@anastaciachristians7117 I started painting them, even just doing the base coat plus a top layer without any colored polish helped keep my thinner nails stronger to grow out better. I just started a few weeks ago after being a lifetime biter and there's already a difference. I did learn that I really need the base coat though, top coat by itself peels within a day. This is assuming you already do the basic nail prep of file/buff and acetone before applying the base coat.

I understand that being a single mom is hard work and it’s good that you can find even 5 minutes a day to dedicate to yourself, your kids deserve happy and beautiful mom. Wish you the best 🤍
basically in summary; you need a good protein diet and it depends on genetics, stress, and sleep but here are the steps. 1) Soak your nails in lukewarm water. The water should contain 1 tablespoon of salt and one or two tablespoons of lemon juice. Keep your nails in the mixture and let them sit for as long as possible. there is no rule, but she recommends 15-20 minutes. 2) vitamin E capsules which she massages into her matrix, which is the part before your nails that is going to speed nail growth. 3) moisturize your hands/nails with cream

Thank you so much for the tips. I truly do appreciate it. Can you soak your nails in the salt water lemon solution if you have gel polish on or do you have to do it when you don’t have the polish on? God bless. And thank you again your nails are beautiful.
I don’t care as much about having long nails but I recently started painting my nails regularly and now they are weak and break off easily. I have been trying to take better care of them now because I am used to having pretty strong healthy nails naturally so I’m going to try your routine and lay off the polish.

I've been keeping my natural nails long for maybe half a year by now. I do a lot less with them than you do, but they grow twice as fast. Roughly 1mm per 6 days. So after 3 weeks they've typically reached the length I want, which is 3-4 millimeters off the fingertip edge. The only things I really do with them is: file, buff and repaint them with 2 layers of a strengthening base coat polish once a week. I also cut them down just a little bit about twice a month if they've grown a bit too long for my liking. On a daily basis all I do is wash my nails and hands regularly, and always follow up with a super intense lotion for extra dry skin. After showering I also layer hydrating products because I get super dry after long water exposure. I don't use nail oil or any scrubs or special supplements. I just try to eat reasonably well in general and take a standard multivitamin every day. These already contain all the vitamins and mineral I need. I do sleep a lot and don't have a lot of stress in my life though. My mental health is very stable 90% of the time. Also I drink plenty of water (2-3 litres per day) all the time, and I'm sure that helps too. So yeah, maybe my nails grow quite fast. My only issue with them is that they're really soft, so they easily bend too much so they snap or rip. That's why I use strengthening nail polish religiously, as I would not be able to keep them long for long otherwise. So if there's any additional tip I have, it's using a strengthening nail polish. The one I use is from Depend and is called "Powerflex Nail Strengthener." It only works for as long as you're wearing it, but it definitely helps keeping my nails noticably stronger. Even just one thin coat of it makes a big difference.
I started supplementing with iodine and it has made a world of difference for my nails. Iodine supports your thyroid which supports your hormones and so much more. Before that, I couldn’t grow my nails at all. Now they are so healthy and strong. Growing like crazy.🤗
I have really weak nails, but I also have a genetic disease that makes it hard for my body to process protein. I do take enzymes to help with this, so I can attempt to maybe take in more plant based protein and also do the other steps that you explained. hopefully I will be able to make my nails more like what I would like to see! thanks for sharing! xoxo
ahhhh to be young and still have ridge free nails ... when I was younger always had beautiful long nails, as I aged I noticed the ridges that grow vertically down your nail and when they break they break vertically... my nails are very weak, they fold over and break off if I am lucky or they fold and break down the nail so you are cutting the nail super short to stop the break... I have new ridge filler coming to try and help but all you do now will not prep you for as you age... sadly hair thins, eyebrows run away, and nail turn to crap... love your nails they are beautiful
ohhh she KNOWS what she’s talking about. when i ate a ton of protein my nails were amazing. i dont rlly eat alot of protein now and my nails dont grow 😭
I loved this video❤ and I'm going to start trying to grow my nails again, yes again! I hve a bad habit of always biting my nails when they are short, but I'm going to try to avoid that! But can you tell me the name of the oil and those vitamins looking thingy stuff you use? I appricciate it❤
heyy, i love ur videos and im going to start using this routine.I have used olive oil but i dont know if it has worked.Anyways i have a few questions, Is acetone bad for your nails?, does olive oil help?, what if we dont have vitamin E capsules?what if we dont eat protein or dont have protein food?
If you dip your nails in lemon juice and olive oil, this also makes them stronger and helps them grow ! (Similar to the recipe you had with saltwater and lemon juice, but just with oil instead!)
From what I learned past years, women with pcos are more likely to have anxiety, depression and other mental problems. So it’s really importante to take care of physical health to manage mental health. I have been walking more than 10k steps daily for the past 3-4 months and I barely have any anxiety now + very good diet and my pcos symptoms are also improving
About to start this! Been working on my nail journey but they are very thin because i used to be the worst biter. I will be editing this in 2 months to see how good it works! (edit) has literally only been 2 days but it's already working sooooo
This is random but I have to take a medication called Minoxidil because in September I had hair loss from stress. Minoxidil makes your hair shed out at first, but eventually it grows your hair (all over your body, actually) and it makes your nails grow really fast too. I don’t know if it makes them grow strong/healthy because I use a builder gel as a super strong base coat, but my nails get long quick!
My nails used to break all the time until I would put a clear nail polish on and put super glue over the nails because it is nontoxic super glue and they made my nails so strong they never break, and they just keep growing until I cut them! I apply cuticle oil on, and lotion and nails are so healthy and long! Defiantly recommend!
I’m 17 years old and never ever in my life, I once had long fingernails and toenails. People always ask me how come you never have nails? I gained confidence over your videos but my toenails are the problem, they NEVER seem to grow at all. Can I do the same routine for my toenails as I do for my nails?
@ Umm, I have a condition that my toe nails won’t grow more than 2cm or rather they grow really slowly. That’s why I’m curious about that, and I’m taking supplements too.
Sorry to hear that, I would assume that toe nails would react similar to nails on our hands, so the same recommendations: prioritize healthy sleep, good diet, avoid stress and massage the matrix area with lemon and e vitamin. Hope it will help 🤍
i eat proteins and sleep well (sometimes) and i don't stress much, but my nails won't grow, and i don't have any oils since they can be expensive, so i try the lemon, warm water, or oil, salt since its cheaper
i have a question. because i dont have time to do the nail bath, i use nail oil at night which actually helped a bit with growing my nails. it didnt make them grow like crazy but it did make them stronger. so can i add salt in that oil because it helps, or will the salt not work well if i mix it with my nail oil?
Oh no, better don’t. Salt will irritate your skin around for that long. And it won’t probably even dissolve. Better add vitamin e capsules in your oil 😌
My thoughts went like= I hear russian accent= she know what she's talking about

It only works for as long as you're wearing it, but it definitely helps keeping my nails noticably stronger. Even just one thin coat of it makes a big difference.
Thank you so much for your message 🤍 Another proof, that healthier you are, better your nails 😌
thank you very much irina you really helped me 😍
You are welcome! 🤍
I will try this! Thank you for sharing ❤ How long should we leave the paste? 30min?
I was leaving for 30 minutes, but even 10 would be good
Thank you so much! ❤ Have a blessed day.
This is so helpful. I’m going to try it!
Good luck! 💪
I started supplementing with iodine and it has made a world of difference for my nails. Iodine supports your thyroid which supports your hormones and so much more. Before that, I couldn’t grow my nails at all. Now they are so healthy and strong. Growing like crazy.🤗
You are so sweet, i have learned one best thing from your video is to put vitamin e oil on nails 💅
It's so good to hear that 😌
Super beautiful long nails 😍
Thank you 🤍
I just saw your chanel and i fall in love 😭💘💘

I have really weak nails, but I also have a genetic disease that makes it hard for my body to process protein. I do take enzymes to help with this, so I can attempt to maybe take in more plant based protein and also do the other steps that you explained. hopefully I will be able to make my nails more like what I would like to see! thanks for sharing! xoxo
I hope you can see some results! 🤍
this helped me soooooo much thanks sooo much!!!!
Glad you liked it ☺️
ahhhh to be young and still have ridge free nails ... when I was younger always had beautiful long nails, as I aged I noticed the ridges that grow vertically down your nail and when they break they break vertically... my nails are very weak, they fold over and break off if I am lucky or they fold and break down the nail so you are cutting the nail super short to stop the break... I have new ridge filler coming to try and help but all you do now will not prep you for as you age... sadly hair thins, eyebrows run away, and nail turn to crap... love your nails they are beautiful
Thank you for sharing, do you have any advice what we can do to prepare our nails for aging? 😌
Lemon salt paste
Vitamin E oil to nails
Moisturizer to hands often

ohhh she KNOWS what she’s talking about. when i ate a ton of protein my nails were amazing. i dont rlly eat alot of protein now and my nails dont grow 😭
I loved this video❤ and I'm going to start trying to grow my nails again, yes again! I hve a bad habit of always biting my nails when they are short, but I'm going to try to avoid that! But can you tell me the name of the oil and those vitamins looking thingy stuff you use? I appricciate it❤
It’s “e” vitamin, you can mix it with any oil, like argan or grape seeds 😌
@@irinareina Oh so you did the oil yourself? ❤
That is true. I don't add any oils or strengthener. Just drink water and good collagen with biotin. Been doing this since I was 16. Now I'm 36 😊
I should start taking collagen 🙈😌
heyy, i love ur videos and im going to start using this routine.I have used olive oil but i dont know if it has worked.Anyways i have a few questions, Is acetone bad for your nails?, does olive oil help?, what if we dont have vitamin E capsules?what if we dont eat protein or dont have protein food?
Hi, acetone is destroying nails, olive oil is good you can use it with lemon juice and e capsules, you can find capsules in any pharmacy, it’s cheap
@@irinareina thank u i have started to grow my nails a little and i am continueing
THIS US SO GOOD!!!! Thank youuuuuuu
🤍
During heeling you nail can you put nail polish??
I usually don’t 😌
If you dip your nails in lemon juice and olive oil, this also makes them stronger and helps them grow ! (Similar to the recipe you had with saltwater and lemon juice, but just with oil instead!)
I think it would be even more moisturizing 😌
If you have an iron deficiency it will cause your nails to be brittle and snap off so make sure to eat foods high in iron
👌🏻🤍
This is very helpful and I gotta do it everyday right
Yes 😌
*Drinking water in a wine glass is just so us! i found my people.* 😂❤

2:55 ahhh, the dynamic duo of anxiety and pcos... same girl, same
From what I learned past years, women with pcos are more likely to have anxiety, depression and other mental problems. So it’s really importante to take care of physical health to manage mental health.
I have been walking more than 10k steps daily for the past 3-4 months and I barely have any anxiety now + very good diet and my pcos symptoms are also improving
I have long nails, but THEY WILL break very easily. do you have any tips for me? Love the channel! 🫶
This routine should make nails stronger 😌
About to start this! Been working on my nail journey but they are very thin because i used to be the worst biter. I will be editing this in 2 months to see how good it works!
(edit) has literally only been 2 days but it's already working sooooo
Great! We will wait for the results 😌🤍
TYYYSMMM FOR TELLING ME ABOUT NAIL GROTHH I LOVE LONG NIALSSSS SO TYSSMMM❤❤
This is random but I have to take a medication called Minoxidil because in September I had hair loss from stress. Minoxidil makes your hair shed out at first, but eventually it grows your hair (all over your body, actually) and it makes your nails grow really fast too. I don’t know if it makes them grow strong/healthy because I use a builder gel as a super strong base coat, but my nails get long quick!
I have a question, what do you use if you don't have the vitamin E capsules and nail oil?
Just oil, it will be slower, but it’ll still work
@irinareina okay
Thank you
My nails used to break all the time until I would put a clear nail polish on and put super glue over the nails because it is nontoxic super glue and they made my nails so strong they never break, and they just keep growing until I cut them! I apply cuticle oil on, and lotion and nails are so healthy and long! Defiantly recommend!
Súper glue 😳 That is interesting way, it the first time I hear something like that 😌
@@irinareina 😂👌✨❤
Theoretically, could I put vitamin e in the salt and lemon paste? I fell like that would make it less harsh and give added help…
Maybe, but vitamin e better leave for longer time, so maybe better in the hand cream 😌
I’m 17 years old and never ever in my life, I once had long fingernails and toenails. People always ask me how come you never have nails?
I gained confidence over your videos but my toenails are the problem, they NEVER seem to grow at all. Can I do the same routine for my toenails as I do for my nails?
Why do you want to grow toe nails?? People usually cut them 😅
@ Umm, I have a condition that my toe nails won’t grow more than 2cm or rather they grow really slowly.
@@irinareina tysm🎀
Hi irina! I luv ur vids and your nails r gorgeous, im gonna try thisss and tell u if its workssssss!!
Hope it works for you 🤍
@@irinareina 🤍🤍
For the nail bath, is the lemon optional or necessary?
You will get better results with it ☺️
these are super helpful tips!
To be honest I dont know, maybe there are some correction techniques, I never researched
I’m not sure but I think maybe you can file it upwards so it’s more straight and add a nail strengthener!
@@befaereal thank you 🙏
Our nails is basically layers so try to use buffer nails only in one direction as much as you can to avoid disturbing the layers ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for your advice 😌
Do you heat the salt and lemon paste when you make it? For me the salt does not combine with only mixing them together
Yeah, it’s fine, salt doesn’t need to dissolve 😌
Do u have any tips on biting nails?
soap, vaseline uh anything that makes it taste weird
@ thank you!!
i eat proteins and sleep well (sometimes) and i don't stress much, but my nails won't grow, and i don't have any oils since they can be expensive, so i try the lemon, warm water, or oil, salt since its cheaper
This seems very effective
"Number two is stress management."
Yeah I'm screwed on that one.
Can you make a video about how you shape your nails?
You can watch my nail routine video, I was showing my basic manicure there 😌
Off topic but you have such a cute smile 😭
Thank you 😌🥹
I love her voice❤❤❤
thank you 😌🤍
I liked your way of talking ❤
thank you 😌
Where is your necklace from? It's so dainty and pretty!
I got it as a gift 😌
Can I use almond oil in😢of vitamin e oil
You can mix vitamin e capsules (they are super cheap in any drugstore) and mix it with almond oil
if you have like a nail polish on would the salt water and lemon still work on the nails ?
Yeah, but not as effective as on naked nails 😌
@@irinareina ohh okay thank you !!
Can you do this with gel nails on? Or will it not work right?
It will not work as good as without it 😢
@ ok
Girl I love you so much
🤍🤍🫰🏻
Great tips and video!
Glad you liked it! 😌
Thank you ❤❤❤ i want to know how to shape your nails i dont know how to make them almond
I think she has a nail routine video:)
btw that's at really nice picture (your pfp)
@charitypeeler7415 thank you but this isn't my real photo
@@سلوىمحمد-ك9س ah, never the less it's a nice picture
i have a question. because i dont have time to do the nail bath, i use nail oil at night which actually helped a bit with growing my nails. it didnt make them grow like crazy but it did make them stronger. so can i add salt in that oil because it helps, or will the salt not work well if i mix it with my nail oil?
Oh no, better don’t. Salt will irritate your skin around for that long. And it won’t probably even dissolve. Better add vitamin e capsules in your oil 😌
@@irinareina oh okay, thank you!
my nails grow out pretty fast and i don't do anything two weeks and they are pretty decently long
