    Hi Ben!🔥🔥🔥Forever indebted to all the knowledge you give us... Thank you so much. Something really strange happened to my ad conversions recently. After running them for about 6 weeks, with doing all the tweaks and following your tips, their performance had really become top notch. However, on Feb 21, they almost all suddenly stopped converting! The add to carts and checkouts are still great (add to carts hovering around 6-7%) with under 1.5 frequency, however conversions have dropping to less than half what they were before! Is this at all normal? It's been like this for 3 days back to back now.

    I ran a carousel ad for Dr appointments but it worked poor. I ran a single image from one of images from carousel and it worked amazingly 😮

    I'm running a campaign for a dog breeder and the carousel makes sense for placing each puppy individually by name. I'm doing an ad set of 2 ads each with 4 image carousel for the pups. Even if I did a video it would probably just be a slideshow style anyway.
    We'll see how it goes!

      great choice, if i were you i will do the same for my clients, yet if they needed something more, we can make a video with an interesting story that captures people's attention and eventually convince them to take an action.

      Videos can loop. So if you you had an image of a pup that said “Meet Pup Joe: born in 2021…etc etc” let’s say it takes someone 12 seconds to read and look at your image. If you instead turn that image into a 6 second video format that would count as 2 full play through a for the algorithm

      @@joeywinsalot452 Thanks for the tip! That makes sense, but I have to ask who benefits? Considering I'm paying for the ad already, why would the algorithm matter? I mean I'm sure it does in some sense but I don't know in what ways. If the person watches the video a couple times, maybe that's a better chance of them being interested and making contact, but in this case the algo isn't going to make this specific person more like to contact/buy. And just because this one person had to watch through 2 cycles, doesn't mean somehow "this type of person" is more likely to buy (if that's what the algo is trying to figure out). It's more like, I'm tricking them to watch through 2 cycles, but that doesn't mean this is now the type of person more likely to contact/buy, so even if the algo is affected, it doesn't mean it's affected in the best way.

      ​@topfranchises i just continued to run our pictures as slides.
      What works best is buy as many views as you can. We tried to go cheap, like $30/week, but in the end we had to spend like $500 in a month to get enough interested.
      In the end, if people can't get a pup, then they can't, so getting as many eyeballs as possible was more important so the right people who are ready would find it.

    Ben - how strict are you with the price cutoff for a Direct To Offer campaign? I know you recommend $100, is this fixed or is there some leeway? For example, would a $145 product work fine? I understand that a consulting package for $800 would not quality for DTO, but what about ticket orders around the $100-$200 range?

      Good question - I would test DTO with that sort of price point. Sometimes it does work and it’s definitely worth finding out for sure

    Hey Ben,
    In some of your previous videos I remember you saying to use about 5 ad creatives per adset, so that facebook algorithm doesn't get overhelmed, however in this video I'm seeing that you're testing a lot of different creatives within an adset. Did things change?

      It depends on your strategy. With Direct To Offer I would use 3-4 ads per ad set. With Omnipresent Content I would use 8-12 different ad sets (1 ad per ad set). So it varies a lot.

    So sorry for this random question here, when you have a successful CBO for 10 days, do you increase its budget or duplicate the whole campaign then increase? Some people prefer not to touch an existing CBO if it is doing well. I appreciate your content always and honestly I never care to ask anyone when I am stuck except you.

    Hi Ben, if the available budget is small and so difficult to have multiple ads/ad sets is it advised to use dynamic creative?

      No I wouldn't use dynamic creative, but I would limit the number of variables. So go with less ads and less ad sets.

      This is a problem that am facing now due to my client's tight budget, so i just go with one ad set, yet let me remind you, to keep monitoring the numbers to make the most out of your budget.

    We usually say. The bigger the no-brainer it is, the lower complexity in the ads.
    Example: 80% sales (no big copy, simple picture with graphics)

    Hey Ben. Want to ask a question. Is it better to mention price in ad creative.? Like in description or headline. When creating an ad for e-commerce business or selling something under $50 usd.

      It can be if that price if a real selling point of yours. If you are on the premium side of things then it probably isn't.

    Thoughts on video carousel vs image carousel? We've been testing the two and image carousel has been dominating month after month. We have no idea why! Any insight would be most helpful.

      I would expect image to work beta most of the time but good to test!
      I think a carousel of videos feels like too much effort for people to go through

    can you do a video on the paid blue badge that Facebook is planning to launch? I think that one of the things mentioned is that those with the badge will get more reach from their posts. How much more? If I get an organic reach for every follower my page has, that would definitely be worth the $12 per month...

    What do you think about making an ad video without text in the video in order to get the person to watch the whole thing because they don't think it's an ad. and then sell them in the text of the post or on the website

      Anything based around deception (even if well intentioned) tends to not work over the long run. People will see it's an ad.

    I wish someone could explain why any Facebook ad I run results in tons of 1 page clicks with a visit time of under 5 seconds. My music software company is very niche and we only target those who use music software. The website has been running and selling for 20 years and we have thousands of users. Facebook ads are basically paying for junk or bot traffic for me. Am I not tossing enough $ at it? Usually do a $20 per day, 3 day run and nothing is set to automatic.

    How would you market a cleaning company?

      I would start by ( Why we are in business?
      who we serve/help to solve a problem?
      what will we offer to solve your problem?
      use content marketing.
      help people for free in exchange of testimonials
      make content about your services ( show before and after cases )
      use testimonials from clients.
      Videos during the process.
      and with setting a marketing plan you will know what to do
      good luck

    Hi Ben, great video. I usually keep my audiences the same across ad sets but change the content as I'm curious to see what type of picture performs best. Would you consider this a mistake? Will ad sets compete against each other and potentially cause ad fatigue? Thanks!

      That's not how I would recommend structuring things. If you want to test ad creative, it's usually best to do so within one ad set. We use separate ad sets for separate targeting options typically.

    Is that possible that Meta charges 100 USD as automatic payment( for the ads that I havent ran yet) but doesnt give me that as a credit ?? or my account has been hacked and used by someone else's purpose?

      @@BenHeath I am trying to , first thing I have reported the payment through paypal and marked it as an unauthorized payment so I will be waiting for the case to be settled down.
      Second of all, I am checking my business account, I am still the only owner of both facebook and instagram accounts! in another words, no one else has an access to my accounts but me.
      Additionally, all my payment history is gone, the fact that I know I was the one who has personally ran those ads are gone! all transaction history are no longer there! Why would that happen??
      Morover , in billing section , I am required to add business info. Do you think that would be the reason for whole mess? thats why 100 usd doesnt appear in my ad balance? becasue Logically, if meta charges me , they would credit that 100 USD to be used at my disposal right? sorry for the bombardment! its the first time I go through this kind of exp
