That is insane. It is more food than I eat in 2 weeks. I needed a meal prep for 30 days. I am old, blind, don't worry I can cook I was trained at the school for the blind, and cheap. My husband passed away 3 years ago. And honestly I have been having a hard time cooking for just 1. I will make this and freeze it. Then repeat each week. Thank you. My cheap meal for about $2 per meal is 2 pounds of ground beef on sale, 3 cans of black beans on sale, 3 cans of dice tomatoes with chiles on sale, one onion, Brown the ground beef and onions, then add the other canned ingredients. Let simmer. Serve over rice or tortilla chips with grated cheese. Look for this stuff when it is on sale. I make about 6 meals out of this for around $12

One. Use a wood spoon to break up the turkey. Your destroying the whisk. Two season the food BEFORE you cook it.

You got to throw the peppers and onions in at the same time you put the meat in the pan

Excellent video my good sir. This makes me realize how terribly I am treating myself by not eating better and spending less. I just got into a gym membership so I need to change my mentality. However, please do not use metal utensils on your pans. You are scraping the coating off and into your food and into your body. You seem health conscious so I figured… peace. 😊

Love Publix! I used to work there! But now I live in midwest!! Great video I'm going to try this! I hate cooking but looks simple! I usually just eat rice, Boiled veggies and frozen chicken or lots of pasta!

I'm going to try this meal prep only thing I can think of adding is trying honey with the ground turkey and rice. Sounds crazy but don't knock it till you try it.

Jennie-O allows bone in their ground meat. A piece of bone broke a crown I had and cost me $700 to repair. Their response was to send me a $5 coupon.
Keep that in mind. If you want to use them, GO THROUGH THE MEAT BEFORE EATING IT.

Thank you for the content, even if it was a bit flashy and too much presentation for me, the meals and the direction to go in helped.
