@Kyan, if you don’t mind can you look into 14.19 patch notes and see what they do for vlad. I looked but I’m newer and it seems like to me they might have hit him hard Item wise, they also nerfed his W! If you find the energy, time, and care can you also make a small little video on what the build should be for patch 14.19 since they nerfed all of vlads items.
