I don't know if this was covered, but on PSX, when you glitch out of the map in LA, and go somewhere with water, there's a ocasional sinking animation, but doesn't happen very often.
Something I noticed playing the San Francisco map - if you drive over the "Don't Block iIntersection" signs, cops will start blocking that intersection - which they would not if the sign was still up
7:20 - It's actually "Suspect has run a red" with the english VO, I don't know why they'd of dropped it in that one line read but it carried over to the other directional ones. 🤷♂
it's because it's not a lieral translation of what the french va says if we were to translate literally, he would have said "suspect has grilled the light", which is a french expression to say that he has ran a red light
Did you know there is a movie Driver from 1978? ❤ A lot of sound effects and places from the movie were used in the game. Maybe could you make a video with comparision both of them - the game and the movie?
The PC version apparently has 3D modeled pedestrians as opposed to the PS1 where they where completely composed of 2D textures. Something I just noticed by watching this video. Never noticed that back in the day and I have played both versions.
Vastly inferior in all but graphics and performance (at least FPS-wise, anyway). Especially when it comes to music and civillian car pursuers (the latter were even thrown out of The President's Run due to not posing a threat).

Miami on PS1 had a flying plane over Ocean Beach to the Mainland (Airport) and a yellow blimp. Los Angeles on PS1 has diffrent plane paths.

How different the Driver from PC is from the PS1 version?
ps1 has more details in cars than pc. pc has a longer view distance and 60 fps compared to 30 and smaller view distance on ps1
