Cure helm on merc takes this set-up to another level as well. Prayer/Cleanse/Meditation synergy brings the healing even higher and cleansing can deal with Mana curse. Highly recommend.
Agreed. Getting rid of mana curse fast is a game changer since you can just wait 5 seconds instead of using every pot in a 10 mile radius. The extra healing is nice too.
@@BlakesSpace86 It doesnt come back right away in a lot of situations. For example, you can clear baal easily with cure, but without it he mana curses you once and you gotta chug all your potions. WIth cure he mana curses you, it leaves, and he doesnt do it again before he dies. Similarly, You may get cursed by a group of enemies as you kill them and you will usually get a couple mob packs deep before it comes back again. A5 is borderline unplayable without cure. All you can do is baal minions and pre cave A5 maps. Everything else mana curses you and with no way to remove it you just have to sit around for a minute for it to wear off. I agree with you on poison length though. With max Poison res and prayer aura poison has never been an issue.
I found this out doing my nova sorc last season and I was telling ppl I liked it better than fortitude and ppl in discord were like no it’s not 😅. So happy to see this ! !
It’s preference, and some go fortitude for raw damage when it comes to your merc fighting lightning immune. I personally agree with you that chains is way better just because of mana issues and not having pop full juvs, and wasting time hitting and micro’ing telekinesis to pick up pots during runs. Very well explained video. I couldn’t agree more
Maphack is always for offline only and I used a macro for the pre buff programmed with the app for my Razor brand mouse. It is my understanding that macros may now be able to get a person banned. I haven't seen or heard of it happening though. But maphack can literally get you banned in minutes. I would know haha.
I bet someone already mentioned some of this but I'm to lazy to read :p here some suggestions on how to improve your already nice sorc: 1.) Cure on merc for gg synergy cleansing+medi+prayer. this tripple dips, also cleansing reduces curse duration which can be handy in some areas where they cast this bloodmagic curse 2.) get a few light skiller with fhr so you reach 86 bp (i believe) rest with 6 str 3.) cta in war staff, rune staff or archon staff with +3es,+3 cold armor and if you like +3 ts (that will cost a lot tho^^) i dont like ts 4.) eth scythe even more bad ass :p nice macro, why didnt i thought about it before :D big thanks^^ maybe i know start using ts (didnt like it because of more prebuffing :D)
The macro makes it worth doing as many pre buffs as you want. I dont like cure for reasons I mentioned in other comments. I didnt do the energy shield staff because thats losing +2 to all my other prebuffs plus I already had a 6bo cta. Your definitely right about lightning/fhr charms but I havent found any
@@BlakesSpace86 only losing +1 to other buffs from lidless no? to be honest, i didnt test coh + andy, i'll give a try and yea same for me with fhr skiller. they are hiding well ^^

10% Life Leech with Fort will heal more than 18% life leech with CoH. Life leech is based on your damage and since you deal WAY more damage with fort, you will be getting more health back with that 10% life leech than you will with the 18% in CoH. He will also be getting hit less and the res will be capped with both. CoH is only the choice if you go cure helm as it will be your only source of life leech on that build.
I am going to respectfully disagree. I tried cure and delirium and fortitude and this works best by far for me. My mercenary and I survive better this way. The enhanced damage to demons and undead won't show up when looking at final damage.
@@BlakesSpace86 Even after the enhanced damage to demons and undead its still doing a lot less damage. You can say that for you one works better, but on paper there is a clear winner.
Only downside to this setup is lack of mf. I had a similar setup but recently changed to isted occy/enigma/spirit setup with infinity prayer merc and I think I like it better. I have close to 300 mf and I’m finding much more/better items. The main downside is the mana regen isn’t as good without insight but it is mitigated since +6 more skills to warmth (w/ occy, enigma, spirit), +5 mana after each kill from occy, and if you want more mana regen you can use silkweave and/or +3 mana after each kill jewels in your occy and/or griffons and/or rare ring with +3 mana after each kill. Spirit and occy gives enough resist so not to have to use sandstorm treks. I have a couple of 7% mfsc’s with 10/11 poison res and thats enough to cap poison res.
Nice macro! I'd be interested in learning how to do it .... it's a QoL thing. I'm already kinda cheesed off doing constant buffing with my Demon Machine enchant sorc. Tab, the usual CtA stuff then enchant and energy shield etc and back to on-hand ...

Is it complete stupid to make infinity in a mancatcher non ethereal so i can use it on a merc, amazon, nova sorc or do i really need to make 3 different ones? Thats alot of ber runes. Thanks in advance for the answer
