It’s just the right amount of challenge to get your heart rate up and you'll have so much fun while you're getting your steps in! While the workout is sweaty and intense, all the moves are low impact and standing! Each exercise challenges multiple muscles in your body and when we rest, we will actually be in a stationary walk.

UMMMMM. Okay!! This workout was actually killer. Did it on my lunch break at work without weights and still burned 275 cals 🔥 thanks for always making quality content Penny. P.S. According to my Fitbit I only had around 1200 steps before starting the workout I now have 5,275 👟

Yes I get tired of HIIT, some days I just want to do a cardio or aerobic workout but a longer time.. to do a slow burn. Just a mix of workouts is the key!

WOW, what a FANTASTIC Walking workout!!! I used 2 pound weights and did that bring up the intensity. Funny, because just previewing this, it looked pretty easy. Boy, was I humbled in the BEST way!!! Best walking workout EVER. I actually found you awhile back because of your walking workouts but somehow missed this gem!!! LOVED IT!!

With the yucky weather setting in, sometimes an evening walk isn't possible ! Penny, you saved me ! AGAIN ! Calories 260 🕯, Steps 3603 ! Used 4 lb weights , ouch! Sweat fest !

As a mom with a kid that doesn't sleep through the night I love this new option that's not as intense cardio. I have a hard time getting psyched up for a HIIT workout after a bad night with the kid. This was way more approachable and I burnt way more calories than expected. Thank you for this fun new option! I appreciate how you're always shaking things up

Don’t underestimate this walking workout! It will leave you sweaty, breathing hard, and feeling great. I’m 53 and suffering from achy joints and bad knees, but I still want to work hard. I’ve always been an avid exerciser and I’m not ready to give it up. This was just what I needed today. I just found Penny’s channel this week and am so happy I found it.

This was more challenging than I expected, really worked up a sweat! I was feeling bloated and unmotivated but thought I could handle walking….made it through and felt better afterwards! I need to get some lighter weights though as my 5 lb weights got heavy half way through! Thanks Penny!
