Song: "Invincible"
Maynard James Keenan, Danny Carey, Adam Jones, Justin Chancellor
I hope heaven is just every tool show from 93 to now.
It is if you die correctly
91 ->
Amen 🙏
Correct.
Id never sin again if i thought that was true, my friend😇
I love how a "moment" for TOOL still means 3:37 minutes - this band is special
😂 Absolutely.
Heading to see them tonight. Can’t wait.
@@charles_wren_films saw them in Hamburg last week, an absolutely fantastic experience you're not gonna forget!!
Trying to find Maynard on stage is always like trying to find Waldo.
Way left no to the right on top
Tool live is a religious experience
Especially on mushrooms
@@GrandSpiral tool is a mushroom 🍄 😎
Amen
Amen brother.
I’ve seen em live a few times. Epic
One of the things I love about TOOL is that they have EPIC rifs and beats that they actually take time to explore and flush out, then flip the whole song on it's head then back again
Maynard : I don't get how we have such a cultish following...
Tool : ^^^This^^^
My sister is just a casual tool fan. She went to see them the other night in Louisville and she said it felt like the whole place was being sucked in and mind controlled 🤣
I'm one of those picks who stand behind people who have their phones out judging you guys harshly about not focusing on the show in real time with undivided attention and your own eyes. But then three days later, am super grateful you exist so I can reminisce in moments like this. So thank you and I'm an ass hole.
LMAOO!! If it's any consolation, this was the only thing I recorded. I was fully immersed in the show but something compelled me to record this part cause it was just too amazing of a memory and I knew I was going to want to see this again multiple times. But I totally feel you, we're all assholes and that's what brings us together as one.
It's a damn shame smart phones can't handle the bass !
@@kennethalbert4653 I know, be sure to watch it in 4k. The bass sounds a little better than the auto setting it defaults to.
LMFAO I felt this. I sat next to a lady who basically recorded the whole show in Tampa while i was tripping on shrooms through the visuals and music. There were a couple times where I had the thought of "are you even feeling this moment" kinds thing....then I find her whole video on youtube the next week and love it lol.
@@TheOGNoName These feelings are real and riegn true
There’s no way to hear how truly badass and heavy that is when they all 3 lock in on that groove together live. Heard it 1000! Tines on cd and Internet. It was fucking badass live.
Yes it was…..drove to DC From NC to see them…..fantastic….seeing Puscifer here in a couple months
mnnc so jealous!!! I’m in Canada and was lucky enough to see them in 2020 when they toured here but there not coming back to Canada:(
It is truly something special
As if the songs weren't enough, these guys are always a step forward in terms of live performance.
Why the need? Internet trollery is cowardice. Move the hell on.
@@CP-ct5hp You're a bad hater lmao
@@CP-ct5hp compared to most live acts he has some of the most present sounding vocals.
amazing shows
I always liked this song, but after seeing them perform it live in Boston, its vaulted into my top 10
I feel the exact same way. I saw them play it live for the first time ever at the Welcome to Rockville festival in Jacksonville and it was awesome but seeing it live in the arena was next level.
@@mirallesmario I was there for that, too! I heard a rumor they were gonna play new songs that night, so I bought a ticket and went solo. I managed to get all the way up to the front row after hours of sneaking through mosh pits. So epic to see it for the first time!
@@clintmcallister1647 NICE! Yeah I was super stoked, told my buddy we're witnessing history seeing "Invincible" live for the first time ever. What a great core memory!
Saw this in Tampa. Was the best live song I've ever seen. Seeing again in MInneapolis!
I wanted to see the Boston show, but the ticket prices were sky high lol
Love the guy laughing. Pure joy in that laugh. I get it , I sat center stage 13th row in 2020 Nashville. Was a dream come true, I cried
I just saw my first tool concert Sunday in Minneapolis...my God they put on the greatest show anyone could ever dream of!!!!
same, I was at the Newark show. blew my fucking mind!
Tom Petty put on an amazing show. I actually didn't like half the songs he played. But he puts so much passion into singing it didn't matter. It's like someone showing off baby pictures. Even if you feel shocked at how ugly the baby is its still an honor to see it.
My only fear of death,is not hearing these guy’s again!
Saw them in Denver, fuck yeah that was epic! Thanks for posting this!
Yeah definitely, glad you enjoyed it! I've been to a lot of concerts and this is hands down the best one ever. My gf said the same thing. A concert at Red Rocks is on our bucket list!
@@mirallesmario I saw them at red rocks, like 8 years ago. That was amazing, the sound is unreal. I’ve heard they love playing red rocks so hopefully they take this tour there 🍻
Every moment at a tool concert is an epic concert moment
I had the privilege of seeing them at The TD Garden in Boston last month....... Absolutely amazing show!! These guys just get better, and better!
Man I wish I went to that show
@@forevermarked5826 me too dude. Couldn't afford to. So mad. Who knows if I'll ever be able to see them
I didn't expect this to make me choke up. Power fucking full.
Yeah man, watching this live was even more powerful. So good!
One does not attend a Tool concert, they experience it.
THIS BAND ROCKS I JUST SAW THEM AND I CANT KEEP THINKING ABOUT IT
I saw them on the 23rd of February. It was absolutely incredible
Man, those drums are mixed perfectly and sound amazing. Wow.
When that breakdown hit, I half-expected Maynard to start screaming: "DARKNESS! IMPRISIONING ME, ALL THAT I SEE...".
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Funny fact: the very first time I saw APC, I think it was in ‘04, not too sure, but they closed out with a Puppets cover and caught me way the hell off guard 😂
Saw them on Friday night in Louisville. Best concert I’ve ever seen.
I was there also. Couldn't agree more.
Me too. Amazing. I'm almost cried a couple of times.
I was there also, I agree!
Saw them there 3 yrs ago May 8th. Man, I was impressed. The *sound* was just so awesome! Studio quality.
I just saw them yesterday in Hamburg, first time in my life, couldn´t hold my tears, amazing moment
This part here on loop for an hour. Uploader has impeccable taste in jams.
The light guys don't get paid enough.
I was there in section 108 and i'm still reminiscing about that night. incredible show!
3:03 - 3:04 - I love the tiny change in the way he sings "now", it's so little detail, yet so beautiful.
Wow there really nailing it here and the lazers and effects are on point.
This year was my 7th Tool concert and they've gotten better with each performance. Those people going to Bonnaroo are in for a treat.
Say what you want about the new album but Invincible is one of my favourite Tool songs ever
Agreed. "Feel the sting. Feeling time bearing down." That hit me hard. 10 year old me listening to Tool never thought I'd be 37 years old hearing this. I can't leave this earth not by my own means. Not until Maynard/Tool are done.
22 times. Every single one epic
I got chills from my neck to my calfes
Saw them in Detroit a week ago, just mind blowing to see live, video does it no justice, this song for the end was incredible
That's what I kept telling my friends. The video just doesn't do it justice of how amazing it was to experience this live
Yeah because danny's drums and I'm talking especially the kicks, are way too powerfull and you can only feel them while being there and still hear the other instruments clearly as for this video you can notice that every time danny kicks that bass drum it makes the other instruments quiet.
Caught the G.R. show and they never disappoint. Amazing show.
I was there and went ballistic. Miami really brought it
God damn..... Danny is dropping fucking nukes...
I Was there, first row by the tunnel (not front row, just the lower portion of the balcony above stage right) and it was fucking incredible. I was with someone and had a difficult time getting a video of much more than 3 minutes at a time. My goal was 100% to get this one in full because it's the only one they let us film!
I have no one in my life that would want to go see them with me... I would never think to go to a concert alone.. but I might have to for them
Do it brother!
@@Reverend_Harrison86 St. Louis Friday night. Be there George!
Get better friends.
I’ve done it not the most enjoyable but I did it‼️
I've gone to lots of shows alone, and sometimes made some great new friends! Don't miss the opportunity!
I saw them in Grand Rapids. I wish they would just come out with a proper live album. Was a great show btw.
Saw this show the night before in Tampa...EPIC!
Awesome! I was up front in the 4th row for this so I didn't get the light show.
Jesus Christ I'm surprised the building didn't collapse
So Tool Live went full Pink Floyd Psychedelic now . Good on them . Looks amazing and about how I see it in my mind . Wish I could of gone , it’s the first tour I’ve not seen them since 01 😕
yah since Lateralus their shows have been this style. Maynard chills in the back instead of being a spastic up front.
Its honestly the best visual show I've ever seen and I've seen a ton of shows from Roger Waters, Yes, The Who, Dream Theater, Deep Purple, Alice Cooper, Rush, etc. Tool has always put on the best visual show and the most full sound. There is something trance like about their shows.
@@bvyup2112 Well MJK has been in the back since the beginning, though he would move around more and creep up to the front back and forth more so in the past . Yeah their shows have become more and more high production over the years , but this tour looks light years beyond what they did with even the 10000 days tour . It’s mind altering looking and up on par with NIN’s Year zero and hesitation marks tour production which were up to those points the most innovative productions I had seen . Though of course I’d have to mention Floyd as they where some of the originators of this kind of thing and an obvious influence both musically and thematically to both aforementioned live acts . Cheers !
@@Death_By_Media I've only seen clips from the early days so thats new to me. Didn;t know that.
The only band close to the whole theatrical aspect was definitely Roger Waters or Alice Cooper (although Cooper was more like a stage show then the whole psychedelic experience. Floyd must have been something else in the 70's.
And cheers, have a good day.
Tonight i see this in Chicago! Hyped!!
Thanks for the post, man. 🙏
Gotta see this show, but, I haven't checked to see when they're coming to Canada, yet.
Yeah brotha, you're welcome! I just checked out of curiosity, doesn't seem like they rescheduled for Canada on this tour so hopefully they work something in the future for you guys up there!
@@mirallesmario
Agreed. Before the tour was shelved because of Coronavirus, they had some dates set for Canada, but, plans were scrapped & they haven't rescheduled since.
After awhile, I just kinda stopped looking at scheduling, with everything going on, anticipating that they'll rebook at some point.
But, it's "Thanks" to guys like you that post vids like this, that shows TOOL fans in Canada what they can expect, when TOOL finally sails North of the border.
I've seen them 4x already, on different tours.
But, new songs, new set lists & new mind-boggling light shows makes TOOL hard to miss, when they get close.
How long is their show?
i desperately need to witness this with my own eyes. i’ve never wanted something more in my entire life.
This is the moment reactor Jamel aka Jamal was talking about in his post show video..the light rays over the crowd then Danny was drumming in lava....lol he was tripping!
LOL I can relate. Everyone around me was tripping (including myself) 😆. The band, the visuals, the sound system, the crowd... everything was incredible!
Absolutely phenomenal!
I saw them in D.C. on Feb 22nd. It was such an amazing experience
Anybody post that DC show yet? I've been watching for that one to show up, but haven't seen it yet.
I saw the show in Cleveland. It was the trippiest TOOL show ever
Fuck yeah man saw them in NY few weeks ago, what a show!
EPIC indeed 🔥🔥🔥
Can’t wait I’m going to see the at O2 London 9th May
SO SHWEEEETTT...much love Tee with LIONS NAMED LEO.[the music worldwide}
and ooo weee sooo cool.!!
I'm in Jersey and had the honor of experiencing last nights show while under the guidance of the Magickal Mycology I Manifest :truly muhfukin EPIC!
I kinda envy you! I was there last night too. Just the experience as it was, was epic for me (going solo and focusing on the show only). Now... under that kind of guidance! Must have been amazing.
Omfg , I went solita also! Didn't take one pic or vid cuz I was FULLY immersed, no distractions from gadgets so I was drinking in every single thing= I was present in the space between seconds. Last night fully imprinted in minds eye
My comment at TOOL, was, "they just don't let up!"
A visual feast
WOW!! VERY COOL!!
IM STILL THINKING ABOUT HOW AWSOME THE SEATS WERE I COULD TOTALLY SEE HIM AND THE BAND
Incredibly Incredible
I’ve probably watched this 10 times now.. I only got about 30 seconds on my phone in St. Louis cuz I didn’t wanna sit there with my phone out not rockin hard as possible.
Gonna see them again in feb. Wow.
Seen Tool while back the best and loudest concert been to
Nice! I'm seeing them again in May 2023 at Rockville in Daytona Beach!
Man I wish I could see a Fear concert again. Went when it started pre-covid in Pittsburgh. I was going to drive to Ohio to see them again when they came back by but covid hit & the tour paused. Then I lost my wife in Aug 2020, she was who went with me in Nov.
Wasn’t a huge damn of FO but I’d go see this. I really like that album stoned and that’s about it lol
Seen them 10 times now and it's what I consider going to church.
Saw them in Portland a couple months ago and got wasted good times!
“Fuck yeahhhh” 😂😂😂
Adam rocking the flying V
Best rock band of all time im 63 I've rocked them all
MY GOD
Awesome 👌
Got more!!!??
Not from this concert but I've got some other Metallica, Disturbed, Gojira videos and more that I might be uploading soon
I’ve seen the utmost shock and wonder in the songs , the lights and Lasers are all directed ALL directions and the sheer black screen around the stage project certain things that are not seen by everyone because of seating so in “Descending” a Demon is flashed on Maynard just a few seconds later it’s not seen again, and Last Ending show 2020 MODA center, after he did the set list then at the ending of Danny’s Solo then pneuma” he stands up in the WHITE TrailBlazers jersey, before he started through his LA jersey, It was AMAZING TO ME HE DID THIS SO FAST,faster then the eye 👁🌀👁so people were screaming, it was wild .
Then just to tell you,” Invincible” is and will ALWAYS BE A MOMENT TO RECEIVE YOUR Innocent understanding IT is 🙌🏼TOOL’s🙌🏼👁🌀👁,” Stairway to heaven “ you can have your own opinion of your own but iim 53 For over 31yrs I’ve been a TOOL-ARMY MEMBER EXCEPT FOR THIS YEAR, in all my favorite Releases of ANYTHING TOOL HAS RELEASED THE WHOLE OF FEAR INOCULUM RELEASE IS THERE PHYSICAL GRAFFITI , for Led Zeppelin..👁🌀👁,realize, there are so real -Eyes that see and know the technology that has been used and Inoculum helped me see REALLY GREAT TECHNOLOGY IN mass 3D and projected ,..imagining How high you really , can get natural or LSD
Fuck ya!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best band EVER.
Yes
omg bro do you have the end plz
The poster was the best part
For some reeason i want to sneak in some plain freeze dried skittles and hand them out like "take only one and pass them down"
0:46 🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽
my Tool cherry is no more…Louisville was concert was EPIC!
I hope they come to Mexico soon
cool footage. does your phone mic still work?
Miami !!!
That sound system and light show at the FTX Arena was something else. Best concert ever.
Word…!!!!
I pray to God I get to see them live someday 🙏
Goddamn, even the lights are poly-metric
Hmm interesting, just got home from the Omaha show. As we were going through the admission line, they were telling people explicitly that recording or photographing would result in expulsion from the concert. They had signs on the back of our chairs as well. I witnessed several people being removed, one guy was right in front of me. Wonder if it's the venue? I had assumed it was a request from Maynard until I saw this inconsistency.
EPIC ORCHESTRA OF SPIRITUAL AWARENESS.
🌈⭐❤☯️
Saw them in Louisville last weekend 🙌👏 AMAZING
I was there also. Chicken skin throughout. Fuckin amazing
I was there!!!
The sound quality on this is just right to convey the ear-smashing industrial strength sound. I usually stuff some toilet paper in my ears when I go to hear Tool live and nobody I've offered some to has ever refused. The black suit and tie might make them feel reassured, who knows? We're all on a mission from God and we're all Professionals.
🤘🤘
Hope the mushrooms, acid all the fun shit...kicks in on time....fukin wiq 😝💯👊🍻🥳
Nice
Fingers crossed 🤞
I had no idea they had elephants now.
FUCK. YEAH. 🤘
My heart skipped a beat
Holy fuck
Thats bad a$$ at 1:17 when the symbols or the snare hit 3 times or whatever its called. The tiss...tiss...tiss.
A fucking mazing
I opted to not film it because I just wanted to enjoy the show. Great job of capturing the visuals though.
I did the same! The memory and being present over the video. It’s what Maynard would have wanted
