This was so good! Clocked up 3498 steps and 330cal torched...more importantly this was fun and sweaty and smiling all the way through was so nice....perfect soundtrack too! More walking workouts please...💜💪🏾🤸🏾♀️

Day 5 Sweat and more sweat!! Not as exhausted. 160lbs today did not loose or gain. I ate a bit too much last night :) Happy I lost 3 lbs in the 5days. With intermittent fasting 14-18 hrs. I stopped eating at 7pm and followed Penny's What I Eat In A Day. It's doable and a fun way to loose weight!! Again, Thanks Penny!! You are AWESOME!!!
I clocked around 5,000 - 5,500 steps but I did runs instead of walks throughout the whole vid. Cannot stress enough how much I love your videos. Keep it up !!! and thank you for the motivation.

I workout with you almost everyday. I do alternatives due to Hip Fracture while recovering from a running injury, but because of this workout, I am now able to jog almost a 10K on a treadmill. We all have to start somewhere, and my "somewhere" is this video workout. Many thanks, Penny!!!!
Penny, this was an amazing walking workout, great music, fun moves and quite demanding! I think it's great that you are catering more and more for those, like me, who enjoy lifting weights as their main form of exercise, but still want to do some cardio during the week. I have come to terms with the idea that HIIT cardio is just not for me!

Hi Penny! This was perfect for a "give those muscles a rest day" just like you said. I started off and thought oh this is ok I'll be in zone 2 for this. (I've been reading your blog about zones). How wrong was I?! I am literally dripping now at the end and I was mostly in zones 3 and 4. Clocked up 4662 steps and 233 calories. I loved the front and back kicks. Felt like a ninja. 🥷🏻🥷🏻Where were the doggies? Feel fantastic now. Thank you. 🤸🏻♀🤸🏻♀😁😁🥰🥰
Penny these walking workouts have become a quick favourite for me. I add light hand weights and run or step up instead of walking for a little extra challenge. It truly is an amazing fun workout. I never get bored and I’m always challenged. Please keep them coming!
