Cave spider farmers are more reliably found and the string is an added bonus. Never knew it was possible to construct a good way to farm them though

None of these are actually early game. Early game is new world trying to build up to armor etc. Mid game is nether end game is the end obviously
going to the nether or finding a dungeon/mineshaft isn't that hard
idk nether can be achieved within the first 20 or so minutes tbh not that far off
it really depends on your playstyle, for him this is early game. for you and me its more mid game, I like to take things alot slower and get gear first before entering the nether
Crafting a nether portal requires 3 iron for a bucket and a lava pool. Killing an iron golem (from a pillar 3 blocks high) ought to get you enough for a bucket. Or you get lucky and find a nearly intact portal and finish one of those. So it's not unrealistic to do early game.
