While it's not quite what you're looking for, there is a scene in The Invisible Man from 1933, in which an old village woman is attacked by possessed trousers. (which was really Dr Jack Griffin wearing only those trousers, skipping while singing "Here We Go Gathering Nuts and May")

I feel like having the body decay would've added more purpose and suspense to the movie. It would've set up a time frame that the demon had to work in before decomposition left it trapped in a useless dead body.

Did you ever see Autopsy Of Jane Doe? I haven't actually seen Hannah Grace yet but I got the vibe it was very similar, but a bit goofier. AOJD is actually great though. Highly recommend that one.

This has nothing to do with the movie, but I wanted to say; I've attempted suicide a couple of times and have been thwarted each time by various people and circumstances. I haven't tried to or wanted to for awhile until recently, but your videos have managed to keep me sane and make me actually enjoy shit. So, I guess I just wanted to say thanks for that. I've been really struggling lately, but you've managed to put me in a decent mood with your content and your quirky self. The breathing, moving corpse thing was done in Amicus' Frozen Fear short (a part of Asylum) and it was the spookiest thing ever when I was a kid! I'm astounded it isn't done more.
