Ingredients:
1 Whole Head of Cauliflower
1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
1 Heaping Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning (roughly half a packet)
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Supplies:
Foil Pan or Cast Iron Pan (Amazon Affiliate Link: amzn.to/3qFQZyK )
Smoker (250 degrees F indirect)
Mixing Bowl
Sharp Knife
Boiling Water in a Pot or Microwave and Large Bowl with Water in it

@@outdoorindoortexan I might just go all out and make my own BBQ sauce and treat it like a smoked meatloaf. May even use a sweet glaze rib candy to try out.

I would recommend to not add the additional water in the microwave. There's enough H2O in the cauliflower to allow for steaming, your indirect method is not necessary-I say this because the water you add will need removed before consuming to intensify the natural flavors in the cauliflower.

Wrong. Boiling removes vitamins.
