I do the humming bee breath daily. I was watching your full tutorial on the benefits and started practicing in the night for relaxation but really what helped me was what you said about the increase of nitrix oxide in the body and as we get older we naturally get less of that. I want to stay young, healthy and vibrant so i made it part of my evening pre-meditation and after a week my whole body started changing. I feel more focused and present and i got a promotion at work, yay...all due to taking care of myself. Highly recommended!!!

I started this Pranayama breathing once or twice daily for 28 days. My cardio has dramatically improved and also many other noticeable physiological improvements. The spiritual qualities of imagination and intuition noticeably intensify. Also experiencing better moods, outlook on life etc. Too much to mention here. "Breath is life"...Wow....YES!!!...I wish my parents taught me this! Very happy I came across your instructional video. I will continue this practice every day. I stumbled upon this video and have completed my first 7 days. Wow! When I first did it, I was skeptical but I practice pranayama daily anyway so I decided to use your techniques. I am clairsentient and clairtransient (so I know and feel things) but I have never been clairvoyant. I am beginning to see lines and different things with my third eye. I will keep using this technique for the next two weeks.
Awesome sequence Abhi. When i fist did the Agnisara pranayama a few yeas back my stomach would not move at all lol. It took me a week to start making isolating movements but it was well worth it because it cured my hearth burn. I was reading about natural ways to heal and this is very quick and easy compared to all the medication i took before that that didn't work at all.

The Kapalbhati is really detoxifying. The first time i practiced it made me dizzy but the dizziness goes away very quickly. After the third day I was fully enjoying it. Maybe my body was getting rid of the toxins!

I'm on day 7....I can tell a difference. Seems to create a calm balanced focus. Before starting this, I had recently integrated some new herbal/nutritional supplements which made a huge difference and gave me way more energy which generally is good, however, this new found energy was 'all over the place' shall we say, lol. This pranayama sequence has helped balance it all out. Many thanks, and kudos on this channel!

I put ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea and ginseng in my tea in the morning. Nattokinase also works really well also. Hope that helps!

Also tried a Nattokinase supplement. They all help address adrenal fatigue. There's a Josh Axe video presentation that he does with another guy that's really comprehensive to do with that issue. Apologies if you got two replies saying the same thing, lol.

I am in day 16 and can most definitely feel a difference. Usually, a couple of days before I start my monthly cycle I have intense mood fluctuations, but I have noticed it has become a lot less and I feel a lot less emotional and am experiencing a great sense of mental stability. One question though, are all of the above practices safe to apply during the mestruation cycle? Yea, I've been a regular here. I've been doing yoga and meditation for 10 years and breathing exercises i started practicing about 5 years ago. Even though i get older every year it has helped me maintain my energy levels so well and some of my friend the same age feel the aging process more. I've recommended these videos to many of them but it does require a bit of commitment. Why not invest in your health now and not need medication later lol.

Learnt the correct sequence and technique of Anulom Vilom Pranayama from your video; Thanks for the same; I am sixty years old and when I do the pranayama in the sequence detailed by you , there is heavy gas formation and bloating of stomach- Please suggest precautions / remedies ; I am new to the pranayamaa exercise

I'm on day 7....I can tell a difference. Seems to create a calm balanced focus. Before starting this, I had recently integrated some new herbal/nutritional supplements which made a huge difference and gave me way more energy which generally is good, however, this new found energy was 'all over the place' shall we say, lol. This pranayama sequence has helped balance it all out. Many thanks, and kudos on this channel!

@@neelachowhan2346 It was mainly herbs, supplements and whatnot that I learned about from this video: ua-cam.com/video/LPMbHaTwzmk/v-deo.html They mainly address adrenal fatigue. I put ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea and ginseng in my tea in the morning. Nattokinase also works really well also. Hope that helps!

@@neelachowhan2346 Hey, seems my initial reply didn't go through. Maybe cause I put a link...anyway, started taking Rosea Rhodiola, Ginseng and Ashwaghanda with my tea in the morning. Also tried a Nattokinase supplement. They all help address adrenal fatigue. There's a Josh Axe video presentation that he does with another guy that's really comprehensive to do with that issue. Apologies if you got two replies saying the same thing, lol.

I am in day 16 and can most definitely feel a difference. Usually, a couple of days before I start my monthly cycle I have intense mood fluctuations, but I have noticed it has become a lot less and I feel a lot less emotional and am experiencing a great sense of mental stability.
One question though, are all of the above practices safe to apply during the mestruation cycle?

Yea, I've been a regular here. I've been doing yoga and meditation for 10 years and breathing exercises i started practicing about 5 years ago. Even though i get older every year it has helped me maintain my energy levels so well and some of my friend the same age feel the aging process more. I've recommended these videos to many of them but it does require a bit of commitment. Why not invest in your health now and not need medication later lol.

Learnt the correct sequence and technique of Anulom Vilom Pranayama from your video; Thanks for the same; I am sixty years old and when I do the pranayama in the sequence detailed by you , there is heavy gas formation and bloating of stomach- Please suggest precautions / remedies ; I am new to the pranayamaa exercise
I am at day 8 now, and I am remembering my dreams more and I am noticing that I am listening to myself more also 😊
