Hi, here is a link to simmilar bearings: a.aliexpress.com/_EGztiv5 They are 3x8x4 mm, so you can search for pretty much any bearing in this size. Good luck!
You can cover the cranks with carbon-simulation sheet, then trim the edges with a craft knife to make it look perfect. Another option is to paint them with spray paint. If you file the connecting rods and do not apply a subsequent protective treatment in humid environments, the rust will appear again or even twice as much.
You have a solid point there, funny enough there are zero rust spots to be seen. Might have to do with the oil from my hands building up a protective layer
Noticed my wheel was making squeaking noises when turning to the right after doing the bearing mod. I spent way too much time and money messing with the bearings. Tried a few different types, tried removing old oil and replacing, tried rearranging the washers and using the rubber rings, greased the rod they sit on, everything. It was a bearing in the motor the whole time🤦♂️. Hard to hear where it's coming from, pulling the gear out stops the noise temporarily. Gonna try and get inside the motor and replace/oil the bearings if possible. If that fails I might try upgrading the motor and maybe the psu or just buy a moza r9.
I don't know where you are from but whenever i hear this accent I know that the content is going to be quality. Swedish? Finnish? Whichever your people are good at youtube!!!!
@@David-zv2ob only mention because mine have rusted (original). Before seeing your video I didn’t even think of just removing and sanding them down (shows how uncreative people can be). I’ve since sanded, painted, replaced grips and I couldn’t be happier with my T150
The reason that piece was 3d printed is because it breaks after sometime of use and that affects the gear shifts. Also you sound like a mix between Verstappen and Jarno Opmeer.
hI, VERY hELPFULL VIDEO IAM JUST "FIXING" A SECOND HAND T150 THRUSTMASTER, SOME Of THE SCEWS ARE MISSING, DO YOU KNOW THE "M size" of the screws used to put together the 2 parts of the wheel and the big screws to attach the whole steering wheel to the base rotation axis?
I did use some washers before putting on the bearings, they are the exact same dimensions as the bearings. I don't remember the dimensions, but I'll look them up for you
@@David-zv2ob i'm not dutch (although i would like to become one one day) but even i somehow recognised dutch accent (also "one is better than other" bit kinda sold you out)

Yeah, the title is full on clickbait :) A little expectation subversion never hurts. I might make a "Uber upgrade video" where I do actual upgrades, like a wheel mount for different wheels etc. Maybe someday
can you reply with a link to the berings?

Man, you have Max Verstappen's way of speaking😂
I see this as an absolute win
Because he IS dutch🤣

Aye, good luck with fixing your motor

Thank you kind sir. I'll keep the mistery alive for you, although it's not Swedisch nor Finnish :)
Its Dutch accent, very strange accent and language, love the country.
Great video! Only thing is I'd recommend to paint those paddles otherwise they'd rust real quick
Could be, since the video they have not rusted in the slightest. If that happens i'll coat them in some clear protective stuff. I like the metal look

Thats a proper wheel mate cheer s mate
Thanks mate, sadly my skills don't live up to the standard which this wheel deserves

Being named in the same sentence as these two greats, that sure is something
Ayyy thousandths subscriber :D
You still have the wheel? Time for a 30V power supply mod!
What are the benefits of this? Do you get stronger force feedback?
@David-zv2ob yes, it should be the case. There's just 1 video I found on ytb about it.
@@hemangkumawat907 Cool thanks, i'll look into it!

Sadly I don't know those sizes, maybe on the thrusmaster manual somewhere
i can’t get the washer on the bearing😭
Did you use a washer before the bearings i think i saw them in the video. Where did you get the washers what dimensions?

you can use 3x 3x8x4 mm bearing on each, so 6 bearings in total and no washers
Next step: install this in the landrover
Final step: Install the Land Rover in the pc for the racing games
Idk but dutch people can know if someone is dutch out of one sentence

what are the dimensions of these bearings?
The bearings are 3x8x4 mm. This is the link to the ones I bought: www.amazon.nl/gp/product/B0B2BYSDFY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
@@David-zv2ob thx
man my ferrari t150 steering wheel for some reason every 2 minutes disconnects from the ps4, do you know how i could fix it?
Sounds to me like a loose usb connector or some connection inside the wheel. Can you try the wheel on a pc and test if you have the same problem?
Hey kaaskop waar is die links vir die bearings en shit? Dankie.
Info bearings pls (size, ordernumber.....)
