I find it entertaining how different personal taste can be. Cinderace is Lockstin's least favorite final starter evo by far, but my friend said that no other starter can compare at all to how much he loves Cinderace
I personally love Cinderace and it's my favorite Galar starter. While I despise football, I do really like how it was incorporated into its design. Especially with its signature move "Pyro Ball" which is the coolest looking move in Sword and Shield. I actually grew up watching anime like Captain Tsubasa and Inazuma Eleven, so I sometimes imagine Cinderace doing some of the flashy moves from those shows. Plus, I love rabbits and fire Pokemon in general, so it was no contest which starter I would pick for my adventure in Galar. I also love its Gigantamax form. Cinderace stands proudly with his arms folded on a giant ball of fire that looks like the sun, and then kick it at the opponent.
Then there was me, who JUST created art of my cinderace hugging my new sobble, and this and was like WWWWWHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a Mexican, i think I must clarify something (sorry for using your comment, but I feel this is the best one so far to use) when the Mexicas sacrifyed people, those people where actually rally happy about being sacrifyed, first, because in an era where as a men you are just waiting to have a death, you needed to think into having one of the greatest death out of all of them, and being sacrifyed for the gods was considered the most badass and cool way to be killed, second, in they’r religion they thought you get to go to different worlds depending on how you died, being the best worlds, the one you go when you die in battle, and the one you go when you are sacrifyed, mostly because your soul goes with the gods your blood just gave food, and third, most depiction of sacrifying try to sell you they died In agony and with a lot of pain (I mean, they cut your stomach and then get rip your heart) but they never tell you that they gave mushrooms to those people, so they would be sleep and don’t feel anything.

I really liked Cinderace's design! When I got Pokémon Sword, Scorbunny was my starter. But. It was a male. But I shrugged it off! Because in my series, Cinderace is a female. Fit active and strong! She's also caring for the others.

Haha this reminds me of how when I was at a convention last year, on the very weekend SwSh was released, I was running about as a Team Skull Grunt carrying my Scorbunny doll as my “partner Pokémon”. I wanted to go in blind so I never saw the starters’ evolutions, yet everybody assumed I had. They were all voicing their opinions on it (mostly negative), and I was like “Stop! No spoilers, I haven’t seen it yet!” There was like only one person I met that day who got excited seeing my Scorbunny and gushing over its evolution, admiring how it looked like a DBZ character to her, and I hated to tell her “no spoilers”, cause I appriciated her enthusiasm. There was also one other person wanting to go in blind like me, so we shared our speculations. After that weekend, I started playing, and while I didn’t care much for Raboot at all, I thought Cinderace looked much better. I can see the DBZ look that that girl I met at the convention gushed over. ^^ That being said, Incineroar is still my least favorite of the Fire starters’ final evolutions - my apologies to any of you Incineroar fans out there, it’s just not for me
Fun fact about Cinderace many people think it's based on a striker but it's actually based on a defender to be specific a (Libero) which is a defensive position it is when a defender comes forward to connect the defence to the midfield or to play as a fake defender and join the attack as an attacking midfielder it requires a lot of versatility and that's why Cinderace's ability changes it's type.
I think Incinaroar to me was the worst, it was made to look like it was fire fighting, it started as a wicked looking cat that walked on all fours then of course it had to become bipedal. At least with Cinderace, Scorbunny was already on two legs.

@@LarsSars Fire/electric would be horrible because of it's 4X weakness to ground types. And fire/steel would also have a 4X weakness to ground. I rather it just be a plain fire type. Plus with Libero it's type can change to whatever suits your needs
I mean flaming skulls is a really cool idea for Cinderace and all but it seems a bit too dark for a game for people of all ages. We've got to remember that Pokemon is for kids too, ya know. I mean a pure fire type starter is pretty unique.

Actually Inteleon being very skinny makes sense since it’s based on a old fashion spy and a small lizard. Spies in most older movies and cartoons are usually very flexible and thin so they can sneak into places and it’s a Jesus Lizard ( which runs on water) not a big bulky reptile like most of the starters are based on.
I still 100% believe chesnaught is the worst. I hate so much. When Alola and Galar starters came out and I felt iffy I just looked at that stupid thing and remind myself it could be worse lol
I love Cinderace! She's got good typing and good movesets + Libero, making her really versatile. I'm glad I made a video on her. (The reason I'm saying She and Her is cuz my Cinderace in game is female).
Rillaboom became a top-tier threat ever since its hidden ability and Grassy Glide were released. It's been used a lot and rose to OU where it should be. Proud of my boi.
Wanna fix the gen 8 starters? Add SECONDARY types! Cinderace can be Fire/Electric for its high energy Rillaboom can be Grass/Rock because of ROCK music Inteleon can be Water/Dark or Water/Ghost due to it being a spy that sneaks around in the shadows.
My suggestions, Cinderace being Fire/Fairy (That could be a bit OP) or Fire/Electric (That would be a trash typing), Rillaboom being Grass/Fighting (Much better typing than Grass/Rock which sucks so much) or Grass/Ground (That could work, maybe?) and Inteleon being either Water/Ghost (Which is most likely) or Water/Psychic (Which is most unlikely and I don't want to repeat Water/Dark again)
@Travis Fitch It's weak to Fighting, Steel and Ice, very common typings and weak to Bug, a uncommon type. Besides, Grass/Fighting sounds like a cooler combination.

Meaning, it's defenses are absolute garbage while it's offenses are absolutely amazing. The only reason this type doesn't seem so trash is because of Rotom-Heat with levitate.
Like most of the comments, have to disagree. Cinderace is adorable, and the only good galar starter. Intelion just looks so awkward. It's hands and head are just too big for it's thin body and arms. It looks like a light breeze could snap them off. Also, the cape just looks silly. It doesn't give a cool spy feel, it looks like a kid tied a blanket around it's neck. The cape Is just too small and out of place. Rillaboom is just, meh. It's not super interesting, and is kinda forgettable. Plus, I just personally don't like apes/monkeys in general. They creep me out. So yeah, not really my favorite.
FUN FACT: Did you know that the Ancient Mayan Civilization had a game like that called Pok-a-Tok where the players were not allowed to use their hands, head, arms, legs, or feet to touch the ball and could only use their hips and thighs. And it was usually the captain of the winning team who was sacrificed because nothing was seen as permanent including death and being sacrificed to the Mayan Deities was seen as an automatic free pass to heaven and guaranteed re-incarnation in a favorable body.

@@LarsSars Fire/electric would be horrible because of it's 4X weakness to ground types. And fire/steel would also have a 4X weakness to ground. I rather it just be a plain fire type. Plus with Libero it's type can change to whatever suits your needs
I mean flaming skulls is a really cool idea for Cinderace and all but it seems a bit too dark for a game for people of all ages. We've got to remember that Pokemon is for kids too, ya know. I mean a pure fire type starter is pretty unique.

Actually Inteleon being very skinny makes sense since it’s based on a old fashion spy and a small lizard. Spies in most older movies and cartoons are usually very flexible and thin so they can sneak into places and it’s a Jesus Lizard ( which runs on water) not a big bulky reptile like most of the starters are based on.
I still 100% believe chesnaught is the worst. I hate so much. When Alola and Galar starters came out and I felt iffy I just looked at that stupid thing and remind myself it could be worse lol

Rillaboom became a top-tier threat ever since its hidden ability and Grassy Glide were released. It's been used a lot and rose to OU where it should be. Proud of my boi.

Cinderace can be Fire/Electric for its high energy
Rillaboom can be Grass/Rock because of ROCK music
Inteleon can be Water/Dark or Water/Ghost due to it being a spy that sneaks around in the shadows.
My suggestions, Cinderace being Fire/Fairy (That could be a bit OP) or Fire/Electric (That would be a trash typing), Rillaboom being Grass/Fighting (Much better typing than Grass/Rock which sucks so much) or Grass/Ground (That could work, maybe?) and Inteleon being either Water/Ghost (Which is most likely) or Water/Psychic (Which is most unlikely and I don't want to repeat Water/Dark again)
@Travis Fitch It's weak to Fighting, Steel and Ice, very common typings and weak to Bug, a uncommon type. Besides, Grass/Fighting sounds like a cooler combination.

@@saincx0m9 It'd be weak to Rock and Water types, somewhat common types in competitive and very weak to Ground types, the most common offensive type in competitive. Meaning, it's defenses are absolute garbage while it's offenses are absolutely amazing. The only reason this type doesn't seem so trash is because of Rotom-Heat with levitate.
Like most of the comments, have to disagree. Cinderace is adorable, and the only good galar starter.
Intelion just looks so awkward. It's hands and head are just too big for it's thin body and arms. It looks like a light breeze could snap them off. Also, the cape just looks silly. It doesn't give a cool spy feel, it looks like a kid tied a blanket around it's neck. The cape Is just too small and out of place.
Rillaboom is just, meh. It's not super interesting, and is kinda forgettable. Plus, I just personally don't like apes/monkeys in general. They creep me out. So yeah, not really my favorite.
FUN FACT: Did you know that the Ancient Mayan Civilization had a game like that called Pok-a-Tok where the players were not allowed to use their hands, head, arms, legs, or feet to touch the ball and could only use their hips and thighs. And it was usually the captain of the winning team who was sacrificed because nothing was seen as permanent including death and being sacrificed to the Mayan Deities was seen as an automatic free pass to heaven and guaranteed re-incarnation in a favorable body.

I like Cinderace. Its a really good Fire-Type, well balanced, and not bad designed.
