      thanks for caring, but I haven't slept yet, and it is 5 am now.
      I feel like I have a short breath, whenever I try to sleep, I automatically stop breathing 😢.
      anyway what were you symptoms? and how did you got help? Am worried of this is my last day on this world.

      nothing has changed yet, well I used home remedies like steaming and drinking some African Herbs, I even bought vitamin C tablets and medicines. but there is a small difference, is no that huge
