Be very careful with Pilates - I discovered I had been doing it wrong for a long time. Needs a good teacher in a class small enough that your positions are checked.
@avrilwynnedavies I agree, I have done pilatus some time ago and the instructor expected me to do planking, although my physiotherapist told me it's out of the question, I don't have any strength in my arms due to a neck injury and operation.

Tell us how you built those legs. I had two surgeries on my left leg…the knee and broken tibia and fibula. The muscles above have atrophied. Where should and how should I start….thanks for what you do.
Good one. I find that if I start out relaxed, and focus on posture, arm swing and breathing, I can usually roll through the pain and defy the instinct to flinch away from it. This is not true. Both are very important. It depends where most weakness lies to determine where to focus. For some people that’s the quads, for some it’s the glutes. There is no research I have come across stating quads are not important and can make knee pain worse- research actually says quite the opposite.

Teeth brushing exercise hurts my hip?
Trying to put your feet as close together as you can instead of one in front of the other may be helpful
Thanks I will. I’m trying several of the exercises. I did your one with Standing in the the corner with a similar position and it showed up weakness but no pain. Yet this one pinched. All so interesting. I am making progress!
Great strong legs!!!!
