GREAT VIDEO! This video allowed me to find out that my competitors got several ads taken down because they were (supposedly) about politics, but they were just using the word "democratize" as a means to tell that their stuff was for everyone… very interesting, so they took the add down. And all that was written right there.
Great video ben Just have one doubt how to do creative for campaign Means how many creative we have start with and what sizes are good for great results?? Could you please help us with this..
Thank you for your videos. I have a question: to test a product, should I create a campaign with 3 or 5 ad sets of $20 each, or a campaign with 10 ad sets of $10 each? Thank you.
You can create a custom audience from those people and specifically retarget them. You could also create a lookalike audience from that source audience and target that as well.
great info but what if you cannot find any ads that are that old? Many of the types we run are no longer being run because the wheels seem to have come off FB advertising now. We always ran conversion campaings for service based business with Videos. Now that is just not working well at all for any of us. We have done lead ads but again, just not great results at all. I see all the competitors we always modeled and almost all their new ads are a week old to two weeks max
Your videos are life savers. Can you please do one for ads manager setup for multistep sales funnel? Where websites have landing page with freebie, next page talking about a small product to sell. So firstly it is crucial to sell that product. Ad setup for that will be brilliant. And then if possible, ads regarding offering a bigger one time offer after the first product in the funnel so conversion for that.
Hi Ben, thanks for the advice as always. Just a quick question, do you recommend to put different app event optimisation in one campaign different adsets or to put it in different campaign?
Hey Ben, thanks for the video. I've been using this technique to create ads for my own clothing brand but the problem is that I don't know what interests my competitors are targeting? If I keep it generic (only country + age), I am possibly ending up targeting more than 50 million people, which I don't have the budget for. How would one go about finding what interests my competitors would be targeting?
so for one ad group try to target a broad group (you don't have to put an interest or audience) and for three others target three major apparel brands. Let's say you sell yoga leggings, so target those who like Skims, Lululemon, Athletica in each separate ad group. That makes a total of 4 ad groups in one campaign. You want to have one broad and the three others you can constantly try out different audiences if that makes sense.
Hi Ben ! Big fan from India ! I just want to ask what’s happening to Facebook as it’s provided sales from couple of weeks and making situation worst ! Can you guide me something as I aslo running CBO Conversion Campaigns
Thank you very much, very useful. But how do you know if your competition doesn't have a stupid marketing company running a lot of ads, and some of them are bad af? Or if they didn't start some ads, and some of them are working and some of them don't but they don't care about that?
That's always a possibility but it's unlikely. Almost no one will run ads for months and months if they aren't working. That's why it's so important to look at the ads that have been running for a long time.
Hello Ben , Great video Quick question , what if out marketing budget is no the same as our competitors Than do we still MODAL after them with that small budget?
@@BenHeath thank you so much Ben! Really looking forward to it but I really hope it's not lookalike audience or the other two that facebook has mentioned in their article :( I've lost so much just because of Facebook deleting the targeting options😭

Hi Ben Why don't we get results on ads library for some ads that are currently running on instagram? was it because they are running their ads through the instagram app?
That completely depends on what you are advertising, where you are advertising and what campaign objective you are using. For some businesses £0.20 is great. For others £3.00 is great.
Hey Ben! Great Video, in General your videos helped me a lot thank you for that! I have a question, i have an app and wanted to start running ads, the one problem i have is that, everytime i click on the button: IOS 14+ Campaigns, i can choose my app, without it i can choose my app normally, do u have any idea to get this problem fixed, or do u know any websites, yt videos, or a person who can help me? Thanks a lot again Ben.
I would much rather be unoriginal and successful than creative and not. You also want to model from other examples not copying so there is certainly room for your own originality.
Hi Ben I watch all your Videos. Thanks for your help. I really love them I started a new Campaign one month ago I got perfect results I have 2 assets and I have four ads on each but I wanna ad new videos to my ad sets should I add new ads to my assets and stop some other ads ? or should I add a new adset to my Campaign. If You answer this. It will be really really helpful. why am I asking ? cuz Facebook emphasises that you shouldn't remove any ads from conversion and CBO and they say It will be bad for learning phase. pleaseeee answer my question thanks a galaxy
Hey Ben, what's your thoughts on exclusions at TOF? I've heard that cold ads shouldn't be reaching a frequency above a 2 and the only way to ensure we are always reaching new people is by utilising exclusions.
I'm not a big fan to be honest. I understand the logic there but in practice exclusions seem to interrupt delivery and affect optimization. It's surprising but not uncommon to see exclusions worsen performance at TOF.
Hi Ben, What if you are in a small town of 100,000, and my competitors are nationwide? If my nationwide competitors are running ads from 6 months ago my audience would hit ad fatigue.
Amazing video ben you are the best in youtube which learning real things in facebook ads i came from the video for how to steal customer from your comptiters i have question and i hope if you answer me i want to target the peoples which they speak arabic language inside eurpe and united estate and australia can combine all these countries in sama adset with specific arabic language or i have to sepreat out between them to diffrent adset ??
Because it costs more to reach people that are more likely to convert. Those people are more valuable to advertise to and you are competing against other advertisers.
This video is not accurate Ben. I looked up only active listings from 2020 and if you click on many of them they lead to facebook pages with no link to any product, websites that do not load, ebay links and stores that are closed or not working. It says active for all of them. What you are saying in theory sounds smart but sadly many inactive ones say active permanently it seems. I can prove it to you if you do not believe me but I would take down this video if I was you.
I think you are looking at ads within a special category? Inactive ads within a special category are still visible after they have stopped running. But most ads, which fall outside a special category don't stay in the ads library once they have been turned off - those ads that have been running a while there, are likely to be highly successful.
@@BenHeath I wrote you a detailed reply that is gone now. That tells me youtube instantly deleted it or you deleted it. It was not within a special category. I have proof this video is not accurate.

You are awesomeee !!!
Question. When someone likes (thumbs up) your Ad, is there anything we can do with those likes to drive more ads or leads to them?
You can create a custom audience from those people and specifically retarget them. You could also create a lookalike audience from that source audience and target that as well.
You can also invite them to like your page. People don't like pages like they used to but it's still another way to increase their connection to you.

How can I increase my Facebook daily ad budget without losing my ad data such as likes, comments, and shares?
Just increase the budget :) That info won't disappear.
One thing I want to know is why conversion ads are less reach than the traffic ads at the same cost.
Because it costs more to reach people that are more likely to convert. Those people are more valuable to advertise to and you are competing against other advertisers.
