  • Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
    This a perfect full body pilates workout when you are looking for a 30-minute routine that hits all areas, including core, upper body and lower body.

    Cailin, Thank you for this series. I have been following along during the month of July 2023. I definitely feel a difference in my mobility after the workouts. My hips and back are thanking me for pushing play every day this month. I hope to see more mobility workouts in the future. Thanks again for filming these workouts.
