It's soundfont player, a stock FL vst but i think its only available in 32bit version of FL. So you have a sf2. files which are instruments or could even be whole libraries of instruments that u insert in soundfont player and use them. Btw instrument is called "ocarina"

Kick and hihat are from stock FL Studio drum kit, just go on packs>legacy>drums>hiphop, and they should be there. Snare is from "J Dilla Kit", clap is from Metro Boomin drum kit, and this church bell sound is from soundfont called "GeneralUser" but i recorded it in wav. for some reason.
