White granular sugar 30 grams 0:51,
Egg one 0:55,
Yeast 3 grams(if it's a cold day then add 1-2 grams more) 0:58,
High-protein flour 330 grams, 1:08,
Salt 1 gram 1:31,
Butter 30 grams,1:35,
White sesame proper amount 3:22,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 160 degrees, preheat it for 10 mins. Bake it for about 17 mins in middle of oven.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
