    The best advice I can give to get the healthiest, shiniest, glossiest nails that look like you're wearing nail polish when you have bare nails is sesame seeds. Add a generous sprinkling to your meals a few times a week and within 3- 4 weeks you'll notice a difference. I've been doing this for months and it really works for me.

  • @Karmadelica
    @Karmadelica Місяць тому +74

    Your 4 week progress is my ultimate goal! I bit my nails for most of my teen years and even now they grow thin and peel when they get even a few mm long. I'll have to work on my nutrition and stress and moisturising and maybe I can get even half of your nail length!

    My nails grow the best when I have no product on them. after 3 - 4 weeks I usualy have some good lenght. But then I like to put on nail polish so they get brittle after a week or two, so it is a never ending cycle 😀
    I would say besides the healthy sleep and eting, moisturising often is the most important, i see a huge difference when I dont do that.

This is, btw, really the only routine I've seen that work on me (And I've tried loooots of thing, going from garlic to rice to vaseline or I don't know what and it never worked) ! It's been two weeks since I'm doing this and I'm so happy about the results even if I don't use vitamin e because it's kinda hard to found wher I live but I hope I'm gonna find some soon. It helps if you paint them. I heard that if you have pretty nails, it encourages you not to bite them because you out in the time to do a manicure 💅🏽 Id recommend Holo Taco. It's very high quality and there's a lot of options ☺️

    • @SkullxFox
      @SkullxFox 21 день тому +2

      @anastaciachristians7117 I started painting them, even just doing the base coat plus a top layer without any colored polish helped keep my thinner nails stronger to grow out better. I just started a few weeks ago after being a lifetime biter and there's already a difference. I did learn that I really need the base coat though, top coat by itself peels within a day.
      This is assuming you already do the basic nail prep of file/buff and acetone before applying the base coat.

    I’m 17 years old and never ever in my life, I once had long fingernails and toenails. People always ask me how come you never have nails?
    I gained confidence over your videos but my toenails are the problem, they NEVER seem to grow at all. Can I do the same routine for my toenails as I do for my nails?

    • @irinareina
      @irinareina  23 години тому +1

      Sorry to hear that, I would assume that toe nails would react similar to nails on our hands, so the same recommendations: prioritize healthy sleep, good diet, avoid stress and massage the matrix area with lemon and e vitamin. Hope it will help 🤍

      I think it depends on how often are you planning to swim, if it’s every day, maybe you should create an “after swim routine”, making sure that no chlorine left on your body and applying nail oil with vitamin e. But if it is just one time a week, I don’t think it would damage nails a lot…
