My dear friend, what you are taliking about is destiny, fate, karma or kismet. For many years I was lost at sea but then Dr Berry and Kelly Hogan guided me to the safety of the harbour of Carnivore. It is clearly your destiny to guide others to safety. Keep up the great work and I hope to work with you soon, ❤.
What I definitely do know, is that I have loads of women my age struggling, who weren't struggling ten years ago. I am going to give it a damn good go to help them out, if it's even possible. Looking forward to working with you too.
3:50 sarah... I LOVE YOUR EPIPHANY!! your thought is something i think about a lot. i stand by that i turned carnivore because it was truly truly the right time for me and it had to do. and yes yes yes. it was the diet. i am just now almost just 30. my body was degrading and i knew it i was sick. so YES! great video.
I believe that there's a place for all the carnivore channels. They can all be inspiring in their own way. But I have noticed that a lot of them start once they have already been successful. Its takes a lot of vulnerability to document the carnivore journey right from the beginning. Huge respect for that!
I'm sure this won't shock you but I agree with you. I believe there are no mistakes. "Waffling" worked for you! I believe everything, and I mean everything, happens when they're supposed to. I hope that you don't take to heart comments that claim you're making excuses (despite acknowledging that as a possibility) because I'm sure people will still comment. I'm here for the "woo woo" and have been accused of that, too, but I know my truth and that's enough for me. And we learn better when we make mistakes and fail. It's the trying again and picking ourselves up that makes us winners. You're doing so great! ❤• The benefits I’ve enjoyed since abandoning the Standard American Diet (SAD) and adopting Keto (Jan 2020) and then changing to the Carnivore way of eating (June 2023 and not going back) (in no particular order): Excess weight gone, improved sleep, mental clarity, arthritis gone, able to remember why I went into another room, spider veins disappeared (I only had a few), sun and stove burns don’t hurt and are gone the next day, hardly any plaque and no bleeding gums at the dentist, rosacea gone, acne gone, mood improvement, cravings gone, ankle swelling gone, cracked heels gone, and I never feel “hangry”
Hi Sarah, body pain is not a joke, my main reason doing carnivore, have not been resolved yet. I probably need to make some tweaking. 100 days are approaching! 😍
The quote "for such a time as this" came to mind as you spoke. I think your story is important, and I hope that those in your life who see you do this now will take notice and that you inspire them!
Cristie, you are a real star in our space. I'm very jealous of you being able to make it to Austin in May. I saw you there on one of kerry's videos. I love the work that you do with John, Carnivore Teacher. I've enrolled in his Wednesday night school. 🙂
@@georgegoodenough823 Hooray! I have a conflict this Wednesday, but will for sure be on Wednesday Night School the following week! Also, you are so kind, I appreciate you and all my subscribers.
Thank you for your video, what would you recommend for a vegan to eat as a beginner, as I would like to start. I am glad you are uk based as I am. Thank you ❤
@@yellowrose803 Hi! Welcome to the channel. Assuming you're genuine and serious, the best advice is to go keto first, whilst gradually reducing your intake of oxalate rich foods. Check out videos on Sally K Norton. If you went carnivore straight from vegan you would likely suffer severe detox symptoms. Look up "Oxalate Dumping" Good luck! ❤
Welcome. I had to stumble through low carb to keto then carnivore. Look up Dr Ken Berry for advice on how to transition. Kelly Hogan is a fabulous inspiration who brought me to Carnivore. From vegan just add in good steak on a gradual basis as you eliminate the vegetables.
@@HealthyCarnivoreUKthank you so much. I am as my son wanted to go carnivore. I never heard of it as I was in the plant based groups for the last 15 years. I know I am going to judged but I have to put our health first. I will look up on her. Do have anyone that you know of have a little get together to motive people like me please. Thank you and have a great day. 🙏🤗
