I've never been good at jamming but I learnt so much from this video. Thanks and awesome planning Danny!!!
Absolutely impressive man
Amazing! Thank you for uploading this.
Great job! Awesome tone!
......super smooth!
Most excellent. I was particularly in awe of how you [early on] stayed in a very small area of the fretboard and really milked it for such a wide variety of melodies before moving elsewhere on the keyboard. Most illuminating - I now have new places to go and you have showed me the path. Thank you.
wow great jam!

Excellent Jimmy ... euh, Danny ;-). As allways. I love your tone, your style, your feeling. Can't stop listening your tracks (specially the slow blues in Dm). You deserve to play with the biggest. Tell me the day you sell your tracks, I will run to buy it. and don't stop to publish...
I love to see someone having so much fun doing this over an original track.
Great licks, great shuffle, a lot of fun to listen to, you have lots of talent my man. I'm 67 years old and paid my dues playing guitar and now it's great to listen to you young dudes rolling out the notes and improvising!
Thats cool to motivate fellow guitar players. Pleased you enjoyed and become motivated..... Thanks.
Damn, now that right there was sweet.
You can sure light up a room Danny !!!! 😁✌❤🍺🍺🍺

Even though he’s using a les Paul I just can’t help but think of SRV when I hear this
Nice One Danny Keep Going And Good Luck :) :D
It sounded to me like Johnny Winter!!!!
Ahh, cheers. I'll check it out :)
Damn! Danny, look how young you are, here!
dang boy you've certainly got da blues
goodddddd i like it
Lovely stuff. Really enjoyed it and its got me reaching for some Freddie King cds. The phrases around 2:40 4:40 and 5:50 would be great to cover in a lesson. Keep em coming......
uff que crack!
.....i just turned this into a Q&A....you left just enough gaps to let me in...lol.. Great fun...
Nice frecking jam bro. Great techniques and strums.
Cheers..
Danny, great playing. What are your settings on the JVM 205C for this video. Just bought one and thats the sound im looking for. thanks
Hey matey. Cheers dude. We will have to sort out a lesson or two sometime soon. Good to see Ozzy is catching more fish than his old man!! Take care Dougie boy!
Hey. At around 5:40 ish I do flick to the Bridge Pick-up and there is a change. I think also this les paul sounds a little different from others I have played... The Neck isn't as deep sounding as on some. Pretty sure it has Bill Lawrence Pickups in as its an 1989 model and they were used at that time i think....Thanks for watching my friend....
Very great ;) is Gibson Les Paul Standard 08 ebony the gitar on this video or not !!!
Thanks mate !!
nice playing and tone-just subbed-look forward to checking out your jam tracks
vibrato6 Excellent. Hope you enjoy the other vids...
The only change I make to the HD300 sound is the Master Volume of the amp used as the factory setting on these is normally set on full which sounds shit. So I set the master volume to around half way and that seems to do the trick. Cheers for the comment.
Awsomme dude...i get yore track...thanks.
Pretty damn good......Memphis Dave...
Awesome stuff Danny. Hello from down under! Can we get a backing track or two from these videos available on your website. Grabbed the .pdf tabs, but backing tracks would be awesome as well in .mp3 format.
your one of my favorite guitarist... thanx for the licks lesson by the way!
Cheers Eric. No problem..
@@DannyPage size strings and brand ?...Mempho Dave..
David Ringo On this video, it would have been daddario 10-46.
@@DannyPage thanks.......sorta figured that...
@@DannyPage BTW,ever in the States, come to Memphis and hollar at me...Will give you the "Tour" and go by Ardent etc............
nice a little albert king
Danny P... WOW Man You Playing 🎸 Blue's You Are Very Great . That Gibson Les Paul 🎸 Sounds Awesome 🎸 Playing Man That's How I Won't To Play 🎸 The Way You're Playing 🎸👍 Man . Lol TroyFrost / Troyster 😎 CoolRiffs 😎 Cool 🤘 🤘🤘🎸👍
Since you edit your effect in the POD HD 300? (: GREAT :D
My heads on the bar glass in hand lm in blues heaven ,you are taking me down to the red house roads of BLUES 🏠.
Ha awesome... Thanks
A young Danny wow
I know, right?! Without a beard too....and zero camera skills!! I think this was the first time speaking on camera.
ieste super melodia
You are great, I love how you're playing. How long it has taken to get this level?
Nice guitar, and a really good amp. You get a great tone out of that Les Paul plugged into the Marshall JVM 205 combo. Also, the Gibson you're playing in this video is a 30 year old instrument, very nice. I have the Marshall JVM 210H , it's a great amp. Keep playing them blues my man, it sounds great! P.S. I've seen a couple of other videos by you, and they were excellent!
Cool Thank you very much.... New jam on the way. Slow Blues Rock in Bm on the way.
Cheers dude. I will get some vids sorted. I've got a six week old baby so is a miracle I had time to this one :-) Keep ya eyes peeled for the new shit!!
as always great playing my friend,
please think about giving lessons on youtube that would be awesome :)
nice playing ! what's better than blues?
Very nice playing. Your 89 Les Paul is it heavy? It sounds great anyway. I have a 92 Ebony Les Paul that sounds great. I've had a 89 Cherry Sunburst and a 91 Ebony Standard and both also sounded great.
What pickups do you have on your 1989 Les Paul? It sounds very good! I used to have a 1989 Les Paul Standard and it had those printed circuitboard pickus that were stock then. I changed them to a 1980 PAF in the neck and a Classic 57 in the bridge.
I've been stuck with the pentatonic scale for year and haven't progressed. I see you move up from the pentatonic scale and past the 12th fret. What are those scale shapes called, how should I practice them. I'm bored of what I can do.
Nice playing. I am using the same gear, Marshall JVM 205c en Gibson Les Paul from 1989. And three Boss pedals in the Fx loop, do you use the Fx loop? what is you're experience with the Fx loop. (Playing a handmade stratocaster as well)
Tell me your amp settings I just purchased an amp like yours and I like the tone😎
nice sound wich amp settings
Great tone here from the JVM! What settings are you dialled into? Channel? Colour? Are you using any effects pedals? Cheers
Hello Danny, what do you tink about the Marshall JVM 205c, is correct for home or is too much power. how many volumes do you use in clean mode. Excuse me for my english. Thank you
