I began this year determined to get my fitness back. I'd had spinal fusion for a serious back injury and had finally been cleared to start working out instead of only just walking (2-4 miles daily) and doing the PT exercises. I checked out a few gyms but felt intimidated and not ready, as well as feeling like I would be injured in a class led by overly enthusiastic 20 somethings. I found you on UA-cam and have been doing one-three activities on your site each day. I feel so much stronger, more mobile, and happier! I think after reading comments this is so popular. I love these type workouts as they do it all. Would love similar with legs as well. Hi Jules, although my life has been stressful recently, I promised myself to start back up with my workouts today. The hardest part was getting started, but determined to keep my promise, I did it and am glad that I did. Tomorrow is a long work day for me so I will probably do a short cardio, to get myself back in the pattern I usually do. Thank you!
Another outstanding work out, my arms are killing me. Unlike previous workouts this workout did me in. I obviously have not been doing something right in previous workouts because today’s work out. I feel like it really made a difference - again thank you.

A little over 3 months after my reverse shoulder replacement, my surgeon cleared me for light weights. This workout was excellent! I used wee little weights and got in a great combination of range of motion and light resistance. And way more fun than working out with resistance bands! Your warmup and cool down are excellent range of motion exercises combined with enough motion to keep the circulation up. I've had a big challenge with hand swelling and after this workout I can curl my fingers tighter than anytime in the last 3 1/2 months. Thanks, Jules! I'll be coming back to this one!

It's always amazing how our bodies get used to workouts quickly, and when we change up the exercises our muscles react. I'm glad you did this one since it is a well-rounded program. It'll be a good one to mix in with the 2 strength days you're doing.
Hi Jules! After taking a break from working out, this was the first strength workout I've tried since starting up again. It wasn't easy for me but I worked really hard to finish it. I knew it would be a little tough but I had to start somewhere and this was it! I will just have to keep working and getting stronger. Thanks Jules!

I wanted a fairly quick cardio/strength workout before I head to work and this was a great choice. It made me sweaty and got my heart pounding but it wasn't exhausting. This may turn in to one of my "go tos". I really liked how you incorporated some stretching into the cool down, Jules. All of that arm stretching felt wonderful. Thank you!

Every workout I have done so far has been great! Love the great variety that you have posted. Makes it easy to get in a quick workout on busy days and a longer one on those ridiculously hot days here in the Arizona desert when you just stay in a/c! LOL Thank you so much!
Wow, wow, wow!! What a great workout! I only had to modify a couple of moves to suit my knee, and I couldn’t always go at your pace, but my body definitely knows I was working out today. This was particularly good today, since we take Sundays off. I loved the new moves in the cardio and weight section. The stretching was great as well. Great job, Jules! Hi Jules Have you seen Burpee girl workouts. I do hers in the mornings (her workouts are just a bit harder than yours) then I do one of your easy workouts in the afternoon.
Hi Zena, I did reply to that comment but maybe it got missed. I took a course in how to use them, but personally I prefer to use dumbbells and I feel it's risky teaching people how to use them online. If you want to use them, you can use kettlebells in replacement of dumbbells (I use them at home sometimes). But once you start swinging them around, etc., you really need to know what you're doing to remain safe. It is easier to get injured with kettlebells unless you really know what you're doing.
