I followed your instructions, used the same measurements and built 2 of these racks for Christmas gifts for my friends. I added some cups hooks on the interior of the middle part to hold a bar lock key, bar collars etc… and added 2 fork like hangers on the outside to hold spare barbell bars. They look great. Now my daughter wants one!
I watched your entire video 😂😂😂 Respect for all your efforts and your work, it is really professional and can't wait for your next video. Keep it up and thanks for the useful content 👌🏻👌🏻❤❤❤
Nice video! I've been making some concrete plates following your instructions, but I also added up a few ideas of my own. Is there any way I can send to you some pictures of my work, I think you might find them useful. Looking forward for your next video :)
@@shadowarcherz thanks for your video and inspiration. I built mine after a restless night researching on the best structure and watching yours and few other videos. Took me a day recycling wood from an old kids table frame and parts of pull up bar to build one. Included 4 pvc pipes around and one in the middle to hold 1 barbell and 4 dumbbell rods. It was a rewarding experiment. Enjoying the use of my weight tree instead of piling them in a box. I used your design for the foundation. I must say its the best one i found on youtube. However, i used mental rods that allow the middle to be hollow, allowing the pvc to hold the barbell. Msg me if u would like to see how i designed it. I also used a set of recycled wheels to make it more portable.
I built this design about 9 years ago and it’s still holding up just fine. At most, I’ve had 4 45lb plates on one side of a dowel with no apparent flex or give.
I subscribed to your channel, with all respect to your work, my humble opinion is to skip the entertaining parts in the homegym & requirements sections and keep it professional, plus you need to move cam from scene to scene to focus on the work in progress, my regards.
Clear and concise, and no BS. I can't tell how important these qualities are to me when it comes to instruction videos on UA-cam. Great job man.
Clear instructions and a material and cut list. Thank you, this is exactly what I've been looking for!! Definitely building myself one of these.

How much weight can this thing handle? Does anyone know?
