, I appreciate your videos!
I tend to do the exercises when I watch the video, but never again afterwards. This is because I kinda forget the steps and don't really want to rewatch the whole thing..
Would you consider doing shorter videos with just the steps of each exercise, no explanation? Just as a recap of longer videos, not as a replacement.
That way we could watch right before doing the stretches. Just an idea that would help me, and hopefully others. Thanks again!

This really works!! I tried it on my brother and it gave him so much relief he's been asleep for 2 days!
OHH MY GOD OH MY GOD, I have been going for intense Physiotherapy for the past 3 months and had 80% relief BUT NOTHING LIKE THIS AND I ONLLLYY DID EXERCISE NO.1 I AM IN SHOCK. How do I explain the feeling in my neck? 😭 IT FEELS SOO GOOOOOD. It feels like a bobblehead pen 🤣🤣 THANK YOU SO MUCH 😭♥️♥️ GOD BLESSS ♥️
Wow! All these helped so much! Thank you
it is so good to see videos that actually help!!!
Dr Rowe, you are amazing...😊
You are by far, the absolute BEST Dr. and UA-cam channel for spinal care, decompression and stretching. Anytime I have any sort of back or neck pain, the first thing I do is consult your UA-cam channel for the stretching-solution; you have helped me for about 2 years now - seriously.
I was starting to spend quite a bit of money on massage therapy and chiropractors; I also consulted several different types of physio and sports therapists. None of them seemed to be able to properly address my issue, or offer the proper remedies.
It was you and your UA-cam channel (and a local kinesiologist) that helped me. Your videos effectively targeted the areas and provided the decompression and stretching solutions that have since improved my mobility and quality of life, 10-fold. I am mobile, active and I lift weights regularly - if/when I need any extra stretching or decompressing, I go to your channel.
Thank you Dr. Rowe!
I will try to leave more "Likes" when I watch your vids - I don't always do that.
Thank you so much, and thanks for supporting us (I appreciate it)!
Love Dr Rowe
Love your videos! Unfortunately, I am waaayy to locked up to ever crack. 😕 (Scoliosis + chronic tension)
Doc thank you for all these guidelines,
I am following everyday, will you please suggest exercise for Gil musle (serratus).
Thanks again.
I remember doing the version with the towel a couple of years ago… I got a satisfying crack on both sides and fell asleep for like 30 minutes and didn’t know what happen… lol
Bro died and came back😭

This was a lifesaver for me! I’m too afraid to go to a chiropractor and my neck really needs some work. Exercise #2 did the job. Got a couple of small pops on the first try. Did another one and got another pop. I’ll do them again tomorrow to see if I get more relief! Thank you ! 🥰🥰
Thanks for watching!

The first segment completely helped my tightness I had been dealing with all day! Oh my goodness thank Source for you and this platform God!
Wow! I did the first part of stretching and it really did it for me! I feel such a relief and I did hear the POPS! Thank you for being so thorough in explaining and showing the how to …
Thanks for watching!
Awesome. It's my first comment on any UA-cam video. I was suffering from left coller and neck sprain, I did this and got quick results. Thanks and really a good job
Well thank you, and thanks for watching!

Thank you! I've been wanting to visit the chiro but just don't have the funds right now. My neck has been so tight at times, it literally feels like I can't breathe. Exercise 2 helped so much. My breathing was so much better. No popping but feel the relase. Thank you so so much!
Glad the exercises are helping you!
This man is a genius the relief I've gained from sciatica from just watching these videos is amazing Thanks Doc
Thanks for watching!
I’ve done the first one. Second one is new. Interesting. Third one I do but it just stretches my neck and doesn’t crack/pop it. Adding turning the chin though I need to try. I have used the towel method in your video. I think in order to crack/pop your neck, you have to relax your neck. If it’s too tense you’ll just be stretching.
Wow amazing
Thanks for watching!
Really needed this. Thanks doc
Hope it helps!
aah this is one for the saved playlist
thank you
Thanks for watching!
okay!!! you're awesome!!! i just found you tonight!! i have been miserable i can already feel less tight and some release
Glad you’re getting relief!
Great stuff! Thank you so much! I just tried out the first 3 exercises and feel good afterwards. I never had neck problems in my life (47y), no pop, no crack, no nothing, all was always smooth - until suddenly last Summer out of the blue. I feel like my neck cracks / pops dozens of times per day, if not more than hundred times, it feels so weird, and pain on the right side. I hope with these kind of exercises I get all under control again.
Glad the exercises are helping you!
Hi there 💕 Thanks for amazing channel. I have internal rotation in one of my knees. ( I also have hip rotation), is it possible for you to post a video about fixing knee rotation. I appreciate it.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Peace Doctor Rowe, I appreciate your good and helpful content. I wanted to ask what the correct standing and walking techniques are? Because I have been researching and experimenting over 3 years on this matter, and have come to the conclusion that most people use a version of the horrible technique "heel striking". Instead of actually using the ankle joint as a point of leverage like we do when walking down a stair case or when we skip (heel never even touches the floor), people just hit their ankle/heel on surfaces which compresses their joints from ankle to knee, hip and spine. I have uploaded some videos which genuinely might interest you
I felt a pop with out having to get my neck popped wow! I feel soooo much better after doing this one a day the stiff neck stretch you have wow! Now I can actually get some rest it's 2 am where I am - Wow wow
Glad you’re getting relief!
I'm curious, if I have a bulging disc in the lumbar area, are there exercises or movements that can help to correct/alleviate the condition? Secondly, what are the best habits to adapt to prevent or reduce pains in this area?
Neck has been bothering me for ages now so I tried the neck stretch. I heard nothing. Just a tight stretch.
3rd time looking up to turn ceiling I got this big clunk noise. Damn! most satisfying sound ever!
I read the title too fast.
Thought it said, "How to Safe Crack you neck."
Ya know, twist the dials one way, then the other... lol
thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for watching!
I'm going to re-watch all your videos. The cancer medicines have caused me pain everywhere. Most debilitating is in my sit bones but I can't tell if that's in my hips, si, glutes, piriformis or IT band or what. The pain seems to be everywhere in the sitting area and some time runs down my leg especially the right. And low back pain is a problem because I'm 60 pounds overweight. Cancer medicine is preventing me from aggressively losing weight.
Hope the exercises help, and please give us an update in a week or two.
on the extra little push at the end of the first stretch, I felt a pulling/tingling in my earlobe on the outside of the stretch. What's that all about?
Hi doctor, does the way how chiropractors pop the neck damage any artery or nerve?
There's an inherent risk with every treatment. That being said, the risk of injury is extremely low with chiropractic adjustments. So low, that chiropractors have some of the lowest malpractice rates in healthcare (due to minimal risk).
What if you can never get a self pop or release? I can feel the stretches and get that good hurt type of pain. But once stopped stretching, everything goes back to being in pain and being tight.
Same, back of my neck has been so tight for three days, the pressure is intense but I cannot get it to crack, 😢
Wow
have you ever had patients with SEVERE tinnitus?
i desperately need help.. it's been 4 years, nothing works, it only gets worse.
Best advice is to consult an ENT, someone who specializes in treating tinnitus.
@@DrRowe ENT's don't know anything about tinnitus
Be the reason someone smiles today😇
no
Great idea ❤…..you just made me smile, now I’m going to do the same ….
Love your self as you’re neighbor
Is it an old wives tale that cracking your neck causes long-term issues or can we do this safely for relief without long-term damage? Thank you for all your stretches!
Forcing the 'pop' is a recipe for injury, but doing simple range-of-motion exercises is fine.
@@DrRowe thank you for the reply! Much appreciated!
Instructions unclear: I broke my neck
My neck is a high tension, locked up area, sometimes it gets so bad I gotta blast it with my massage gun🔫
Thanx for these!
Thanks for watching!
I always get ONE pop when I look straight up (somewhere at the process)
If I help my hand to crack with that pop of neck my hand's would get pop itself 😂

What if I was just dancing and I cracked my neck and I didn’t mean it
I have a habit of doing this 😅
Omg I haven’t ever. Been able to crack my neck and i just did this and I died…
Should you sleep with a towel under your neck like this..?
Good video but it didnt work for me

Like a car?
Can you stretch the neck too far and tear the facet joint capsules? I tilted my head to the side without holding the head with my hand and felt a tear sensation on the stretched side of the neck.
