For the years of high performance running and podiums. My advice: skip the damn stretches, they don't do anything other than placebo mental feeling good and induce most of the injuries not related to running.
Move every joint and stretch every muscle of your body … do any exercises to do what I said above… there r lot of warm up n leisure down exercises you can do

Hip opener 1:32
Glute stretch 1:48
Post running:
Quad stretch 2:36
Hamstring stretch 2:57
Hip flexer stretch 3:29

Very useful I started to jog recently. This helped me lot. I felt pain near calf muscles . This releived my pain. Now onwards in going to follow it.
