    Please explain in more details for Bhasrika, do I need to inhale in the stomach first and then continue with chest?

      First of all, thanks for asking the question. In Bhastrika pranayama, you only breathe in and out from your chest and engage your thoracic cavity. No need to bring it down to the stomach. Sending many blessings cheers Abhi 🙏

      In agnisara we sit with bandhan and then move the upper part of the tummy...breathing is not happening...? Please guide Guruji

    I am on day 13 of this 21-day challenge. I am already seeing a transformation in that I have more energy, my stomach complete with small inoperable hernia is flatter. I am enjoying the humming breath but don't feel anything in the third eye so far. I do intend to continue beyond the 21 days. I don't know what you could do to improve on this video, seems to me it's perfect as you have made it. TU

    Thank you for the pranayama exercise. It is working very well for me . Only couple of days I have done this . Want to continue as you said for21 days.     Your instructions are very helpful and clear. You have the perfect accent. Not too western nor too eastern. Lovely voice and tone . This routine has helped me tremendously and y husband who has cancer. His counts have improved & his doctor is very pleased.

    I do the humming bee breath daily. I was watching your full tutorial on the benefits and started practicing in the night for relaxation but really what helped me was what you said about the increase of nitrix oxide in the body and as we get older we naturally get less of that. I want to stay young, healthy and vibrant so i made it part of my evening pre-meditation and after a week my whole body started changing. I feel more focused and present and i got a promotion at work, yay...all due to taking care of myself. Highly recommended!!!

    This is the exact routine Baba Ramdev the yoga guru has been teaching for decades now. It is a very good pranyama routine. Been doing it for years!

    The Kapalbhati is really detoxifying. The first time i practiced it made me dizzy but the dizziness goes away very quickly. After the third day I was fully enjoying it. Maybe my body was getting rid of the toxins!

    Awesome sequence Abhi. When i fist did the Agnisara pranayama a few yeas back my stomach would not move at all lol. It took me a week to start making isolating movements but it was well worth it because it cured my hearth burn. I was reading about natural ways to heal and this is very quick and easy compared to all the medication i took before that that didn't work at all.

    I'm on day 7....I can tell a difference. Seems to create a calm balanced focus. Before starting this, I had recently integrated some new herbal/nutritional supplements which made a huge difference and gave me way more energy which generally is good, however, this new found energy was 'all over the place' shall we say, lol. This pranayama sequence has helped balance it all out. Many thanks, and kudos on this channel!

      @@neelachowhan2346 It was mainly herbs, supplements and whatnot that I learned about from this video: ua-cam.com/video/LPMbHaTwzmk/v-deo.html They mainly address adrenal fatigue. I put ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea and ginseng in my tea in the morning. Nattokinase also works really well also. Hope that helps!

      @@neelachowhan2346 Hey, seems my initial reply didn't go through. Maybe cause I put a link...anyway, started taking Rosea Rhodiola, Ginseng and Ashwaghanda with my tea in the morning. Also tried a Nattokinase supplement. They all help address adrenal fatigue. There's a Josh Axe video presentation that he does with another guy that's really comprehensive to do with that issue. Apologies if you got two replies saying the same thing, lol.

      Yea, I've been a regular here. I've been doing yoga and meditation for 10 years and breathing exercises i started practicing about 5 years ago. Even though i get older every year it has helped me maintain my energy levels so well and some of my friend the same age feel the aging process more. I've recommended these videos to many of them but it does require a bit of commitment. Why not invest in your health now and not need medication later lol.

    I am in day 16 and can most definitely feel a difference. Usually, a couple of days before I start my monthly cycle I have intense mood fluctuations, but I have noticed it has become a lot less and I feel a lot less emotional and am experiencing a great sense of mental stability.
    One question though, are all of the above practices safe to apply during the mestruation cycle?

    I have had pain in the gut area for 4 years. All kinds of diagnosis from many doctors including hernia. Became my own Dr. Have been doing this video along with tommo breathing for 3 months now. Pain is considerably less. Sleeping full nights. Stomach is now flat again. I can now feel my ribs which had disappeared due to bloating of that area. Feels as if the stomach is slowly moving back where it belongs. Will continue every day. Thank you. Would love it if you made a progressive program to follow to increase results. Your video's and information, guidance are perfection.
