I'll be dead honest - I have always kind of loathed yoga... Sorry guys but I am one of those obnoxious crossfitters and yoga was always too slow for me. My son was born a month ago and this new mom has to take it easy and holy moly....I might actually LOVE yoga now thanks to Paula! I threw my back out in labor and searched postpartum yoga and I try and do your yoga for neck, shoulders and upper back daily if I can as it helps with shoulder/neck pain from nursing too! Thank you for converting me and I'm pretty sure when things start to open back up I'll actually seek out a yoga studio! Just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your videos xo

Loving this practice of yours again, Paula! I love that the way you instructed and how it always bring new insights to each poses. These are the fundamental poses and I love how we can take the time to master each and every single one. All the reminders come in at the perfect time for me. My mind was really relaxed, but at the same time I am focusing on each poses, it is really hard to describe, but it sure does feel good for me. Thanks again Paula!

Could you also upload some videos about techniques like transition from plank, upward dog to downward dog (I always struggle a little bit at this part in your practice), or how to do proper crescent lunge sth like that?

I just discovered you and this was my first yoga class of yours. I really enjoyed it, a few simple moves that gave me so much! The transition into the first downward facing dog was a bit too fast for my wrists so I paused to move and warm them up a little. I also reeeally enjoyed your words in upavistha konasana. Thank you for this practice, looking forward to practicing more with your videos!
