    Oh, wow. I started following your videos about four months ago. I had been unwell, and needed to heal. I started with your easier practices, and struggled with those. Today, I did this entire practice and it wasn't a struggle at all. It was an intense work out, but I got through it. Thank you, Paula! You're practices have helped me rehabilitate and get strong.

    I really love this sequence! My body (especially my spine) feels that this is perfect amount of strengtening, stretching and mobilization in one practice. I often practice with you during the week and I feel better, stronger and more calm that before. Thanks for your beautiful work!

    The prenatal videos were my regular practice during my pregnancy. Really great I can only recommend it to anyone expecting!
    I love the new videos you are posting and thank you for doing the instructions live again. Not sure if you already had this feedback but for me there is no comparison. With the live talk I feel a lot more connected to the practice, my own body and to your way of teaching.
    I'm glad I found your channel, you have a wonderful way of guiding people through the practice and highlighting those all important details.

    The prenatal videos were also mine regular practice - literally until the last day :) I practiced every evening, and it really helped me to get through!
    I continued to practice after the birth, almost 2 year now.
    I like the sequences, the explanations and overall dynamic.

      Hello Bing, the mat I usually use actually has no brand as I bought it over 15 years ago but it is still as good as when I first bought it!! Wish I could find another one just like it. I do really love mats from manduka + cork mats are usually pretty good too (can feel a bit slippery at first but you can spray some water on it to make it more sticky). xx
