To answer your question, in Tummo breathing, you can exhale through pursed lips. To do pursed-lip breathing: - Inhale: Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly and then your chest. - Exhale: Gently purse your lips as if you were going to whistle. Exhale slowly and steadily through your pursed lips.You can adjust the intensity of your exhalation by tightening or loosening your lips. Remember, Tummo breathing is a powerful practice. It's important to listen to your body and adjust your technique as needed. If you experience any discomfort, please pause and rest. You can always continue the next day. Hope this helps. Sir i practise meditations and feel intense energy on my crown, forehead and throat.... Can i use this technique to flow this energy downwards as i dont feel any sensation in first three chakras?
That's great to hear that you're experiencing intense energy during meditation! You can definitely work on grounding that energy down to your lower chakras. Try visualizing the energy flowing down from your crown, through your forehead, throat, and into your heart, solar plexus, and root chakras. Hello there! In Ashwini Mudra, the focus is on contracting and relaxing the anal muscles in a rhythmic way. While it might seem like a subtle movement, it's highly effective in redirecting prana (life force energy) upwards along the spine through the sushumna nadi (central energy channel). This mudra is often practiced in combination with breath retention (holding your breath) after an inhalation to enhance the upward flow of energy. You may not visibly notice these movements because they are internal. When performing Ashwini Mudra, the key action is the contraction of the anal sphincter muscles, similar to the action of stopping the flow of urine. This contraction is held briefly before being released. Repeating this action helps stimulate the pelvic nerves, improve digestion, and enhance pelvic floor strength, among other benefits. It might be a sign that you need more rest or that your body is releasing tension. Try practicing at a different time of day or in a slightly different position to see if it helps you stay more alert.
Humming bee breath is very powerful and This imagery suggests that your practice is activating deep levels of your awareness, possibly connecting you with higher states of consciousness or inner guidance. I am an82 years old young lady very interested in yoga and meditation also took rhiki class inIndia but I am very interested in your chakra meditation program it’s very relaxing and spiritual I would like to know that do have to be vegetarian for this I feel very guilty about it Guruji can you please guide on this thanks a million

Being vegetarian is a personal choice and not a requirement for practicing chakra meditation. You can certainly benefit from the program regardless of your dietary preferences. More importantly experiment on your body to see if you see any changes

Sir i practise meditations and feel intense energy on my crown, forehead and throat.... Can i use this technique to flow this energy downwards as i dont feel any sensation in first three chakras?
That's great to hear that you're experiencing intense energy during meditation! You can definitely work on grounding that energy down to your lower chakras. Try visualizing the energy flowing down from your crown, through your forehead, throat, and into your heart, solar plexus, and root chakras. It may take some practice, but you can definitely explore and balance. Cheers Abhi

I don't understand the Aswini mudra part ji. Inhale and hold breath. And perineum should we move up and down. I don't see any movements in you of up and down. Pls correct me.
Hello there! In Ashwini Mudra, the focus is on contracting and relaxing the anal muscles in a rhythmic way. While it might seem like a subtle movement, it's highly effective in redirecting prana (life force energy) upwards along the spine through the sushumna nadi (central energy channel). This mudra is often practiced in combination with breath retention (holding your breath) after an inhalation to enhance the upward flow of energy.
You may not visibly notice these movements because they are internal. When performing Ashwini Mudra, the key action is the contraction of the anal sphincter muscles, similar to the action of stopping the flow of urine. This contraction is held briefly before being released. Repeating this action helps stimulate the pelvic nerves, improve digestion, and enhance pelvic floor strength, among other benefits. Why do i feel sleepy everytime I do kapalbhati within 5 mins i end up dozing off many times while sitting
It's great to hear that you're practicing kapalbhati! Feeling sleepy during the practice can happen sometimes, especially if your body is relaxed and you're focusing on your breath. It might be a sign that you need more rest or that your body is releasing tension. Try practicing at a different time of day or in a slightly different position to see if it helps you stay more alert.
