I find that acupuncture and the use of the accupatch pellets (little BB's on a tape placed on accupuncuter ear points that are left on for several days) a big help. I also like taking skull cap and magnesium for my tremors. Thanks for the great video.
The best thing to use for your nails that goes right through the nail plate into the nail bed is the IBX system it’s expensive but it’s fantastic
