When we do this, before or after running?
2 time in week separate session
I do one set before running as a warm up. And another after. It helps me with my running form a lot. And then I another set after my run as a cool down.

Sir, I am 27 and I follow your videos religiously. I have done 3 marathon with timing 3:54, 3:49 and 3:35. Will staying in hills and training there will help me to go to sub 3hr marathon in 1-2 years? Do Ooty Breeks stadium allow amateur runners for training? Sir, please guide me with way forward.
