Hi Ben, thanks so much for your free content, it's much appreciated. Question, you mention "let meta do the work" I might be paraphrasing, this is regards to target audience, but I noticed in my industry, I sell a very specific type of building material, I tend to get alot of laborers looking for jobs as my leads, it started becoming more frequent with every campaign, I suspect that meta found an algorithm and started targeting this type of audience. BTW I'm from south africa. Your input will be appreciated. Thanks!
This is by far the most informative channel regarding Facebook ads. Thank you Ben for so much free knowledge. You tell everything with examples which is so easy to understand even for a beginner.

So, I've watched your video and I want to say BIG THANK YOU, because many things I knew before became much structured and clear for me. P.S. Sometimes I rewinded the video several times to get the real idea of your words in relation to my own business. So, my another thank you for being direct and honest.
@@BenHeath This is the 2nd video I watched for Omni present content, why you don't share your own 6 month old campaign results from the ads manager, because if we target warm audience the Frequency is too high.
@moazmamoon It's suppose to work as a funnel, if your frequency is getting high for your warm/retargeting audience then start targeting cold audience as well to continue to grow your warm audience

I always thought we were using the "omnipresent campaign" to warm up our audience BEFORE retargeting them with a main offer. But technically, this acts as a pure retargeting campaign now? Have you changed your approach to this or am I crazy 😅 ? How do you go about your retargeting campaign then?
It's actually a newer model of retargeting for the long term play and to increase roas since faceebook ads keeps getting more expensive and goin straight for conversions campaigns is decreasing roas and roi.

Hi Ben, first of all thank you for this informative video. My question is why add the warm audience to "Advantage+ audience" and give meta option to go beyond the warm audience. Why not add warm audiences to "Audience Control" where we know meta is only going to advertise to the audience we added. And I see that some people say that they are getting very poor and irrelevant audience with omnipresent ads. Thank you IA
From my experience Meta can really use the warm audience to find the fitting people who have similar profile. It kinda "lookalike" group, but with a lot of AI in the model. That being said, I think its worth using it if you don't have an ad specifically for people from your warm audience e.g. only to people who were present on your webinar.
Thanks a lot for all the value you provide. I have been binge-watching a lot of your videos. My question is: would you do omnipresent marketing also for an e-commerce company that sells products and not services? Thanks.
Hi Ben, great videos you publish. Especially for people like me who are new to this. I’m in the start-up phase to run a car dealership and want to run ads to find car owners that like to sell their vehicles. Do you have any video on how to marketing in that business?
I have a question here: I know the strategy is really good, but why is the objective awareness? When this will only increase reach, not bring in leads. Or will there be chances of getting leads objective once leads are chosen after awareness?
hi, i cant change the frequency cap. whenever i click the edit buttonn it will be automatically changed into "mix values". can you explain more about that?
What about a video about cross-channel remarketing? The same creatives in Facebook, Instagram, UA-cam and Google Display Network. Adding UA-cam and Google Display Network to the ad channels mix would make it trully omnipresent.

Wow, that sounds great! I was thinking about that strategy and have an idea for a deeper omnipresent strategy and would be interesting, what you think about it. My idea is to combine your omnipresent strategy with a full funnel strategy. Full-Funnel-Omni-Present-Structue: So I would do your 14 Ads structure in a Brand-Awareness (14) + Click (14) + Video-View (14) + Interaction (14) Conversion (14) + Retargeting (14) --> So people see all the time different ads in different stadium of their customer journey. What do you think about that long term strategy?
Do yo think it will be better to use EXISTING POSTS instead of new creatives with doing the awareness campaign ? Also will the campaign go back to learning stage if you keep adding creatives AFTER the campaign has been running for awhile? Thank You Ben
Thank you for this awesome update Ben. This will go a long way in increasing ROAS and since different creatives are being used meta ain't gat anything to say 😂. Lets go

Thanks for the great content! Our company is a brand that sells online courses, offering various categories such as photography, emotions, relationships, and more. How should I set up the ad set for them? My warm audience is the same for all, which includes people who engaged with our Facebook page and Instagram account. However, when it comes to setting interests, they all have different interests. Should I use different interest targeting for each ad set, or should I create separate ad campaigns for them? Thank you again for your video!
I tried this the other day, but I have one account where no frecuency cap is available anymore. It looks like Meta is disabling this option. This account also already has the option of creating flexible ads instead of Dynamic Creatives. What to do in that case?
Ben... So, I've watched all of your omnipresent content videos like a dozen times each now. I love the strategy but the shift towards broad retargeting, especially with Adv+ Audiences confuses me. Can you explain why you are taking the wider approach here? Wasn't the goal to hit the same 50-100k people over and over?
I think I can chime in a little here. Advertising that starts with an awareness campaign followed up by a direct response campaign will perform better than just DR alone. The kind of story you tell for awareness is very different. And that’s why he doesn’t have a lot of CTA content in this strategy. It makes total sense. And I don’t know why I didn’t think of this sooner because starting with $1 a day is very doable for any business.
Great video! How long do you think it takes before a prospect will sign up for a service like mine. ie we're a growth partner for brands. We make them more sales with our online strategy. Trust is key here, so it will take a couple of months perhaps?
I'm lost of whether retargeting was abandoned in this version or it's only applicable to cold awareness campaigns Please clarify? It wasn't mentioned at all and the top comment has 6 positive signs referring to the same question. It seems to me rerargeting became irrelevant in a warm audience but still has a place with cold awareness.
So I guess my question is when starting out is it better to grow a business page through the omnipresent or by globally advertising to get page likes? I’m wondering if I can kill two birds with one stone on a page and making it look legitimate and produce leads at the same time. I do not want my small amount of followers to be a factor that scares people away.
Not really no. The big downside is that you can't use a frequency cap which means ads will be shown to people too often for them to have longevity. And most of the ads won't generate any conversions which will thoroughly confuse Meta.
Trying to do the math and I'm stumped. At $1 per day per adset, with 14 adsets, but only showing 2 ads per day, am I spending $14 per day or $2 per day?
Has the amount of Ads and Adsets changed from the last video about the omnipresent campaign? I was using 10 adsets with 1 impression every. 5 days. can you elaborate on this?
@@BenHeath 8-14 ad sets but broken down how, how many different creatives in those ad sets, and how many diff interests and is it all in the same campaign using CBO or without CBO, can you elaborate please
Thanks a lot. No they won’t see your ads in order but that’s fine. The point is to generated many many impressions across the ads. It’s not to walk people through a sequence.
Question. For the CTA ads within the omnipresent awareness campaign you wouldn't be able to add a CTA button since they are within the awareness campaign structure unless I am missing something?
This all looks easy until you try it and Facebook keeps sending your ads to wrong audience and wasting your money. Small businesses don’t stand a chance this monopoly game of ads.
change that mindset and it will change your results. if you're playing on a field with the big players you will lose, that's 99% the case. But if you find your own small field where they can't go, then you win. Niche down, stand out and actually think about how to make it work instead of saying it doesn't work. everyone started with a new ad account once.
Good video! One thing I'd recommend though is using different music, the one used is annoying to listen to over long periods of time, so beepy and incongruent

And most of the ads won't generate any conversions which will thoroughly confuse Meta.
Trying to do the math and I'm stumped. At $1 per day per adset, with 14 adsets, but only showing 2 ads per day, am I spending $14 per day or $2 per day?
$14 per day. Ad spend is dictated by the ad set, not by the number of ads.
Has the amount of Ads and Adsets changed from the last video about the omnipresent campaign? I was using 10 adsets with 1 impression every. 5 days. can you elaborate on this?
I recommend using 8 to 14 ad sets. Anything in that range, you are all good :)
@@BenHeath 8-14 ad sets but broken down how, how many different creatives in those ad sets, and how many diff interests and is it all in the same campaign using CBO or without CBO, can you elaborate please
so good and useful.
What type of product you promoted?
Which niche can give high ROI on thumbnail?
@BenHeat hi! :D amazing video! Just one question: are we sure that same people see creatives in our orders? how can we handle that? Thanks !😀
Thanks a lot.
No they won’t see your ads in order but that’s fine. The point is to generated many many impressions across the ads. It’s not to walk people through a sequence.
@@BenHeath ok, so the "POV" is about cover the audience with different and strategic creatives, correct?
Is this for service based businesses or high ticket items. Is it useful for DTC $50 products?
Good question, this can be done with service or high ticket as long as LTV is over $1,000
Question. For the CTA ads within the omnipresent awareness campaign you wouldn't be able to add a CTA button since they are within the awareness campaign structure unless I am missing something?
Can you do one for only B2B Clients?
Absolutely :)
My business is only B2B
Hey, does facebook require to disclose that videos/photos are made with AI for ads ?
Hi Ben, Are omnipresent ads also appropriate for non-service businesses (I sell tangible products - average cart value of €300)
With that AOV you are close to the line there honestly. I'd give it a go.
@@BenHeath Many thanks
Great video as always ben. Would this work for advertising web design services?
Yeah for sure :)
This all looks easy until you try it and Facebook keeps sending your ads to wrong audience and wasting your money. Small businesses don’t stand a chance this monopoly game of ads.
Exactly
Been working great for me.
change that mindset and it will change your results. if you're playing on a field with the big players you will lose, that's 99% the case. But if you find your own small field where they can't go, then you win. Niche down, stand out and actually think about how to make it work instead of saying it doesn't work. everyone started with a new ad account once.
Constantly. It’s so hard figuring out how to target the right people.
how much is your budget?
Great video! I want to check if this will be beneficial for skincare industry?
Sure
This gentleman! I owe you a beer! You catrie dme thtough!
Very helpful
Why would you prefer 14 ad sets instead of 14 ads in one ad set? Can you explain pls? :)
to force spend equally i would assume
Yes exactly that. If you put them all in one ad set, nearly all the impressions will b from one ad and it'll fatigue very fast.
How long do you keep those videos before switching them out?
6 months or so usually :)
@@BenHeath Thank you! Whats the benefit of using awareness over engagement for this campaign?
Would this work with sales campaign?
No it wouldn’t I’m afraid
@@BenHeath thanks Ben
Good video! One thing I'd recommend though is using different music, the one used is annoying to listen to over long periods of time, so beepy and incongruent
Urgh I didn't even hear it until I read this comment 😂
@@richl6429 same lol
its blird. cant see properly.
How often do you change ads?
That depends on the results that we see. Could be days, could be months
I really did not get it, I thought CBO was the default?
No not anymore
Does this work for product ecommerce?
If you have a large enough LTV then yes, otherwise no.
What do you think of the idea to run two campaigns - one Omnipresent for warm audience and one Omnipresent for cold audience that feeds the warm?
I think it's best to lump them in together if you don't have enough warm audience to just target warm.
