The vegan baby bell makes the base for the best cheese sauce. I use one circle, a slice of Kroger brand pepper cheese slice, and then any shredded cheese I have on hand, add a splash of plant milk, and microwave. Add salsa once its melted, and boom, creamy nacho cheese that's amazing

The reason I was really excited about the beyond meat chicken tenders, is that they are pea-protein based instead of soy! This is really awesome for us vegans with a soy allergy! Although they aren’t crazy revolutionary in flavor or texture it’s awesome to see more soy-free options!
Any alternative to soy milk? It is the worst for me. That and almonds
@@havanadaurcy1321 Personally I drink the Silk 10G Protein. I am not sure if you would be able to as it is an almond and cashew blend. I really enjoy it, and have found it to be the most neutral flavor out of plant-based milks. Additionally, the texture is more creamy than your average almond or coconut milk, which is always an added plus for me.

The smart sweet watermelon are pretty good. Also, not really a candy… but the Olly “hello happy” worms are pretty good!! I’m not sure if those are vegan though.

I tried that liquid cheese and I really loved it! I was skeptical at first, but Miyokos is amazing! And nobody is using one serving of it haha

I'm sat here wondering if we tried the same thing!? I love Nature's Fynd Breakfast Patties, I thought they tasted just like breakfast sausage (Maple flavor is so good) with the perfect texture, and I love the Macros on them. I did cook them both with (not nearly the amount they recommend) and without any oil and found that they do cook more evenly in oil.
As a vegan, you should try to invest in Xanthan Gum. If you add it to homemade vegan ice cream it helps, it helps stabilize coconut cream when you whip them together.
I love these kinds of videos that you make. I always learn of new products that I didn’t even know existed like the baby bell cheese!
I LOVE gardein fish fillets one of the only unnatural vegan fish products out there that I try to get as often as I can
I've tried two other vegan fish products and they weren't as great as the gardein ones

If you like allulose sweetened gummies, you should try Project Seven gummies! Each pack only has 60 calories. It's sweetened with allulose and contains a lot of fiber which helps keep you full.
Always love these and this one was such a fun one for some reason. Hope you enjoyed trying all that, even if some of it was junk. I guess it's the thrill of the hunt.

I'm currently obsessed with Country Crock Plant Cream. Highly recommend! Love the Silk Heavy Cream as well, just hard to find sometimes.

I would love to do a side-by-side tasting with you. Our palates are so different so often. I'm a sub-taster, it that's a thing. I liked the TJ's oat chocolate bars. We do agree on fishy things being "blech!"
This is actually a really good idea. She could have a guest taster and we'd get two different opinions on each product.
Maybe you can try to set up a side by side zoom-style taste test
I made a great cream sauce and a sausage gravy with the country crock heavy whipping cream. So it works great for savory stuff too
So almost every time, I end up thinking the opposite. I got the chocolate PB Favorite Day bars and thought the oat ice cream kinda sucked. The chocolate coating was good but the base was bland and not creamy. I was also just not impressed with Brave Robot. I'd take Ben and Jerry's, vegan Coolhaus, Oatly, etc any day over BR. Also I can't perceive any fishy taste with the vegan nugs. I didn't like the Beyond Tender. They're too firm like real breast meat. Had the Gardein ultimate and meh. So any of you newer vegans out there, don't take any one person's opinion as gospel. I almost always disagree with her.😆

Have you have the Fred Meyer store brand (simple truth I think) breakfast sausage patties? I honestly think they’re better than the beyond sausage ones :) definitely worth a try.
I feel the exact same about oat based chocolate!!!
I might have to try the liquid mozzarella again... I tried it once and it just didn't turn out texturally but maybe it was just me.

Raised and rooted makes the best vegan nuggets that legit taste and smell like mcdonalds nuggets. My all time favorite.

Beyond Meat is lowkey just not that good. I feel like we all want it to pop, it’s the biggest vegan brand, it can change the world. I bought stocks and was all in, but tbh, it just don’t taste that good. The sausage is probably the only thing they do well. Impossible is the best beef hands down, and Gardein probably the best fried chicken. I’m still rooting for Beyond, but as soon as I realized the product just wasn’t gonna pop, I cut my losses and sold the stock.
The beyond jerky is pretty good. Definitely agree that impossible and gardein make better products when it comes to the beef and chicken respectively but beyond is a solid runner up in the quality department and I wouldn't really consider it to be that much worse.
I own a pizza pub. We will only use Myokos. It’s just is superior to any vegan cheese for pizzas. Definitely go lighter. Vegans always question it when I send a pizza out 😂😂

Vanilla Cake and Cookie Dough was the first Favorite Day Non-Dairy flavor I tried.......now it's the only flavor I get when I want ice cream.

Not a vegan, but I try to buy/order vegan stuff. This morning I was starving and picked up some Beyond Jerky at Walgreens, which is mung bean jerky and it was delish.
Welcome back. Congratulations on birthing child v3.0. Have you ever reviewed Quorn Meatless Buffalo Dippers, vegan? We found them to be the superior vegan nugget. They are, however, difficult to find.
Are the normal Quorn nuggets good? Or do they taste like corn…?

Non dairy milk can still be an issue with farming. The plastic and paper pollution to if things are added and so on where farming or deforestation happens affecting habitats. It can be difficult to get affordable nutrition and such.
In a way I am ok with those that safely and smartly dumpster dive freegan style for food as well. There is often to much waste .

I said for years I could never be a vegan because I love cheese too much. I went vegan anyway. I still dream of how good cheese tasted. The liquid cheese IS good!! It’s definitely not real cheese but it’s so much better than any other vegan cheese.

It's a milk alternative that is made by genetically engineered fungi and designed to have identical proteins to dairy that comes from animals (unlike plant milk, which has regular old plant proteins).
People with milk allergies can't have it because it's too much like milk; and it's supposed to create more convincing vegan cheese and ice cream products.

@@sparkle0859 I like it. The texture is perfect. It has a bit of a cloying fake vanilla flavor (even the chocolate variety) but it still tastes pretty good. The only thing is that it's really expensive: $30 for ten little single serving packets.
You might want to try pumpkin seed protein powder if you don't need it to be a complete protein. It's very mild tasting and slightly nutty

The one thing I'm always confused about is why you (and other Americans) are always mentioning serving sizes. Shouldn't it be well known that those don't mean anything? I don't get why anyone pays attention to serving sizes made up willy nilly by the companies, sometimes even to make certain claims on the packaging that are completely irrelevant 🧐

You know there are thousands of Vegan snacks and desserts out there. That doesn't mean that are better of healthier for you. In fact Oreos and nutter butters are considered vegan yet they are still junk foods. These grainola bars, breakfast bars, chips, etc! Are all junk food. They are not real food.
Veganism is all about eating a high volume of unprocessed fruits and vegetables not vegan food products that don't offer real true nutrients. If your not eating a high volume of fruits and vegetables then your not really getting the nutrients that you need. Processed foods whither they are vegan of not is still junk. This is what we all need to get away from. I'm on a plan now and I know I won't ever go back to eating products! Packaged food is just crap. Better to make your own snacks and desserts free from garbage that is most products that are Vegan or not. Only 25 percent of the store is actually real unprocessed foods.
