Hi Paula, may ask please what brand of mat you used in this video, and what kind and brand do you recommend? I really like your mats. Thank you.
Hello Bing, the mat I usually use actually has no brand as I bought it over 15 years ago but it is still as good as when I first bought it!! Wish I could find another one just like it. I do really love mats from manduka + cork mats are usually pretty good too (can feel a bit slippery at first but you can spray some water on it to make it more sticky). xx
