For yellow colour you can add a little of turmeric powder... It's healthy too
Egg yolks make it yellow
For blue add baking soda to the red cabbage while it's steeping in the water, this will change the PH and make it blue
Really ?I will try it .Thanks❤
Still it's not natural... Consuming baking soda is actually not very good for body, especially children
Sangeetha V Baking soda is a crystalline base. It just makes things more alkaline. That’s like saying “salt is bad for the body”
I have problems with beetroot, if you dont cook the pasta it turns into purple in a few days, I dont know if baking soda could help 🤔
@@miminox2278 Maybe adding a little bit of vinegar or lemon juice would help...🤔
If you boil the cabbage you can use the water as it is for a bright purple, or if you add baking soda (or I think even a little bit of lemon will work) will change it into a cool green
I love this video! The pasta looks amazing and looks like easy to do. I want to try it! thank you!!
i was so ready to call you out for showing that light blue colour in the thumbnail and then not actually making it in the video... not only was I wrong but I actually have the ingredients to make it too😂
No clickbaits on our channel 😂😂 😛
Absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait for my pasta making equipment to arrive

🙌🙌🙌
For blue use butterfly pea
woww how lovely!
Great video!!!!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏😍😍😍😍 Please, tell me aborto the taste ? IT CHANGES TOO MUCH.???
love your veg pasta ! you are great food artist ! very nutrious noodles ! thank you !
Glad you like it :) There are so many natural vibrant colours in the world to make good food with~ Sometimes you just need a rainbow in a savoury dish~ 😋
You could make the colors by using a food processor and whatever kind of veggies if harder vegetables boil them first put in food processor puree them add Olive oil and garlic add to your basic pasta dough, just use less egg, softer veggies like spinach Blanche and squeeze out excess water, add to your pasta dough and done, you don't have to use a juicer , she's doing the easy way to show colors.
Beautiful to look at delicious eats. Lovely. Have a great women's day.
If you dry this ,how long can it Last. And when you cook it will it still contain the chewy texture?
Can I dehydrate this is in dehydrator to preserve for future use
Yes, fully dried out pasta can be kept up to 6 months. After that you have to use your senses to determine if they are still good.
can you explain the juice and reduce?
How long will it last If you dry it?
Gracias
Very nice!! Thanks!!
Really fantastic video thank you so much will try making it myself. And maybe tortelini
Woah, would love to see rainbow tortelini!
Since your trying tortellini, try using a mixture of shredded Parmigiano Reggiano, Gruyere, and Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella, instead of using Ricotta. It makes it more stringy and less starchy. If you feel like getting fancy, use the above cheeses and put into a bowl with a good handful of minced Italian flat parsley. Chop and caramelize a sweet onion with garlic powder (or crushed garlic, just be sure not to burn it), smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. After your onion is fully caramelized, add it to your cheese and parsely mixture, then mix with a fork until easy to make into little scoops to put into your tortellini. Don't worry about your onion being too hot, it will help break the shredded cheese into smaller pieces that are easy to put into your tortellini.
Wow it's nice to it pasta if you now the ingredients.

Great to hear, glad you've enjoyed the video!😍
Thanx for sharing :)
good evening! thanks for the video and the tips, very good! I made the recipe but at the time of cooking it fades, especially the beetroot and it does not look so pretty, I read that I should put baking soda in the cooking water, but it still did not work, would you have any other tips that could help me please? thank you so much!
Thanks for stopping back by after you made the recipe. Now I'll know what to expect. Did you ever figure out a solution?
It did say that with the beet they reduced it after juicing it. Maybe that's why? Just an idea, haven't tried yet.
Can I put pesto and water in?
What semolina did you use ?
What Sauce do you recommend to pair with these Pastas
Very nice video. Thank you for sharing :-)
Pasta without eggs ! It's possible ??
Andrew Tate: "What colour is your spaghetti?"
Salaam n very nice but how to cook n store this pasta please reply thank u
+naina rabia We have the full recipe on our website which tells you how to cook and store in multiple ways :)
I looking for pasta doug from grains no regular flour somebody knos abouth it?
i wonder how does semolina pasta taste like? do they taste diff from normal pasta? or ppl cant tell?
Emleila Emleila I thought semolina was used in many types of pasta. If I’m not mistaken, semolina is the coarse milled durum wheat. Durum wheat is known for the ingredient in most pasta if you don’t know. So if you had ever had pasta you see in the ordinary grocery store, I would say you have already known the taste.
Very nice! I don't know how old you are, but you have very youthful hands!
pity that you can not see with which machine you make the juice. 🤔
Isn't it a centrifuge?
How do you make the juice ? It's not purée??
Juice it using a juicer! The pulp is left behind in the juicer so not puree.
Let the knife do the work. Slice things instead of pushing the knife through the ingredient. It made me cringe thinking about the edge of the blade and the damage that sudden impact does to the blades cutting edge, which in turn leads to slippage and in turn again accidents where people get hurt. I’m sure I’m just over concerned. Otherwise a lovely video! Thank you! I learned a lot.
What can I use to make a brown color? I want to make little Harry Potter sorting hats ravioli for my granddaughter:)
Hope it's not too late. Try using a mix of whole wheat flour and semolina and add a tinge of cocoa powder to it. Do not add too much tho, or else it will have a bitter taste to it.
wow
Dar imi puteti spune si cantitatile, multumesc,o seara Buna
Can we use rice flour or wheat flour instead of all purpose flour(maida)
Pls reply
Sem quantidades !!!
Wy simolina not flor?
Delish :)
+Laura Nick Thanks Laura :)
Wonderfull¡¡¡¡
Wait, is it safe to eat charcoal?
Food Grade Activated Bamboo Charcoal is totally safe to consume. It has a lot of health benefits in small amounts!
Yes, definitely safe
There is no scientific reports on activated charcoal being beneficial when consume orally. It has no nutritious value nor has it been proven to help detox. I'd prefer squid ink pasta which is a more traditional way of getting the black colour, or just go and use black bean or black sesame.
Not if you're on any oral medications. The charcoal can absorb them.
charcoal absorbs minerals, so no, it Is not safe to eat
I doubt the accuracy of the strength of some of these colours. Looks like they've added food colouring to it between cuts. Also a safety PSA: DO NOT EAT CHARCOAL WHILE TAKING ANY MEDICATION, INCLUDING ANTIBIOTICS & BIRTH CONTROL!
You can try it out and report back on the colour strength. We did not colour any of them with food colouring. What you see in the video is all natural, which if we really did add food colouring, why would we leave the purple and blue so pale? lmao. Cheers, have a great day tho~
Oil n' water , quant ???
10g of Oil and 65g of liquid for each 150g of Semolina! You can see detailed recipe here: goo.gl/4z5pXy Good luck~
Thank's
You could improve on the recipe proportions.
how long will it takes to dry(air dry) that pasta to achieve the same as your finish product?
I'd say 5 days, but it's is very humid here so it may take faster if you live a in drier climate~ - D
👌🏼
how you dry the pasta in these way that i see at the final of the video? (sorry,my english is bad)
Hang it dry on a rack and when it is 70% dried, gather it up and twist it into the bundle. Let it dry fully in that shape. Hope this helps~
Hi. After dry and bundle, how long the pasta can be kept? Can keep like how those packet pasta?
👌👌👍
Maravilhoso, adorei!!!
THANK YOU !🍝🍝

too much plastic in this video (mixing containers, measuring tools, plastic wrap, etc.) Aside from this, great ideas for coloring pasta
Black one from the ......!! What??
Food Grade Bamboo Charcoal Powder
bizarre island
I know. I didn't expect to eat charcoal anyway
+YouToo You can make it with black sesame (although it looks more grayish...) or squid ink if you aren't vegan
Gli agrumi si devono bollire prima
why not just use food dye?
Why not just eat rat poison?
Food dye is artificial
Food dye doesn't give you the taste of the vegetables your using.
I fell asleep watching this
This looks cool and all, but at the same time it looks extremely unhealthy. Veggie and healthy are not the same thing.
por?
Do you not understand what a vegetable is?
