I just told my doctor I want to heal naturally from my anxiety instead of taking a bunch of drugs like they were always trying to force on me. I have been doing these pranayamas, meditation, Yoga, QiGong, running and lifting weights along with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Anxiety down 50% in three months. Everyone wants the quick fix these days instead of lifestyle changes and daily practices.

I don't understand the Aswini mudra part ji. Inhale and hold breath. And perineum should we move up and down. I don't see any movements in you of up and down. Pls correct me.
Hello there! In Ashwini Mudra, the focus is on contracting and relaxing the anal muscles in a rhythmic way. While it might seem like a subtle movement, it's highly effective in redirecting prana (life force energy) upwards along the spine through the sushumna nadi (central energy channel). This mudra is often practiced in combination with breath retention (holding your breath) after an inhalation to enhance the upward flow of energy. You may not visibly notice these movements because they are internal. When performing Ashwini Mudra, the key action is the contraction of the anal sphincter muscles, similar to the action of stopping the flow of urine. This contraction is held briefly before being released. Repeating this action helps stimulate the pelvic nerves, improve digestion, and enhance pelvic floor strength, among other benefits. I found the stretching very helpful before breathing exercises. Great start, breathing deeply is easier this way.
