Yes They Were / born and raised in Daytona Beach Florida MTV Spring Break all I can say is it was unbelievable I lived about 1 mi south of the bandshell we're pretty much all the events were going on
Back in the day...when MV aired we just enjoyed the show. Had no real idea how much impact it had on culture or that it revitalized South Beach. Which was a dead street. Now a hot spot. Or how original the show was pairing popular rock songs to action sequences. Add realistic scenarios (to a civilian at least). Only one aspect I always found odd or out of place was Sonny's pet Gator "Elvis"....what were they thinking there??? Could they not have given Sonny a large dog? Though on a boat? :) Other than that...Classic show. Nothing like it since. But they are getting better with the writing today...Dick Wolf team.
the 80’s were the best of times.

Funny how back in the 1980's in Miami no one had AC, no airports or police stations, they were always so sweaty 😂

This episode was titled Milk Run, just dawned on me after second-thinking this opening scene, maybe Tubbs laying in a pool of moo-juice...LOL
