No, the motor would have to work extra hard to drive the generator, so in the end, the flight time would be lower since nothing is 100% efficient (almost nothing) This would kinda work if u used the airspeed to spin the prop and not the motor, but the amount of energy that you would gain is not worth the extra resistance since we rarely use our motors at idle. So in summary, it's not worth it
