Stephen, I had such a wonderful time interviewing with you today! Thank you again for the opportunity to share a small part of my carnivore journey to health and vitality! @laura.lovinlife
Laura, I had the same experience regarding priming. I went through several days of eating fatty meals three times per day and all of a sudden my cravings were gone. Two months later I joined Bella’s group and heard about priming. People must talk about this but maybe they haven’t realized what happened to them to overcome cravings.
I've been ketovore since July of last year. At that time, my hair had been falling out in record time. I started drinking collagen powder with my coffee in the morning. Not a lot happened until I got serious about carnivore that my hair has grown back, and is much darker now. I used to be fully grey, but now anout 55/60 % black. My daughter even noticed! Carnivore has been great for reducing my chronic knee pain as well!

Thank you so much! There is definitely a “look” that I see on most every carnivore woman I’ve met. A glow if you will, that I believe wholeheartedly comes from eating the nourishing foods that we do! And as too energy…sometimes I don’t know what to do with the energy I enjoy now!!! 😊
What a great interview. I learned so much. Just started the carnivore way in January. I’ve listened to Bella on the priming but didn’t really understand the reasoning. So thank you for clarification. I’m 10 years behind you Laura and you are my new inspiration!! Love pickleball too!!
Audrey, thank you for your kind words! YES… I truly believe priming is the key so please revisit SBG and if you do nothing else do the first month with the priming schedule! I did complete their three month challenge, because I was curious about the fasting protocol and how that would affect my journey. Wishing you all success..: please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! 💪🏼🥩
Darker eyebrows are wonderful. I have been tinting/coloring my eyebrows for six months since they are white now. I look forward to darker brows and hair growth with proper eating. Great interview!
Great interview! You can only lead a horse to the water. I am a living example of thriving on the carnivore woe for 8 years as of this month. My son has gone carnivore for the past year to reverse his T2 diabetes at age 21. However, my husband who very badly needs to change over to carnivore, still refuses. He is too addicted to sugar and the "variety" of carbs. We just continue along as living examples for him.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Wishing you all the best in your journey! You WILL feel a difference in a week or two but remember also… it will take time to undo years of SAD! ❤
What an amazing testimony, thank you both. I'm early days yet but these talks help so much. Already, I've dropped my PSA number, i gave up the tomatoes i thought would help it and just eat carnivore. 🙏🏻
Regarding the eyes. I am 76 year old male. For over 20 years I had severe asteroid hyalosis of the left eye - black floaters which to me looked like my eyes were full of soot, asociated with almost clear fine filamentous material. When looking at white like paper or clouds, they appeared beige. It was a problem getting a correct prescription for my glasses and it affected the way my brain interpreted the visual field you looked at. My eyes to me seemed out of balance and I had probllems with tension in my neck. I have followed a high protein "Proper Human Diet" and after several months the terrible asteroid hyalosis has almost disappeared. My short sightedness has corrected and now I only need glasses for driving, rather than varifocal lenses. The other eye change is regarding my irises. I have blue eyes and they have got lighter in colour and also developed a darker ring at the periphery; where the iris meets the white of the eyeballs. This is associated with the loss of visceral fat. Also, I had a very slight milkyness of the cornea (apparently due to old age), which has cleared. I have been having 1-2 checks a year for diabetic retinopathy and macula degeration. I was signed off these checks at my last visit weeks ago by my consultant! Other major benefits, are loss of body fat (especially visceral), resolution of my mild diabetes and loss of what I describe as generalised fibro-myalgic pain in my spinal musculature and joints! Both facially and in my body shape, I look very different now and people literally think I am in my early 60s! I have a young persons physique now!
Oh my, what amazing results and NSV you have experienced my friend!!! I wish my eye issues had improved on carnivore as these new lenses were not cheap! I think you should contact @carnivoredoctor, Lisa Wiedeman to let her know your carnivore successes! This is definitely her area of expertise!
I’m glad someone finally said not to expect immediate results. Everyone makes it sound like it’s immediate, but for many it isn’t. I had to finally give up coffee because the caffeine was causing me back pain. After being on carnivore for about 6 months with no change at all to my back, I gave up the coffee and finally got rid of the back pain. I had excruciating hip pain for about 3 days while I detoxed from it. I like to tell people that because so many carnivores think that coffee isn’t an issue. I drank it for just over 30 years and it caught up with me. I had back pain for about 10 years and had no idea it was from caffeine. It felt like a cramp in the middle of the right side when I stood for too long. Once I quit caffeine, I started noticing that my hip would release and my cramp would go away and then finally it was gone for good. I tried drinking caffeine again later, and felt it creep in so I knew it was the caffeine.
Coffee is definitely one of the constant discussions going on throughout the carnivore community! Some are for having, some against… thank you so much for sharing yours insight from personal experience. I know from personal experience, after I switched to decaf… it’s the ritual of having it, more than the coffee itself! I’m hoping one day to release that also, I’m just not there yet.😊
She looks fenomenal for almost 70 ! I strongly believe we are Unfortunately brainwashed with the amount of exercises we do. Exercises are a huge stress to your body. I would say primal way of eating with more rest and movement in nature a bit of exercises if you enjoy it is the way to go. Too much exercises also age the face very quickly which people dont realise it. Exercises exhaust the body. Any kind of stress to your body is not beneficial and shorten lifespan. The more u exercise the more u sleep to recover. Growing hormone then repairs the damage u did to your body. Remember all the bodybuilders live shorter and the founder of jogging died being 53.
Katie, thanks for sharing. I do agree movement is so important! Just getting out for a simple walk each day has so many benefits. Start small if you need too, but you will be a big winner in the end!
My protein to fat ratio is pretty much 80/20, but I do not measure or track macros.I eat fairly intuitively, one day a 6oz steak might be enough but on another day, I may easily put away a 16oz ribeye. And, I do NOT shy away from animal fat, often adding extra trimmings along with a steak.
Great reply Laura. I stopped asking people to be precise as everyone is so different. It's better like you've done and replying to specific questions. I appreciate it
I just moved to TN. The food here is very heavy on the breading. I gained weight eating out because I slip all the time. I started carnivore on Jan 1 and lost 3 lbs. then last night I ate out and believe it or not, gained the 3 lbs. over night. I can’t believe seed oils and maybe a few bites of wings with a sweet chili sauce can make one gain three pounds. So upset with myself.
As Stephen said, put it behind you and get back on course. I found staying out of restaurants and eating at home in the early days was so helpful. Once you build a good base and your body has truly had a chance to realize that it wants the clean pure foods that you’ve been giving it, it’s so much easier to find better choices when you eat out. And remember, one of the good things about Tennessee is that there’s probably a smokehouse on every third corner! 😉
They always say “Stop eating sugar!” Never realizing that carbs from fruits, veggies, and also processed foods turn into sugar in your body. So even if you don’t eat sugar, you still eat sugar. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
I think this is really interesting. It just shows that everybody is different. I can’t eat that much red meat. It literally gives me a stomachache. But other people can live on it
I admire you both! I just started carnivore few days ago. Motiv behind my decision is diagnosed CFS and crash if I do physical activity. I am not have any problem with weight.I will be 60 this year and want to be strong and full of energy again. Any experience with people struggling with CFS on Carnivore?
I have chronic fatigue since 2017 and carnivore for 4 months. My CFS has not improved, but maybe it is still too early to tell. I am hoping that carnivore will help...
Pennie I did the SBG 90 day challenge and completed that fasting protocol. That was in early 2022. I did do one or two additional 72 hour fasts since. I do intermittent fast as well but tend to eat intuitively. Most days I have no desire to eat before noon sometimes as late as 3 PM, but if I wake up in the morning and I’m hungry, I eat. Usually two meals a day. Also now I much prefer doing what they call a sardine fast and my body seems to respond well to it!
Eating when hungry, stopping when full. For about 2 weeks until you start to understand how to read your satiety signals. It's not for everyone but I found it helpful. It's not a protocol that allows you to eat too much! Which some people seem to think it is.
Priming is eating like it's your job, for around 2 weeks. Three meals a day plus snacks. You eat when hungry and stop when full. Don't be guided by the size of your plate or what you 'normally' eat. It seems to reset your hunger and satiety signals. I did it and within 9 days I never wanted to eat again! It gave me food freedom.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the interview! I was excited to share my love of this carnivore lifestyle! Food freedom, abundant energy, everything is in the plus!
Dr Ken Berry is amazing and has so much information to share! Absolutely if you are new to this he is an excellent source and he has so many UA-cam videos that cover every question you could possibly have! At the beginning of my journey, I ordered and read his book; “Lies my Doctor Told Me”! So eye opening!
Yes definitely one of the ideas I wanted to stress durning the interview… I believe wholeheartedly that you have to give up all form of sweeteners, real, artificial, low glycemic…in whatever form! If you want to be truly successful in reaching food freedom, I believe most everyone has to eliminate anything that registers with your brain as sweet! Those receptors are too strong and too controlling to allow anything sweet, especially early on in the journey!
Mary I live in East Tennessee, but I was referring to several online forums I belong to! Most of my carnivore experience has been with Bella‘s steak and butter gang, and they are also the carnivore group that teaches the priming protocol.
Eating when hungry, stopping when full but eating like it's your job. 3 meals a day plus snacks for 2 weeks. By about day 9 you'll have a sort of 'reboot' to your hunger signals
@@CoachStephen I have had indigestion for years. I cut out gluten, beer, sweets, and just recently meat and it’s a lot better. Also gone to the Bible to see what God says to eat. I’m 63 my appetite is not like it was.
I hope you find what works best for you but definitely something to consider is that vegetables may actually be the cause of your issues. I’ve never had less bloating and digestive issues than I do as a carnivore. On the rare occasion that I do eat a vegetable the next day I feel very uncomfortable and also have issue with a nagging cough returning!
@@laura.lovinlife i’m still trying to nail it down, but I think bread, gluten, sugar, beer is part of my issue and those items have been eliminated from my diet at 63. I feel pretty good. I’d like to drop about 15 pounds and I should be at my high school weight then.
Don't see the weight loss from the photos. Plus one is in shirt and shorts and the other is a dress, heels and makeup. So silly. Was hoping to get real information. All she did was promote Steak and Butter gang . Talked about living in Tennessee and going out to parties. Not sure what the point of all this was.
@@CoachStephen why not post a pic same way.... before and after, people stand sideways in pics most time because they want to look skinner than they are.
Thank you for the comment. I've been lucky enough to go to Tokyo and Kyoto. Some Japanese eat a lot of organs, stomach and meat and fish. I did not see fruit and veg as a big part of any meal. But they're not healthy for other reasons, such as rice consumption and the lowering of meat intake. It's easy to say the Japanese are healthy but actually they're not. They're smaller and getting fatter due to more carbohydrates. People in Japan eat rice and noodles and they're all thin” Nope again I am afraid to say. Male obesity has been on an upward trend since 2013, with 33.0% of men considered overweight due to an average body mass index of 25 or greater, according to the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare's annual survey on national health and nutrition in Japan. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23631195/ This is ALL to do with the INCLUSION of carbohydrates and reducing meat and saturated fat consumption. Those three countries you especially mention have ALL done this. INCREASED carbs and decreased meats and saturated fats. Japan (Rice consumption is detrimental to stature and muscle mass) The Japanese population is on average shorter in height than western populations. This is due to a diet high in rice and grains and the lack of meat available to the common people. This has been recorded continuously at various times in history and even today the average Japanese person is shorter than an average westerner. Maybe do some reading? Try the book Anthropometric History, the following volume including Ted Shay's "The Level of Living in Japan, 1885- 1938: New Evidence". J.Komlos ed., Stature, Living Standards, and Economic Development: Essays in Anthropometric History, Chicago University Press, 1994) In 1937, the average height of twenty-aged male was 160.3cm, improved from 156.7cm in 1896. This is due to an increase in the availability of animal products during that time. The Chinese and the Japanese are about 169cm tall in terms of the average height (that's 5 foot 6.5 inches)
Not currently but I have taken BHRT in the past. Currently looking for a new doctor to determine where my levels are and if BHRT is necessary. There are many carnivore influencers who believe that this WOE will balance our hormones and give us everything we need. Now that I’m two years into carnivore, I’m curious to see where my levels are and if supplementation is necessary.
Bravo Laura! I am 84 years old male and I started keto 5 months ago. What a change! My insulin resistance and prediabetes is gone, pains and aches gone, my prostate improved, old age spots on my hands gone, blood pressure is around 120/70, and of course, 22 pounds of my fat is gone. I am on a daily 18-6 fasting mode so autophagy works fine, and I am still regular in a gym. Life is great!
Thank you so much! And how wonderful that you’ve found a road back to better health as well, kudos to you! Not many at your age are willing to look at changes! Enjoy your journey!
I have been carnivore for 8 months now. I was completely silver at 60. Now at 62 I had a haircut the other day and when finished I looked at the floor and ask, is that my hair? She replied, all yours. My hair is turning back to black, just unbelievable. joint pains, snoring, sleep apnea, acid reflux....all gone! The biggest problem with this way of eating is as it catches on I have to time my shopping or all the ribeyes are gone.
Im ketovore. Mostly carnivore with occasional veg. I just checked out my spider vein after hearing Laura mention hers and they’re so faint now . Another Bonus .
😊 Thank you so much for your final encouraging comments. I enjoyed the entire interview. I have been carnivore since just before Thanksgiving.... Approximately 6 weeks now, however I have gained 5 lb. It's not a big deal but I do need to lose 25 lbs to reach ideal body weight. My husband keeps asking me why I'm not losing weight since all he had to do was go high protein and immediately lose 20 lb. I generally eat higher protein anyway and like you have never had much of a sweet tooth. (However I love all bread and Cheez-Its). Lol. I finally decided to count my macros and realized I have been severely under eating. I haven't even been hitting the halfway mark. I've never had a big appetite so I find repeatedly eating till full a challenge. The good news is, this is super easy to stick to because within 4 days all my joint pain was gone. I also have very little belly pain, bloating, and/or gas. I feel wonderful and as far as I'm concerned I'm sticking with this! Your interview was very encouraging to me. Thank you again!
danap8500, wonderful that you are choosing to stick with this! It is not at all unusual for someone new to carnivore to gain some weight! I gained about 5 lbs in the beginning as well… And if you are under eating, “holding” is bond to happen! Women especially… have such a history of under eating nutritive foods that their body just doesn’t want to let go in the beginning. Once you are giving your body the right amount of satiating fatty meat, your body will feel safe enough to know that you are not going to starve it and to begin to let go. Wishing you all success going forward and please let me know how things are progressing for you!
We have all been lied to about diet , I too am sad that I couldn't help my dad who died in the medical system. But God is good all the time and now we use this information for good, the truth is always the hardest pill 💊 to swallow. Have been carnivore and keto for one year, I'm a nutritionist and am re schooling myself,. Lots of disinformation about health, this has been my life for over ten years now .
We can only hope that the carnivore movement continues to gain strength so more people will be able to reap the benefits, for mind and body, with a proper human diet!
Really valuable and inspiring to keep on track. In the three months that I’ve watched the gamut of carnivore videos, I’d never heard about priming or that it helps newcomers deal with cravings. I’m definitely going to check into that. Thanks for the great video and congratulations to your guest for her compelling success!
Wonderful! Yes please do check out Bella and the Steak and Butter gang for more information on the priming protocol. It’s such a powerful tool for overall success in the beginning of your journey…you won’t be sorry!
I just started a strick version of keto. After watching this i took pictures of all of my spider veins, hair loss, skin wrinkles etc to see if they improve over time. I’m also going complete carnivore.
That’s great! You’ll have to let me know if you see any changes. Mind you it didn’t happen overnight! Well my eyebrows went darker again within a month ☺️ Wishing you all the best going forward! Let me know how it all goes for you!
She looks like a young Olympia Dukakis, one of my favorite actresses. She has really inspired me to stick with this way of life, abd to incorporate other things like priming and heavy lifting.
Thank you Kim! Stay the course and you will find success in this WOE! And Priming and weights are definitely tools you’ll want to incorporate for better results. Let me know how it’s goes for you and wishing you all success!
I absolutely love her‼️ I would absolutely love to know if you tracked macros? I’m struggling so much to lose- I honestly don’t know what the fat / protein ration should be for me?
I did not track macros, but rather, ate more intuitively. I would say my diet is very much 80/20, just based on the types of foods that I eat , ribeye, pork belly, flanken cut short ribs, bacon and wagyu ground beef. If I eat seafood, I always add butter (and often a side of steak😉)
Probably the most inspiring carnivore interview I’ve seen. I have now subscribed to both of you. I know Laura doesn’t run her own channel but I drilled in. 😊
Tom thank you! So pleased you enjoyed the interview enough to call it inspiring! It’s certainly what I hope for…that I can inspire enough for others to give this WOE a solid try! They won’t be sorry and on,y positive ahead for them if they stick with it!
I was explaining to my sister-in-law that the "heart healthy" cheerios she eats, while being a type 2 diabetic, had a lot of carbs. Just read the box to see how many carbohydrates and think, sugar!
Eating like it's your job. For up to 2 weeks every day eat when hungry and stop when full. But make sure every time you eat you feel comfortably 'stuffed' You can even include carnivore snacks during this time. When I did it by day 9 I never wanted to eat again. It seems to reset all your hunger hormones
Thank you. Have you seen my 19 tips for starting carnivore video? You might get something from that too. Good luck on your journey. Hope to see you commenting again soon.
I wanted so much to have the grounding mat work .. but for me I had to return it. It was way too much energy for me and really bumped up my temperature. I sweat and tossed and turned all night. 🤷♀️
As the saying goes “ the proof is in the pudding “😅 I’m on day 21 on carnivore and my glucose levels are between 6.8-8.5…. It clearly seems to be working, thank God🙌🏽💜🌈 I’m praying for total reversal so that I will be able to stop medication completely and also reverse other health issues and hoping to see some weight loss results as well🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
@stopthecircusnow Look up Dr. Ken Barry's video on "BBBE Challenge", and just do research and really DIG IN... it's VERY interesting and I have had success on "carnivore".
JANET, in the beginning, because I was following the SBG priming protocol, I was eating three times a day +2 snacks. All carnivore foods, mostly eggs, butter, bacon, ground beef, seafood and steaks. Once I finished priming I transitioned to eating less and now eat pretty intuitively. If I’m hungry, I eat…if I’m not, I don’t. On average now I have two meals a day and try to eat my last meal no later than 7 PM. Hope this helps, but I really think you’d benefit from connecting to Steak and Butter gang for more information on their priming protocol or to better understand how all this works. Wishing you all success.
Ive been trying to stick to carnivore (more financial than anything else for a while) having stsrted keto about 2 yrs ago and definitely had improved joints, depression , energy. I go back to the "poor mans diet" and it all returns. A huge amount of stress and almost ivernight my health and mobility and enrtgy and mental health gone down the pan. Today is my 60th birthday (here in uk) and im trying to find ways to keep to carnivore because i know it works. But, the mind game is is it too late, what on earth are you doing launching a new business and trying to get your health back at 60 !! But. I have to tell you this was such apt timing today. Its inspired me to believe it is worth it and i can do it and i could have 20 or 30 years of feeling and being just great. Thank you x

Hi there, it's a 2 week period where you eat like it's your job. 3 meals a day plus snacks all carnivore food. Really get full and stop when comfortably stuffed! For me it was by day 9 I did not want to eat EVER again. It's like a hormonal 'reboot'

What an amazing testimony, thank you both. I'm early days yet but these talks help so much. Already, I've dropped my PSA number, i gave up the tomatoes i thought would help it and just eat carnivore. 🙏🏻
Good plan
Wonderful!

Hey Karen, thanks for the comment. Great to see you in the thread
Karen…coming from you, a carnivore powerhouse who has seen such great success…it’s such a compliment! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing. Caffeine definitely trips me up.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, appreciated
Katie, thanks for sharing. I do agree movement is so important! Just getting out for a simple walk each day has so many benefits. Start small if you need too, but you will be a big winner in the end!
Any exercise ages body it’s true it’s huge stress , and nowadays this crazy trend cold bath … it’s insane stress on body u will see how fast they age
😊Great job Stephen & Laura!

Glad you enjoyed it
Cindy my beautiful carnivore friend…Thank you for watching and commenting! 😊
You are so welcome and thanks for listening. I’m so pleased you enjoyed it!
It would be so nice for these interviews to contain a few minutes describing how much they eat per day and protein/fat ratios.
I appreciate it
Thx!!
Don't worry too much, just put that behind you and make your next day carnivore
As Stephen said, put it behind you and get back on course. I found staying out of restaurants and eating at home in the early days was so helpful. Once you build a good base and your body has truly had a chance to realize that it wants the clean pure foods that you’ve been giving it, it’s so much easier to find better choices when you eat out. And remember, one of the good things about Tennessee is that there’s probably a smokehouse on every third corner! 😉
It’s water 💦 weight
Very enjoyable interview, thank you!
Laura is fabulous
Thank you! I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Stephen made it so easy to feel comfortable sharing!
My primary reason for carnivore is my sweet tooth, the simplicity, and the fewer choices to be made about what to eat.
Totally get it, sometimes simple is best!
They always say “Stop eating sugar!” Never realizing that carbs from fruits, veggies, and also processed foods turn into sugar in your body. So even if you don’t eat sugar, you still eat sugar. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Good point
Yes…and always so frustrating to hear it! My A1c is now 5.5 so I won’t be hearing it anymore! 😉
That’s the great thing about being carnivore as it doesn’t include any of those other foods.
Hi Laura! Great to hear your whole story!!
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you so much! I’m so glad you enjoyed watching!

Hi, yes a few have resolved it!
Be sure you are eating enough animal fat, that may help your energy level…
Wishing you all success!

This was encouraging. Just over 3 months. I’m still waiting for the weight low side effect. Does she fast at all?
I don't believe Laura does extended fasts. Possibly intermittent
@@CoachStephen thank you for responding.

Interesting interview.
Thanks Andy
Stephen does such a fantastic job leading with great questions!
What is priming?
Eating when hungry, stopping when full. For about 2 weeks until you start to understand how to read your satiety signals. It's not for everyone but I found it helpful. It's not a protocol that allows you to eat too much! Which some people seem to think it is.
What specifically is this ‘priming’ you mention
Priming is eating like it's your job, for around 2 weeks. Three meals a day plus snacks. You eat when hungry and stop when full. Don't be guided by the size of your plate or what you 'normally' eat. It seems to reset your hunger and satiety signals. I did it and within 9 days I never wanted to eat again! It gave me food freedom.
@@CoachStephen thank you!
Read book fast feast repeat, u can achieve all above by fasting and eating ur fav foods without restricting any food groups
SBG Gang? Forgive me im on carnivore 23days dont know all the terms
Steak and Butter Gal. Bella runs the steak and butter gang.
That was excellent.
Thank you
I’m so glad you enjoyed the interview! I was excited to share my love of this carnivore lifestyle! Food freedom, abundant energy, everything is in the plus!
If you found this channel and don't know about Dr Ken D Berry yet, check him out as well. He changed my life in July of 22
Dr Ken Berry is amazing and has so much information to share! Absolutely if you are new to this he is an excellent source and he has so many UA-cam videos that cover every question you could possibly have! At the beginning of my journey, I ordered and read his book; “Lies my Doctor Told Me”! So eye opening!
I am the same way with the keto sweets, and with dairy, except for ghee.
Yes I think it chimed with a lot of people
Yes definitely one of the ideas I wanted to stress durning the interview… I believe wholeheartedly that you have to give up all form of sweeteners, real, artificial, low glycemic…in whatever form!
If you want to be truly successful in reaching food freedom, I believe most everyone has to eliminate anything that registers with your brain as sweet! Those receptors are too strong and too controlling to allow anything sweet, especially early on in the journey!
What part of tn is she talking about w groups?
I think she's referring to the Steak and Butter Gal monthly fee group.
Mary I live in East Tennessee, but I was referring to several online forums I belong to!
Most of my carnivore experience has been with Bella‘s steak and butter gang, and they are also the carnivore group that teaches the priming protocol.
Oh ok thanks!
Wow you look great 😮
Very kind of you to say…Thank you so much!
Looking awesome!
She does indeed
Thank you so much!
What is Priming?
Eating when hungry, stopping when full but eating like it's your job. 3 meals a day plus snacks for 2 weeks. By about day 9 you'll have a sort of 'reboot' to your hunger signals
Awesome
Thank you
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed the interview!

I’m not sold on the carnivore diet.
Ok, why's that? Thanks for the comment

The Japanese are the healthiest people on earth
THEY EAT FISH, FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
PLEASE EXPLAIN !!!!
Male obesity has been on an upward trend since 2013, with 33.0% of men considered overweight due to an average body mass index of 25 or greater, according to the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare's annual survey on national health and nutrition in Japan.
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23631195/
This is ALL to do with the INCLUSION of carbohydrates and reducing meat and saturated fat consumption. Those three countries you especially mention have ALL done this. INCREASED carbs and decreased meats and saturated fats.
Japan (Rice consumption is detrimental to stature and muscle mass)
The Japanese population is on average shorter in height than western populations.
J.Komlos ed., Stature, Living Standards, and Economic Development: Essays in Anthropometric History, Chicago University Press, 1994)
In 1937, the average height of twenty-aged male was 160.3cm, improved from 156.7cm in 1896. This is due to an increase in the availability of animal products during that time.
The Chinese and the Japanese are about 169cm tall in terms of the average height (that's 5 foot 6.5 inches)
For the Algo 🥩🧈🥓🍳👍✌️

Thank you so much! Carnivore has definitely made my hair thicker again! Wishing you all the best in you own journey!

I got caught by the keto 'treats' also... then went carno totally and finally felt so much better

Do people eat ONLY meat (grass-fed beef) or do they include vegetables and others, at the same time?
@stopthecircusnow Carnivores tend not to eat veg. They eat fish, eggs, chicken, turkey etc as well as red meat
Thanks for the reply. So, how do they get fiber and vitamins from? I love to do this diet but need to do it right. 😎
@stopthecircusnow Look up Dr. Ken Barry's video on "BBBE Challenge", and just do research and really DIG IN... it's VERY interesting and I have had success on "carnivore".
What portions and types of meat did you eat on Carnivore? How many times a day?
Laura does post all her information on Instagram. There is a link in the video description
